최근 국내외적으로 스마트그리드, 마이크로그리드와 같은 곧 다가올 미래형전력계통망에 대한 기반기술연구가 매우중요하다. 이는 전력IT기술과도 깊은 관련성이 있는 것으로써 그성공여부는 전력IT기술과 협조를 맺으면서 여하히 기술적으로 이를 실현화(Implementation)하는냐에 달려있다고 하겠다. 본 연구에서는 최근 국내외적으로 급부상하고 있는 스마트그리드 마이크로그리드와 같은 곧 다가올 미래형전력계통망에 대비하고 나아가 CO₂ 감축의무와 맞물려 있는 분산형 신재생에너지발전원의 계통병입이 전력에너지의 적정공급신뢰도에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 분석할 수 있는 웹기반 확률론적인 신뢰도 및 발전비용 모의를 인터넷의 사용이 가능한 곳이면 어느 장소 및 시간대 (Any where & any time)에서나 실시할 수 있는 시스템인 가칭, WPRASS V1.0(Web based Probabilistic Reliability Assessment Simulation System V1.0)을 성공적으로 구축하였다.

This paper describes an alternative method for grid expansion planning considering construction cost, probabilistic production cost, congestion cost and outage cost of a grid at a composite power system derived from a simulation model. In this paper, a heuristic scenario method choosing a least cost solution(scenario) among various scenario combined from candidate new lines is used for deciding the best solution. The characteristics and effectiveness of this simulation model are illustrated by the several case studies of a test system.

The quantity evaluation of transmission system reliability is very important under competitive electricity environment. The reason is that the successful operation of electric power under the deregulated electricity market depends on transmission system reliability management. This paper introduces the comparative analysis in reliability assessment of Transmission Reliability Evaluation for Large-Scale Systems(TRELSS) and Power System Simulator for Engineering(PSS/E) for the evaluation of transmission system reliability.

This paper presents a study on reliability evaluation of a power system considering wind turbine generators (WTG) with multi-state. Renewable energy resources such as wind, wave, solar, micro hydro, tidal and biomass etc. are becoming importance stage by stage because of considering effect of the environment. Wind energy is one of the most successful sources of renewable energy for the production of electrical energy. But, reliability evaluation of generating system with wind energy resources is a complex process. While the wind turbine generators can not modelled as two-state model as like as conventional generators, they should be modelled as multi-state model due to wind speed random variation. The methodology for obtaining reliability evaluation index of wind turbine generators is different from it of the conventional generators. A method for making outage capacity probability table of WTG for reliability is proposed in this paper. The detail process is presented using case study of simple system

This paper develops an algorithm for probabilistic production cost credit evaluation of wind turbine generators (WTG) with multi-state. Renewable energy resources such as wind, wave, solar, micro hydro, tidal and biomass etc. are becoming importance stage by stage because of considering effect of the environment. Wind energy is one of the most successful sources of renewable energy for the production of electrical energy. Case study demonstrates that the wind speed credit in view point of economics can be assessed by using the proposed methodology.
太陽光發電源을 고려한 電力系統의 確率論的인 信賴度評價에 관한 硏究

This paper proposes a new methodology on reliability evaluation of a power system including solar cell generators(SCG). The SCGs using renewable energy resource such as solar radiation(SR) should be modeled as multi-state operational model because the uncertainty of the resource supply may occur an effect as same as the forced outage of generator in viewpoint of adequacy reliability of system. While a two-state model is well suited for modeling conventional generators, a multi-state model is needed to model the SCGs due to the random variation of solar radiation. This makes the method of calculating reliability evaluation indices of the SCG different from the conventional generator. After identifying the typical pattern of the SR probability distribution function(pdf) from SR actual data, this paper describes modelling, methodology and details process for reliability evaluation of the solar cell generators integrated with power system. Two test results indicate the viability of the proposed method.

The application of renewable energy in electric power systems is growing rapidly in order to make provision for the inequality of the climate, the dwindling supplies of coal, oil and natural gas and a further rise in oil prices. Solar cell generators(SCG) is one of the fastest growing renewable energy. This paper presents a methodology on probabilistic production cost simulation of a power system including SCGs. The generated power by SCGs is variable due to the random variation of solar radiation. In order to solve this problem, the SCGs is modeled as multi-state operational model in this paper. Probabilistic production cost of a power system can be calculated by proposed method considering SCGs with multi-state. The results show that the impacts of SCGs added to a power system can be analyzed in view point of production cost using the proposed method.
