Because of the turbulent markets and the increasing global competition, automotive manufacturers are forced to reduce the cost and time for implementation of the manufacturing system. To solve these problems, lots of automotive manufacturers try to apply digital manufacturing technology. In this paper, the method for planning of digital manufacturing system is proposed and door trim assembly system is determined as the subject of our research. First of all, the process sequence is generated based on the product analysis. And, the static and dynamic relationships between system components are represented using IDEF0 and UML model. The working time is estimated through the regression analysis based on practical video analysis. According to the system configuration strategy, initial concept system layout is implemented 3D virtual environment. The problems caused by bad working motions are detected and modified through the ergonomic analysis using RULA method. According to proposed procedure, digital door trim assembly system is implemented in DLEMIA.

Improvement in productivity becomes each company's urgent problem that arise from the struggle of global market for existence. Global company focus on improvement in productivity in order to follow global circumstance, but suppliers are just seeing to instinctively improve their manufacturing system's problem by work manager. the progress of hand-made work that charge in most of suppliers manufacturing processes analyze the actual processes to use IDEF0, UML methodology, and Work Sampling. And then, define standard operations through MODAPTS, make sure of manufacture mobility through processes improvement, also, analyze quantitatiely result of reform measures through simulation.
낙동강 하류의 유사특성과 낙동강하구둑 준설효과에 관한 수치모의 연구

The Nakdong River Estuary Barrage (NREB) was constructed in 1987 to prevent saltwater intrusion and to provide the sustainable water supply in the upstream channel. Sediment dredging has been conducted to eliminate deposited sediments in the approached upstream channel of the NREB. Fluvial changes and sedimentation problems have been continued due to urbanization and development in the watershed as well as construction of the NREB. However, the sufficient field monitoring and researches for sedimentation characteristics and bed changes have not been performed after construction of the NREB. Therefore, bed elevation changes and seasonal sediment concentration distribution were analyzed using the quasi-steady state model with historical field data in this study. The water surface elevation changes with and without sediment dredging operation were calculated using the developed quasi-steady state model and finally the sediment dredging effects were evaluated. 낙동강하구둑은 하구둑 상류로의 염수침입을 방지하여 지속적인 용수를 공급하기 위해 1987년에 건설되었으며 이후 매년 하구둑 상류 접근수로에 퇴적되는 유사를 제거하기 위해 준설 작업이 수행되어져 왔다. 준설작업뿐만 아니라 산업 및 주거시설의 개발사업 등의 하천 환경 변화로 인해 하구둑 상류에서의 유사 이송 및 하상 특성은 꾸준히 변화되어 왔으나 하구둑이 건설된 이 후 유사이송 및 하상변동에 대한 현장 모니터링 및 연구는 활발히 수행되지 못하였다. 이에 본 논문은 낙동강 하류의 대상구간에 대해 현장 측정 자료 및 과거 자료들을 최대한 활용하여 낙동강하류에서의 하상변동 및 계절별 유사농도 등의 변화를 분석하였으며 검증된 기초자료들과 준정상류 모형을 이용하여 하구둑 상류에 시행되고 있는 준설작업의 수행 여부에 따른 홍수 발생시 수위 변화에 대해서 수치모의를 실시함으로써 낙동강하구둑에서의 준설효과를 분석하였다.
