유한체적법(FVM)의 시뮬레이션을 활용한 LED 벌브의 열 특성 고찰

Heat dissipation of the high power LED is a critical issue. To estimate the junction temperature of the LED chip is most important in characterizing the heat dissipation, but it is impossible to directly measure it. In this study, surface temperatures of the 12.8W LED bulb was measured for 5 points using a data logger and compared with the simulated results using a thermal simulator based on FVM (finite volume method) to secure a reliability of the simulation. Effects of some factors such as lens, emissivity and air inlet were investigated using simulation works and then the results were analysed.

본 사례연구의 목적은 사회복지 현장에서 멘토링 프로그램이 활성화 될 수 있도록 그 의미를 재조명하는데 있다. 연구 목적에 의해 대학생 멘토링 프로그램 사례로서 교육부가 시범사업으로 진행된 2006년 대학생 멘토링 프로그램 직·간접 참여자 17명의 경험과 인식의 발견을 통해 멘토링 프로그램의 과정이해 및 효과요인 그리고 개선방안을 논리모델의 절차와 요소에 따라 직·간접 참여자의 경험을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 실천적 함의는 멘토링 프로그램 과정 구성요소를 제시, 멘토링 프로그램 개발자 및 슈퍼바이저 그리고 간접 운영관리자의 기본역량 요소 규명, 멘토링 프로그램의 민·관 자원 연계 방향과 그 효과를 입증, 논리모델을 토대로 멘토링 프로 그램을 분석한 것은 실천 현장에서 멘토링 프로그램의 체계적이고 이론적인 평가체제를 확립할 수 있는 사례를 제공하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. This study has a purpose of re-examining the meaning of the mentoring program and finding out the improvement measure for the revitalization of the mentoring program in the social welfare. The outcome of the analysis of the improvement measure for mentoring program is as following. The improvement of input process includes considering the number of mentees, the cost should be used for supporting mentees, necessary of the allowance for teachers, mentors assessment system, the opportunity of rapport, the prior preparation period and the confirmation of the lower body structure, the strategy facing the change of environment, the professional staff, social welfare professions. The improvement of activities process includes support for the mentoring location and volunteers, the connection to the human and material resource of the local society, development of the integrated program, participation of the mentoring program of culture and talent, considering the desire and characteristic of the children`s level, develop of the mentor`s supervision system, understood through the reinforcement of the content and its structure. The improvement of output process includes the number of mentor and mentee, mentoring period, provided mentoring period and the frequency analysis, 1:1 relationship ,examined local region, secured to support mentee, organize period more than 1 year, the after care period for children, considering the life cycle of mentor and mentee, prepare for mentor`s burn out. The analysis of the mentoring program effect consider the direct and indirect participant, reflecting the various opinions from indirect participant, revised quality assessment system for making decision of the mentoring program, develop guide for mentoring program, the analysis of the experience with the selection of the human structure factor, the case studies that may assess the social operation policy and the structure & factors of the mentoring program.
