        여대생의 얼굴미용성형 재수술 의도 구조모형

        본 연구는 미용성형 경험이 있는 여대생의 얼굴미용성형 재수술 의도에 미치는 이론 변수들 간의 가설적 모형을 구축하며 여대생의 얼굴미용성형 재수술 의도 모형과 실제 자료간의 적합성을 검증하고자 시도되었다. 대상은 미용성형 경 험이 있는 여대생으로 2014년 7월 15일부터 2014년 9월 20일까지 설문지 320부 중 300부가 회수되었으며, 최종적으로 응답 이 불확실한 5부를 제외한 총 295부를 분석에 이용하였다. 본 연구 결과 수술 후 외모만족도, 자아존중감, 주관적 규범, 외모 지상주의는 인지부조화에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 자아존중감, 주관적 규범, 외모지상주의는 재수술 의도에 직접적 영향을 미쳤으며, 자아존중감과 외모지상주의는 인지부조화를 매개로 미용성형 재수술 의도에 직․간접적으 로 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 미용성형 재수술 의도는 신체적 정신적 건강 향상을 위한 간호 중재 프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 제공하는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study was to construct a hypothetic model for the influential theoretical variables for the facial cosmetic resurgery intention of female college students with cosmetic surgery experience and to examine the compatability of the re-surgery intention model with real data. The subjects in this study were 320 selected female college students who had undergone cosmetic surgery. After a survey was conducted from July 15 to September 20, 2014, the answer sheets from 300 respondents were gathered, and the answer sheets from 295 respondents were analyzed except for the five ones that included uncertain answers. As a result, it's ascertained that cognitive dissonance was under the direct influence of post-surgery satisfaction with appearance, self-esteem, subjective norm and lookism.. Self-esteem, subjective norm and lookism had a direct impact on resurgery intention, and self-esteem and lookism affected resurgery intention both in direct and indirect ways through the medium of cognitive dissonance. The findings of the study are expected to provide useful information on the development of nursing intervention programs geared toward promoting physical and mental health.

        대학생이 인식하는 삶의 의미에 대한 내용분석

        본 연구는 대학생들이 삶의 의미에 대해 어떻게 인식하고 있는지를 광범위하게 파악하고자 시도 되었다. 연구 대상자 는 강원도와 경기도에 소재하는 4개 대학교에서 1, 2, 3, 4학년 학생을 대상으로 2015년 3월 부터 6월까지 대학생이 인식하 는 삶의 의미에 대한 내용을 알아보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 청소년 후기에 해당되는 대학생의 삶의 의미에 관한 면담 자료를 내용분석법의 절차에 따라 삶의 의미의 정의, 삶의 의미의 중요성, 삶을 의미를 위한 노력, 삶의 의미를 느낄 때, 삶의 의미를 느끼기 위한 방법에 관해 분석함에 따라 의미 있는 102개의 진술문과 30개의 범주로 도출 되었다. 이에 따라 자신의 삶을 보다 긍정적으로 바라봄으로써 삶의 의미를 향상시키고 안녕감을 증진시킬 수 있는 기초자료가 될 것이라고 생각 된 다. 또한 삶을 살아가면서 위기상황에 적절히 대처할 수 있는 방안이 필요하므로 대학생에게 삶을 살아가면서 필요한 지지 프로그램을 체계적으로 개발하는데 중요한 자료로 사용될 수 있을 것이다. 끝으로 대학생의 신체적, 정신적, 사회적으로 건강 한 대학생활을 적응 할 수 있도록 다각적인 간호중재 기초 자료를 제공될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to understand the way university students appreciate the meaning of life. The subjects were 1, 2, 3, and 4 grade students from four universities located in Gyeonggido and Gangwondo Provinces; This study was a descriptive research project conducted from March to June 2015 for the purpose of understanding how university students appreciate the meaning of life. The data, gathered from interviews with a number of university students, who are at the last stage of adolescence, were classified into 102 statements and 30 categories through a series of content analyses of certain subjects, such as the definition and importance of the meaning of life, the endeavor to make life meaningful, the moments they feel the meaning of life, and the methods they adopt to feel the meaning of life. We analyzed the ways in which university students appreciate the meaning of life. We hope this study will provide a small guide for them so that the meaning of their lives can be enriched and their feeling of well-being enhanced. In addition, it is necessary to develop appropriate measures for college students to deal with crises in their life and, thus, the results of this study could be used as an important material for the systematic development of support programs for college students. Finally, this study will provide the basis for multifaceted interventions designed to improve the physical and mental health of college students and help them to adapt to college life.

