가족 관광객의 행복감에 관한 연구: 자녀 동반 유무 조절효과를 중심으로

Are all trips truly happy? Starting with this question, this study aimed to investigate the relationship between internal conflict, emotional exhaustion, and happiness of family tourists. In particular, we would like to propose a way to improve the happiness of family tourists by verifying the moderating effect of whether or not they are accompanied by children. To achieve this research objective, variables were defined and survey questions were developed through theoretical consideration. A survey was conducted over two weeks targeting family tourists traveling around the Jeju area, and the final 286 copies were used for analysis. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the relationships between internal conflict, emotional exhaustion, and happiness of family tourists had a significant influence on each other, and that there was a moderating effect in the relationships between internal conflict, emotional exhaustion, emotional exhaustion, and happiness depending on whether or not they were accompanied by children. This study has academic significance in that it expands the scope of role conflict research by applying the concepts of work-family conflict and job burnout, which are representative theories of role conflict, to the context of tourism. In addition, this study emphasizes that the negative experiences of family tourists are not just a problem within individuals or families, but an issue that the tourism industry, institutions, and researchers should consider together, helping to realize an increase in happiness through high-quality tourism experiences for family tourists. I hope this happens.

본 연구의 목적은 인터넷환경에서의 라이프스타일에 따른 온라인 관광정보원천 이용과 만족도, 여행관여도의 영향관계를 살펴 본 후 온라인 마케팅적 시사점을 도출하는데 있다. 이러한 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 대학생들을 대상으로 총 226부의 설문지를 획득하여 구조방정식 모델을 분석하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, I-VALS는 소비자검색사이트 이용정도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나왔다. 둘째, 소비자검색사이트 이용정도는 관광정보 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미친다는 분석 결과가 나왔다. 좀 더 세부적으로, ‘쇼핑 및 정보지향형’과 ‘개성 및 새로움 지향형’의 라이프 스타일은 소비자검색사이트 이용정도에 유의한 영향을 미친다는 결과가 나왔다. 셋째, I-VALS가 소비자검색사이트 이용정도에 미치는 영향 정도는 여행관여도에 따라 다르다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 특히 ‘개성 및 새로움지향형’과 ‘인간관계지향형’의 라이프 스타일의 그룹에서는 소비자검색사이트 이용정도가 여행 관여도에 따라 유의하게 다르게 나타나는 것을 알 수 있었다. The aim of this study is to examine the structural relationships of internet life-style, tourism information sources and satisfaction to figure out suitable online marking implications. For this purpose, 226 questionnaire survey sheets were collected from university students which were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 21.0 statistic program. The results are as follows. Firstly, hypothesis 1 ‘I-VALS would have significant impact on consumer search site use’ was partially adopted. Hypothesis 2 ‘level of use of consumer search site would have significant impact on tourism information satisfaction`` was adopted. Specifically, ‘shopping/ information-oriented type’ and ``personality/novelty- oriented type’ had significant impact on the level of use of consumer search site. Finally, hypothesis 3 ‘I-VALS would have different impact on the level of use of consumer search site by the tourism involvement level`` was partially adopted. Specifically, tourism involvement had moderating effect on ``personality/novelty-oriented type’ and ‘human relation-oriented type’ had moderating effect on the level of use of consumer search site.
