An optimized iron core structure of stimulating coil are presented in order to control the induced electric field distribution using the Continuum Design Sensitivity Analysis (CDSA) combined with a commercially available generalized finite element code (OPERA). The results show that a Figure-Of-Eight (FOE) coil as well as a circular coil with the proposed iron core structure can increase induced electric field intensity by more than two times and make better field localization, compared with those of existing stimulation coil with a air core. After considering manufacturing constraints, a practical iron core structure based on the proposed optimized one is proposed and its performance is analyzed.
GPS 반송파 위상변화율을 이용한 SDINS/GPS 복합항법 필터 구성

SDINS 운항중 정렬에 적용 가능한 GPS 반송파 위상변화율 측정 모델을 유도하여 새로운 SDINS/GPS 복합항법 시스템 구성 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 SDINS/GPS 복합항법 필터의 성능 분석을 공분산 해석기법을 이용하여 수행하고 이의 결과를 실제 차량 실험을 통하여 검증한다. 제안된 결합기법은 2개 이상의 안테나를 갖는 SDINS/GPS 결합시스템에 적용가능하며 기수각 추정에 직접적으로 연계된 GPS 측정치를 생성함으로써 빠른 SDINS의 기수각 추정을 가능하게 함으로써 SDINS/GPS의 항법 성능을 향상시키게 된다. As an application of SDINS/GPS integration for its synergistic results, the SDINS alignments utilizing GPS carrier phase rate measurements. A measurement model of GPS carrier phase rate is derived in order to be used with SDINS alignment process. For in-flight alignment, the performance of the suggested SDINS/GPS integration method is analyzed using the covariance analysis and its results are confirmed by those of van test. Consequently, it is shown that all states of the SDINS integrated system by utilizing GPS carrier phase rate measurements can be estimated more efficiently than a general SDINS/GPS during in-flight alignment
IEEE 802.11 RSSI 기반 무인비행로봇 실내측위를 위한 AP 선택 기법

As required performance of UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) becomes more complex and complicated, required positioning accuracy is becoming more and more higher. GPS is a reliable world wide positioning providing system. Therefore, UAV generally acquires position information from GPS. But when GPS is not available such as too weak signal or too less GPS satellites environments, UAV needs alternative positioning system such as network positioning system. RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indicator) based positioning, which is one method of network positioning technologies, determines its position using RSSI measurements containing distance information from AP (Access Point)s. In that method, a selected AP"s configuration has strong and tight relationship with its positioning errors. In this paper, for, we additionally account AP"s configuration information by adopting DOP (Dilution of Precision) into AP selection procedures and provide more accurate RSSI based positioning results.
강화학습을 활용한 측위 성능 향상을 위한 IEEE 802.11 AP 배치 기법

위치기반서비스(LBS : Location Based Service)가 다양하게 제공되고 있지만 복잡한 환경에서 보다 높은 측위 성능이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 다양한 측위 기법 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 강화학습 중 Proximal Policy Optimization(PPO)을 활용한 IEEE 802.11 AP(Access Point)를 사용하는 환경에서 측위 성능 향상을 위한 배치 기법을 제안한다. 주어진 환경에서 AP 의 배치에 따라 도출되는 DoP(Dilution of Precision)와 RSSI(Received Signal Strength Indicator)를 학습 모델에 입력하여 측위 성능을 향상시키는 AP 배치도를 출력한다. 이를 통해 임의의 환경에서 학습모델을 통해 높은 측위 성능을 가진 AP 배치를 찾을 수 있다.
위치추정 전자지문기법을 위한 전파전달 모델 및 공간상관기법 기반의 효율적인 데이터베이스 생성

This paper presents a fingerprint database construction method for WLAN RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indicator)-based indoor positioning. When RSSI is used for indoor positioning, the fingerprint method can achieve more accurate positioning than trilateration and centroid methods. However, a FD (Fingerprint Database) must be constructed before positioning. This step is a very laborious process. To reduce the drawbacks of the fingerprint method, a radio propagation model-based FD construction method is presented. In this method, an FD can be constructed by a simulator. Experimental results show that the constructed FD-based positioning has a 3.17m (CEP) error. In this paper, a spatial correlation method is presented to estimate the NLOS(Non-Line of Sight) error included in the FD constructed by a simulator. As a result, the NLOS error of the FD is reduced and the performance of the error compensated FD-based positioning is improved. The experimental results show that the enhanced FD-based positioning has a 2.58m (CEP) error that is a reasonable performance for indoor LBS (Location Based Service).
가중치 적합 기법을 이용한 개선된 IEEE 802.11 RSSI 감쇠 로그 모델

With the development of communication technologies and smartphone, requirements of positioning accuracy for LBS (Location Based Service) are becoming increasingly important. LBS is a service which offers the information or entertainment based on a location to users. Therefore, positioning is very important for LBS. Among many positioning methods, IEEE 802.11 WLAN positioning measures the distance using the RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indicator) attenuation log model. Thus in order to enhance positioning, we modify the IEEE 802.11 RSSI attenuation log model by adaptive weighting method. In this paper, we propose improved IEEE 802.11 RSSI attenuation log model for enhanced indoor positioning.
