This paper presents a microfabricated Clark-type sensor which exactly can measure dissolved oxygen in the cell containing solution. We designed, fabricated, and characterized a microfabircated Clark-type oxygen sensor for measuring dissolved oxygen. The microfabricated oxygen sensor consists of 3-electrodes on a glass substrate, a FEP (Fluorinated ethylene propylene) oxygen-permeable membrane, and PDMS (Polydimethylsiloxane) reservoir for storing sample solution. Thin-film Ag/AgCI was employed as a reference electrode and its durability was verified by obtaining a stable open circuit potential for 2 hours against a commercial Ag/AgCI electrode and a stable cyclic voltammetry curve. Selectivity, response time, and linearity of the fabricated oxygen sensor were also verified well by cyclic voltammetry and amperometry depending. The fabricated oxygen sensor showed a 90% response time of 40sec and an excellent linearity with a correlation coefficient of 0.994.
대형 직접분사식 CNG기관의 개발을 위한 기본성능 연구

Direct injection CNG engine is well known as the next generation of alternative gaseous power system with low emission and high performance characteristic. In order to estimate the feasibility of this engine, the basic performance characteristics of a heavy-duty single cylinder CNG engine are investigated by variation of engine speed and excess air ratio. The results shown that the test engine has high repetition because coefficient of cycle variation in indicated mean effective pressure is less than 5% as excess air ratio is smaller than the lean limit of 1.2. For full load conditions, 1400 rpm, the brake thermal efficiency are taken the maximum value of 30% at λ = 1.1

2006년 부동산 거래신고 제도가 도입되고 약 15년이 지났다. 그동안 두차례의 전면 법령 개정이 이루어졌으나 허위계약서 작성, 자전거래 등의 시장 교란행위는 근절되지 않고 있다. 본 연구는 부동산 거래신고제도가 본래의 목적을 달성하기 위해 필요한 내용을 담고 있는지 평가하고 미래 발전적인 방향으로 나아가기 위한 방안을 연구하였다. 이를 위해 부동산 거래신고제도를 고찰하고, 법․제도를 평가하여 문제점 및 개선점을 도출하고 발전방안을 모색하였다. 부동산 거래신고제도가 미래발전 방향으로 나아가기 위해서는 실거래가격의 불완전성을 해소하고, 정보 제공을 구체화·고도화 시켜야 하며, 실거래가와 공시가격의 괴리를 없애 공시가격 정상화에 기여해야 한다. 이러한 노력을 통해 부동산 거래질서 투명화와 시장 안정이라는 목적을 달성할 수 있다. It has been 15 years since the system for real estate transaction declaration has been first instituted in 2006. Since then, the law has been thoroughly amended twice yet market distorting activities such as creating false contracts and self-trades have not been eradicated. This study has evaluated whether the components of the current system encompasses the necessary elements to serve the intended purpose. Furthermore the study proposes a plan to direct the regulatory structure for a positive development for the future. This study performed a close review of the current real estate transaction declaration system and its legal structure in order to evaluate the problems and identify the possible direction for improvements. In order to advance the real estate transaction declaration system it is essential to eliminate market imperfections, thereby enhance the price information system so that quoted prices properly reflect the actual transaction prices with the effect of normalizing the market. Through these efforts, the objectives of transparent real estate transaction and market stability can be achieved.

Lean combustion is one of the most promising method for increasing engine efficiency and reducing the exhaust emission from SI gas engines. Due to the possibility of partial burn and misfire, however, under lean burn operation, stable flame kernel formation and fast burn rate are needed to guarantee a successful subsequent combustion. Experiment data were obtained on a single-cylinder CNG fueled SI engine to investigate the effect of direct injection, spark timing and variation of injection timing. Experimental results show that lean burn limit is λ=1.3 with port injection, and expansion of lean burn limit λ=1.4 with direct injection method, due to increase of turbulence intensity in cylinder and stratified charge. Combustion duration in lean region is improved by using the variation of injection timing.
적응형 스텝 크기를 갖는 Sign-LMS 알고리즘을 이용한 Interference Cancellation System

본 논문에서는 ICS 시스템의 성능 개선을 위하여 개선된 적응 sign-LMS 알고리즘을 연구하였다. ICS 중계기의 수신 신호는 수신신호와 궤환 신호로 구성된다. 이 경우, 만약 입력되는 궤환 신호를 제거하지 못하면 시스템이 발진하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 궤환된 신호를 효율적으로 제거하기 위하여 sign-LMS 알고리즘을 적용하였다. In this paper, we studied improved adaptive sign-LMS algorithm for the performance enhancement of ICS repeater. The received signal of ICS repeater is composed of Base Station and feedback signals. In this case, if the feedback signals are not rejected, system is oscillated. We used the IF signal and adaptive sign-LMS algorithm for more fast rejecting the feedback signal at ICS system.

본 논문에서는 항공기의 방위각을 알려주는 VOR 신호를 수신하는 시스템의 IF 시스템을 설계하였다. 과거에 아날로그 방식으로 수신된 신호를 하드웨어적으로 복조하여 두신호의 위상차를 비교하여 현재의 방위각을 계산하는 시스템을 DSP 및 FPGA를 이용하여 수신 신호를 복조하는 디지털 방식의 VOR 수신기 시스템을 설계하였다. 디지털 방식으로 수신기를 설계 하는 경우 기존의 아날로그 수신기 보다 수신 신호의 감도가 좋아져 방위각의 오차를 최소화 할 수 있다.