        간호대학생의 비판적 사고 성향과 자아존중감 및 취업스트레스의 연관성

        본 연구는 간호대학생의 비판적 사고 성향과 자아존중감에 따른 취업스트레스의 정도를 파악하고 이들 변수간의 관계를 파악하는 서술적 상관관계 연구로써, 강원도에 소재하는 3개 대학에서 편의 추출하여 332명의 대상으로 하여 수행하 였다. 비판적 사고 성향은 89.57±9.77점, 자아 존중감은 25.11±2.58점, 취업 스트레스는 46.38±17.67이었으며, 비판적 사고 성 향과 자아존중감(r=.294, p<.001)은 양의 상관관계가 있었고, 비판적 사고 성향과 취업스트레스(r=-.240, p<.001) 및 자아존 중감(r=-.209, p<.001)과는 유의한 음의 상관관계가 있었다. 비판적 사고 성향과 자아존중감은 취업 스트레스에 영향을 미치 는 변수였고, 35.2%로 설명되었다. 따라서 간호대학생의 비판적 사고 성향과 자아존중감 향상을 통해 취업스트레스를 감소 시킬 수 있는 통합적 교육프로그램을 개발하여 적용할 필요가 있겠다 The purpose of this study was to examine the job-seeking stress of nursing students according to their critical thinking disposition and self-esteem and the relationship of these variables. The subjects in this study were 332 nursing students. The students got 89.57±9.77 in critical thinking; 25.11±2.58 in self-esteem; and 46.38±17.67 in job-seeking stress. There was a positive correlation between critical thinking and self-esteem(r=.294, p<.001), and critical thinking(r=-.240, p<.001) had a significant positive correlation with self-esteem(r=-.209, p<.001). Critical thinking disposition and self-esteem were identified as the variables to affect job-seeking stress, and the two variables had a 35.2% explainability.

        간호대학생의 온라인 수업 적용 시 학습관련변인과 자기조절학습능력이 수업만족도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : This study is a descriptive survey research in order to grasp the influence of the learning-related variable and the self-regulated learning ability upon class satisfaction given the application of online classes to nursing students. Methods : The convenience sampling was carried out in nursing students at 5 universities from June 1, 2020 to July 30. The questionnaire response data of finally 284 students were analyzed. Data analysis was used SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. Results : The class satisfaction showed a correlation with the quality of instructional content (r=.75, p=.001), the quality of class composition (r=.72, p<.001), the learner to learner mutual level (r=.39, p<.001), the student to teacher mutual level (r=.76, p<.001), the learner to content mutual level (r=.85, p<.001), the self-regulated learning ability (r=.56, p<.001). The quality of instructional content, the learner to content mutual level, and the self-regulated learning ability, which were applied to the subjects, indicated a significant impact (F=147.85, p<.001). Conclusion : An effort is considered to be necessarily made for increasing the quality of instructional content and of class composition, and for improving the online class preparation level in teachers and students through re-designing the online instructional structure.

