코로나19 펜데믹 환경과 스마트러닝 언택트문화에 대한 인식도 분석

연구목적 본 연구는 코로나19 펜데믹 환경과 스마트러닝 언택트문화에 대한 인식을 분석 및 규명하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구방법 2020.9.1.~10.10일 까지 서울특별시 5개 권역을 중심으로 층화 집락무선표집법을 적용하여 500명을 대상으로 교차분석 방법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 결과 첫째, 코로나19 발생 이후 늘어난 서비스는 배달앱을 이용한 음식주문이 가장 높다. 둘째, 코로나19 발생 이후 여가시간 활용방법으로는 TV/유튜브 웨이브 콘텐츠시청이 가장 높다. 셋째, 스마트러닝 활용 이유는 자기계발 요인이 가장 높다. 넷째, 스마트러닝 이용시간은 평균 1시간이 가장 높다. 다섯째, 스마트러닝 이용 장소는 집이 가장 높다. 여섯째, 스마트러닝과 언택트 교육서비스에 대한 인식은 활용가치가 높다고 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 일곱째, 언택트문화 활성화와 정부정책에 대한 인식은 중장년을 위한 언택트 소양교육이 필요하다. 여덟째, 언택트사회와 뉴 노멀에 대한 인식은 언택트 사회변화에 대한 대응 전략이 필요하다. 아홉째, 언택트문화와 생활환경에 대한 인식은 스마트러닝을 우선적으로 인식하고 있다. 열 번째, 언택트문화 확대 시 활성화 분야에 대한 인식은 스마트러닝 관련 교육을 우선적으로 인식하고 있다. 결론 코로나19로 인해 언텍트사회로 변화되면서 스마트러닝을 이용한 교육 방법은 뉴노멀화 되어가고 있다. 정부적 차원에서 체계적인 스마트러닝 플랫폼을 구축할 필요성이 있다. PURPOSE The purpose of this study is to analyze and identify the perception of Corona 19 Pendemic environment and smart learning untapped culture. Methods The cross-tabulation analysis was conducted with 500 people by applying stratified cluster radio sampling method to 5 regions of Seoul from September 1 to 10, 2020. Results First, the service increased after Corona 19 was the highest in food order using delivery app. Second, TV/YouTube Wave content is the highest method of using leisure time after Corona 19. Third, the reason for using smart learning is that self-development factor is the highest; fourth, the average time of using smart learning is the highest at 1 hour. Fifth, the place where smart learning is used is the highest in the house. Sixth, the perception of smart learning and untapped education service was recognized as having high utilization value. Seventh, the activation of the untapped culture and the recognition of government policy need the untapped literacy education for middle-aged and old. Eighth, the awareness of the untapped society and the new normal needs a strategy to cope with the change of the untapped society. Ninth, the awareness of the untapped culture and the living environment is recognizing smart learning first. Tenth, the recognition of the field of activation when expanding the untapped culture is recognized as the priority of smart learning related education., CONCLUSION. As Corona 19 has changed into an untected society, the education method using smart learning is becoming new normal. It is necessary to establish a systematic smart learning platform at the government level.

Syringoma is the most common type of benign intraepidermal eccrine sweat gland tumor in Korea, and is usually found in women in their forties. It presents mostly as a localized lesion, preferring the lower eyelid, cheek, or forehead, and rarely invades the vulval area, and in the case of children, vulvar invasion is even more rare. Tranilast is an antihistamine used for atopic dermatitis and asthma, and has recently been used for the treatment of keloid. A few previous studies have reported both localized and generalized forms of syringoma being effectively resolved with tranilast. Herein, we report a rare and interesting case of milium-like syringoma, which manifested on the vulval area of 10-year old girl that was successfully treated with tranilast. Background: Basal cell carcinoma is the most common form of skin cancer. Surgical excision is commonly used as the therapeutic modality. However, there is insufficient data on the prognosis of Korean patients who have undergone surgical excision for basal cell carcinoma. Objective: We therefore retrospectively analyzed the effectiveness of surgical excision in patients with basal cell carcinoma and compared it with previous studies. Methods: From 2009 to 2015, we enrolled 138 patients with primary basal cell carcinoma who underwent surgical excision and analyzed the recurrence rate, clinical features, surgical procedures, and histopathological subtypes. Results: The case series comprised 138 patients (M:F=1:1.51) with a mean age of 68.7 years. Recurrence after surgical excision was diagnosed in 0 of the 138 patients with a mean follow-up period of 47.5 months (12∼93 months). The mean tumor diameter and surgical margin were 0.9 cm and 3.1 mm, respectively. Most tumors (85.5%) were of the nodular subtype. Primary closure was used most often to repair the surgical defects (44.9%). Conclusion: Surgical excision may be a satisfactory method for the treatment of primary basal cell carcinomas, especially in non-high-risk cases. (Korean J Dermatol 2018;56(3):167∼171)

Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is a unique head and neck malignant tumor in terms of epidemiology, pathology, and prognosis. It has been demonstrated that the pathogenesis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma is associated with Epstein-Barr virus (EBV). A 52-year-old man was referred for a solitary erythematous patch on the left cheek. The biopsy specimen showed nasopharyngeal carcinoma with positive EBV RNA stain. The incidence of cutaneous metastasis is rare. When skin metastasis develops, it suggests a progressive state of the disease, although it is common for distant metastasis to occur at other sites. Herein, we describe our experience with an uncommon case of nasopharyngeal carcinoma presenting cutaneous metastasis. (Korean J Dermatol 2019;57(2):80∼83)

Background: Acne has been found to be associated with psychosocial problems, and the influence of acne may vary according to the era. Objective: We aimed to compare the present quality of life (QOL) of acne patients with that in the past 10 years. Additionally, financial values that patients attach to the treatment of their acne were evaluated. Methods: We analyzed the influences of acne on QOL using self-reported validated questionnaires (WHOQOL-BREF, Skindex-29, APSEA, CADI) between June 2014 and December 2015. Results: 100 acne patients and 70 controls were enrolled in the study. Compared with that in the past 10 years, the quality of life of acne patients decreased in terms of psychological and social relationships, and the difference between males and females was reduced. Clinical characteristics associated with quality of life were identified as age, duration, education, and self-reported severity score, etc. Patient-based financial valuation of treatment costs was associated with the Skindex-29, WHOQOL-BREF, and CADI scores. Conclusion: The impact of acne on QOL, especially psychosocial aspects, is important, and early initiation of the appropriate treatment may help to address the diminished QOL and financial burden of acne patients.
