군 구성원의 심리적 요인, 보안 스트레스, 보안행동의도 간 관계에 관한 연구

Recently, in order to respond to various security threats, the focus is on physical and technical security. However, security incidents are increasing. Accordingly, it is recognized that the root cause of the increase in security accidents is human 'psychology'. This study empirically analyzed how psychological factors of Planned Behavior Theory and Protection Motive Theory, which are social science theories dealing with human psychology, affect Security Behavior Intention. In addition, the stress control effect was investigated in their relationship. For this purpose, controlled regression analysis and continuous moderation effect analysis methods were used. Looking at the research results, First, it was found that Security Behavior Intention was significantly affected in the order of Security Belief, Security Severity, Perceived Norm, Security Efficiency, and Security Effectiveness. Second, it was found that Security Stress modulates the relationship between Perceived Norms, Security Vulnerabilities, and Security Behavioral Intentions. Through these conclusions, By extracting psychological factors that have a significant effect on compliance with security regulations, it provided an opportunity to secure the credibility of people centered approach to security accident prevention. It is also expected to provide a basis for expanding academic research models on security. 최근 각종 보안위협에 대응하기 위해 물리적이고 기술적인 보안에 주안점을 두고 있다. 그러나, 보안사고는 증가하고 있다. 이에, 보안사고가 증가하는 근본적인 원인이 인간의 ‘심리’라고 인식하게 된다. 인간의 심리를 다루는 사회과학이론인 계획행동이론과 보호동기이론의 심리적 요인이 보안행동의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증 분석하였다. 또한, 이들의 관계에서 스트레스 조절효과를 규명하였다. 이를 위해 통제회귀분석과 연속형 조절효과 분석방법을 이용하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 보안신념, 보안심각성, 인지된 규범, 보안효율성, 보안효능감 순으로 보안행동의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보안 스트레스가 인지된 규범, 보안취약성과 보안행동의도 간의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결론을 통해, 보안규정을 준수하는데 유의미한 영향을 주는 심리적 요인을 추출함으로써 보안사고 예방에 대한 인간 중심의 접근방법의 신뢰성을 확보하는 계기를 마련하였다. 또한, 보안에 대한 학술적인 연구모델을 확장하는데 기초를 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

군(軍) 조직구성원의 보안환경 영향요인이 보안 스트레스와 보안준수행동에 미치는 영향 연구

오늘날 인공지능과 같은 4차 산업혁명의 발달로 인하여 군 조직의 보안위협이 증대되고 있다. 이렇게 변화하거나 새롭게 등장하는 보안환경 속에서 발생하는 영향요인들이 보안 스트레스와 보안준수행동에 미치는 영향을 연구함으로써 군사보안을 준수하는데 기여될 수 있는 연구가 필요하다. 기존 선행연구에서 보안 스트레스를 유발하는 환경적인 영향요인 중 업무 과중, 업무 복잡성, 업무 불확실성, 업무 갈등을 추출하였다. 이러한 영향요인이 보안 스트레스에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지와 보안 스트레스의 매개역할 여부를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 업무 과중이 보안 스트레스에 통계적으로 유의미하게 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 보안 스트레스는 업무 과중과 보안준수행동간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 군 조직에서 과중한 보안업무로 인하여 보안 스트레스가 발생하고, 결국은 보안준수행동이 낮아지는 결과를 초래한다. 따라서 이런 상황을 관리하는 보안정책이 우선 추진되어야 할 것이다. Today, due to the development of the 4th industrial revolution such as artificial intelligence, the security threat of the military organization is increasing. A study that can contribute to complying with military security is needed by studying the effects of influence factors occurring in this changing or newly emerging security environment on information security stress and security compliance behavior intention. In previous studies, task overload, task complexity, task uncertainty, and task conflict were extracted among environmental influencing factors that cause security stress. We empirically analyzed how these influencing factors affect security stress and whether they play a mediating role in security stress. As a result of the analysis, it was analyzed that the security stress was affected in the order of task overload, task conflict, and task uncertainty. Information security stress did not significantly affect security compliance behavior intention, but it was found to mediate the effect of task overload on security compliance behavior intention. This causes information security stress due to heavy security work in the military organization, which ultimately leads to lower security compliance behavior. Therefore, the security policy to manage this situation should be promoted first.

군 조직구성원의 보안 심리적 동기, 개인특성과 보안준수행동 간의 관계에 관한 연구

Recently, the military has been improving the system by focusing on administrative and technical security in order to respond to complex and diversified security threats, but the number of security incidents is rapidly increasing every year. However, although the military conducted accident prevention activities focusing on a physical and systemic approach, it could not prevent it. In such a situation, a human-centered approach is being attempted that finds the root cause of security accident prevention in the psychological factors of organizational members. Therefore, this study intends to solve the problem through social science theory dealing with ‘human psychology’ in order to find the root cause of security accidents. For this, psychological motives were extracted from the Planned Behavior Theory and Protection Motivation Theory, and the causal relationship between Security Compliance Behaviors and causality was investigated. Also, empirically analyzed whether the Individual Characteristics of members regulate these factors. Analysis, First, it was found that Security Compliance Behaviors were affected in the order of Security Compliance Belief, Perceived Security Severity, Security Compliance Norm, Perceived Security Efficiency, and Security Compliance Efficacy of Military Organization Members. Second, Individual Characteristics were found to partially moderate the relationship between Security Psychological Motivation and Security Compliance Behavior. Through this study, it was an opportunity to secure the credibility of a human-centered approach to preventing security incidents by extracting significant motives for complying with military security.
