Determinant factor of using port is changing from physical factor to port service. Port service is important within the framework of customers. It depends on customer satisfaction. Customers in port are a shipper and ship owner, their needs are speedy and safety loading. So loading productivity is important of customer.<BR> There are many studies on container terminal productivity. Though the amount of bulk cargo is twice of container"s, studies on bulk cargo productivity are few.<BR> Most of all, it is necessary to define the bulk cargo productivity on loading and operating warehouse.<BR> This paper therefore deals with the empirical study on the major factor of bulk cargo productivity. It first studies the port productivity in Northeast Asian countries, and secondly based on actual data on bulk cargo productivity to find the major factors of the bulk cargo productivity.

Before commenting that geographical features of Gyeongbok Palace, we have to mention geographical features of Seoul Capital. Geographical features of Hanyang and Gyengbok Palace are inseparable. Although moving the capital and Gyengbok Palace were chosen for its political and economic merits, fengshui was also considered in depth. In fengshui, it's divided into 'theory of the situation' and 'lichi theory'. Though theory of the situation involves Goryeo's fengshui, it is assumed that new theory of Hu Shun Shen was used to build confucian nation. Even though Hu Shun Shen's theory had been useful to moving the capital, it lost its use as time goes by, due to the opposition forces and King SeonJo's will. This proves that his idea was unsuccessful.

This paper consist of new secure communication system from using synchronization methode of chaotic signal which Pecora and Carroll have shown, and experimentally proved the validity of this communication system. This communication system transmits the informational signals via the modulation of chaotic signals, and the receiver recovers the original informational signals from modulate chaotic signals by synchronization of chaotic signals driven together Chua circuit was used in generating chaotic signals and nonlinear resistor of this Chua circuit was confirmed by using two OP amps and six resistors.