        모유수유 중재에 관한 국내 연구논문의 통합적 고찰

        본 연구는 기존 문헌의 통합적인 고찰을 통하여 국내에서 산모를 대상으로 수행된 모유수유 중재 교육에 대해 보고된 연구의 특성과 중재내용을 분석 평가하여 최적의 중재를 적용하기 위한 근거자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 대상은 1993년 1월에서 2014년 12월까지의 보고된 국내 연구로 4개의 전자 검색 데이터베이스를 이용하였다. 검색결과 76편 중 최종 15편 이 분석대상으로 선정되었으며 Whittmore와 Knaf의 통합적 고찰 지침에 따라 연구 분석 한 결과 개별교육 중재 논문이 2편, 개별교육과 집단교육이 동시에 이루어진 논문은 4편, 개별교육과 집단교육, 전화 상담 및 가정방문 교육이 복합으로 이루어 진 논문이 9편이었다. 추후 연구에서는 체계적인 연구 설계를 통하여, 모유수유 증진에 보다 적합한 간호중재임을 증명할 수 있는 과학적인 근거가 축적될 수 있어야 할 것이다. 또한 산모의 모유수유 교육에 대한 정확한 결과를 도출함으로써 추후 모유수유 교육에 대한 교육 프로그램 개발의 지침이 될 것이다. The purpose of this study was to examine the characteristics of domestic research into breast-feeding intervention education geared toward mothers and the content of the intervention based on the existing literature in an effort to provide information on how to offer the best intervention. Domestic studies reported between January 1993 and December 2014 were analyzed using four different databases. Fifteen studies were selected from 76 studies included in the databases after performing the searches. How long breast-feeding intervention remains effective should be studied to secure scientific rationales, which is one of the proper nursing interventions to boost breast feeding. As a result of analyzing the papers according to Whittmore and Knaf's integrative review method, the individual educational intervention was offered in two papers, and the individual education and group education were both provided in four. In nine papers, individual education, group education, phone counseling and education by home visits were all offered. Follow-up studies should be conducted by adopting a systematic research design to find more scientific evidence for appropriate nursing interventions to boost breast-feeding. These results will be useful for the development of educational programs for breast-feeding if more accurate information on breast-feeding education for mothers can be obtained.

        유아기 어머니가 인식하는 모성정체성 : 내용분석기법으로

        Purpose : This study analyzes the perception of maternal identity of mothers who have infancy children. Methods: This study was conducted using Content Analysis with sample of 65 mothers with infant children from October 2019 to January 2020. The 65 mothers were interviewed and the outcomes of the interview and their parenting statements were analyzed with content analysis. Statements were categorized and analyzed according to the selected procedure. Results : The results of the study are as follows: the 47 statements in total on perception of the meaning of maternal identity were identified into 8 categories and the total 54 statements on the importance of maternal identity were classified into 8 categories. On the other hand, the total 61 statements as for the experience of maternal identity while raising children are grouped into 10 categories and the 33 statements in total as for the ability to demonstrate maternal identity while raising children were analyzed to have 5 categories. Finally, the total 37 statements on the intention to learn about establishing maternal identity while raising children were categorized in 9 groups. Conclusion : In conclusion: the outcomes of this study cite that it is necessary for the relevant organization to develop and apply a proper maternal identity promotion program so that they could help mothers with infant children establish their maternal identity.

        Purpose : This study aims to analyze and summarize the trends of research conducted on domestic elderly nursing simulation through a thematic literature review method, in order to gain insights into the overall direction of research in this field. Method : This study conducts a thematic literature review of papers published in domestic academic journals, focusing on topics related to domestic elderly nursing simulation, to understand the research trends in this area. Results : The analysis of research topics revealed the following themes addressed in the papers related to domestic elderly nursing simulation: ‘Development and validation of a simulation-based educational program aimed at enhancing patient safety performance for caregivers in elderly care facilities’, ‘Effectiveness of simulation-based education in preventing frailty among the elderly through home nursing interventions’, ‘Impact of simulation-based practical training programs on home health management knowledge, problem- solving skills, and clinical performance’, ‘Development and effectiveness of standardized patient simulation- based professional training programs for managing home care for seniors with dementia’, ‘Nursing students’ experiences in virtual simulation and hybrid simulation-based elderly nursing practicum education: a mixed-methods research approach’, ‘Effects of simulation-based education on communication skills, academic self-efficacy, and attitudes towards the elderly among nursing students when caring for elderly individuals with cognitive impairment’, and ‘Assessment of demand for simulation-based home nursing education for frail elderly individuals’. Conclusion : These findings underscore the diverse applications and effectiveness of simulation- based education in various aspects of elderly nursing care in domestic settings.
