동측 및 반측성 시각자극의 단순반응시간과 뇌파분석에 의한 좌우뇌의 통합작용

This study was designed to estimate interhemispheric transmission time(IHTT) by measuring manual simple reaction time(SRT) to stimuli presented laterally to right and left visual fields(RVF & LVF). SRT task was measured key-pressing responses of the ipsilateral and contralateral hand to the light stimuli presented to the RVF and LVF. Also EEG data was obtained and analyzed quantitatively when the light stimuli was presented and key-pressing responded. 15 male table-tennis players (athletes) and 15 male non-athletes in the high school and Chonnam National University between 18-21 years served as subjects. They were all r^ighted-handed, had normal of corrected vision and wee naive as to the purpose of the experiment. The results of the analysis on the data obtained from the experiment were as follows : 1. As compared with the SRT between athletes and non-athletes, athletes were significantly faster than non-athletes all the visual field conditions(P<.05). 2. There were significant differences in the each visual field, and SRT was the fastest in the binocular openning but it was the slowest in the temporal hemiretina stimulus. 3. In all the visual fields, the right hand-response was faster than that of left hand in both of groups. 4. In the athletes, there were significant differences in the VIS(P<.001), nut in the non-athletes, there were significant differences in the VIS, RL(P<.001). 5. In the quantitative EEG analysis to the light stimuli and key-response task, wave patterns(β) were not changed mostly.
