광역 및 기초자치단체의 재난관리체계 개선에 관한 부산 지역 사회복지사의 요구분석

The purpose of this study is to investigate the needs of social workers in Busan for the improvement of the disaster management systems of local governments. In specific, policy tasks that upper-level local governments should concentrate on were drawn based on the perspectives of each step of emergency management(prevention, preparedness, response, and recovery) and the role of lower-level local governments was explored on the basis of a diagnosis-evaluation model for the disaster management systems. To this end, a survey was conducted with social workers at community welfare centers, senior welfare centers, and community rehabilitation centers located in Busan. The data of 1,176 research subjects who answered earnestly was used for a t-test and the Borich needs assessment, and priority was determined with the LF model. The analysis results are as follows: It was found that 'identifying the causes of a disaster,' 'emergency evacuation plans in case of earthquake,' 'detailed implementation plans for recovery,' 'recovering damaged facilities quickly,' 'restoring public confidence,' 'establishing earthquake preparedness plans,' and 'supporting relief money quickly' should be preceded to enhance the disaster management systems of upper-level local governments. In addition, it was revealed that 'improving democratic citizenship of disaster residents,' 'expertise of emergency management officials,' 'adequate equipment for post-disaster operations,' 'integration disaster management systems,' 'cooperation with disaster -related departments,' 'cooperation between the upper-level and lower-level local governments,' 'immediacy of emergency management work,' 'systematic disaster preparedness training,' and 'accountability of officials’ were prerequisites for the improvement of the disaster management systems of lower-level local governments. Based on the results, this study drew implications to establish disaster management governance.
로켓 추진 원리를 이용한 고등학생 대상 과학교육프로그램 개발

우리나라 우주발사체 개발에 대한 청소년들의 흥미 유발과 로켓에 대한 과학적 접근을 쉽게 할 수 있도록 고등학생을 대상으로 하는 로켓 교육프로그램을 개발하였다. 고등학교 물리 1,2, 화학 1,2를 분석한 후 로켓의 추진 원리와 연계하였고, 추진 원리의 이해를 바탕으로 모델로켓 엔진을 제작하는 과정을 설명하였다. 또한 모델로켓에서 추진제로 사탕, 육포, 초콜릿 등과 같은 고열량 식품들을 사용하여 추진제를 제작하였다. 특히 교육프로그램은 식품을 이용한 추진제 제작, 연소 온도 측정, 추력 측정과 모델 로켓의 제작, 발사 등으로 구성하였으며 연구 결과를 통해 사탕을 이용한 제작한 추진제와 솔비톨로 제작한 추진제의 성능을 비교 분석하였다. 또한 프로그램을 적용한 후 학생들의 성취도 평가를 측정하기 위하여 기술적, 교육적 목표를 제시하고 프로그램의 운영을 통하여 목표 달성 여부도 판단하였다. This paper aims to design an educational science program based on rocket propulsion for high school students. Curriculum in high school physics and chemistry were evaluated to find out scientific match with basic principles in rocket propulsion. Also model rocketry was implemented as a part of the educational program. Solid propellants were prepared by the combination of sorbitol and candy after a selection process for solid propellant from several high caloric food candidates. Specially, this program was intended to give an opportunity to organize basic knowledge of high school science with model rocketry by measuring combustion temperature, thrust level of developed propellants. A pilot operation of the program was done with four high school students to evaluate the achievement of final goals of the program both in technical and educational aspect.

Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate the possibility of spinal mobilization with leg movement (SMWLM) using Korean Medicine treatment on acute lower limb muscle weakness through four case studies. Methods SMWLM , with other Korean Medicine treatments, was performed on four patients who underwent treatment at OOOO Korean Medicine Hospital from August 2017 to July 2018. Additionally, results of the Numerical Rate Scale(NRS), EuroQol-FiveDimensions(EQ-5D),Oswestry lowback pain disability questionnaire(ODI), Straight Leg Raise(SLR) test, and Manual Muscle Test(MMT) were evaluated. Results There was a significant increase in NRS, ODI, and EQ-5D scales with im-rovements of SLR angle and MMT figures to a normal range. Conclusions This study suggested that Korean Medicine treatment combined with SMWLM may affect treating acute lower limb muscle weakness. Further clinical studies are needed to establish a definite conclusion.
동기 · 위생 요인과 직무수행 간 관계에서 정서적 몰입의 매개효과

본 연구는 사회복지사의 동기ㆍ위생 요인과 직무수행 간 관계에서 정서적 몰입의 매개효과를 살펴보는 연구이다. 이를 위해 부산ㆍ경남 지역의 83개 사회복지관에 근무하는 사회복지사 996명을 대상으로 우편 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그리고 회수된 760부를 중심으로 동기 요인과 위생 요인 간 판별 타당도 분석을 실시한 후, 구조방정식모형의 측정모형과 구조모형 분석을 실시하였다. 그리고나서 구조모형에서 유의하게 나타난 경로를 중심으로 효과분해를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 동기 요인과 위생 요인은 상호 구분되는 개념임이 입증되었다. 둘째, 동기요인과 위생요인은 정서적 몰입에 정적인 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 동기요인은 직무수행에 직접적 영향과 간접적 영향 모두 미치며, 위생요인은 간접적 영향만 미침을 알 수 있었다. 특히 효과분해 결과, 총효과에서 정서적 몰입에는 위생 요인의 영향력이 더 크고, 직무수행에는 동기 요인의 영향력이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이상을 통해 사회복지관에 근무하는 사회복지사의 인적자원관리와 관련한 직무 내ㆍ외적 환경 개선 방안을 도출하였다. The purpose of this study is to identify the mediating effects of affective commitment on the relationship between motivationㆍhygiene factors and job performance of social workers. The author conducted a survey by mail to 996 social workers who worked for 83 community welfare centers in Busan and Gyeongnam. The collected 760 questionnaires were conducted using discriminant validity analysis between motivation and hygiene factors and then analysis of measurement model and structure model for structural equation modeling. The author then performed effect decomposition focusing on significant paths in the structure model. According to the analysis, motivation and hygiene factors were shown to be distinguished concepts for each other. Second, motivation factors and hygiene factors have positive effects on affective commitment. While motivation factors have direct and indirect effects on job performance of social workers, hygiene factors have indirect effects on job performance through affective commitment. The results of effect decomposition, in total effect, showed that affective commitment was mostly affected by hygiene factors while job performance was mostly affected by motivation factors. Based on such results, the study proposed implication for improvements in internal and external job environments related to human resource management for social workers in community welfare centers.
사회복지관의 성과지향적 문화가 사회복지사의 직무수행에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the performance-oriented culture of a community welfare center on the job performance of its social workers. For that purpose, the study conducted a survey by mail with 1,162 social workers working for community welfare centers around Busan and Gyeongnam Province from January 4 to 31, 2013. Of the collected questionnaires, a total of 755 from 81 community welfare centers were used in the final analysis. This study used the SPSS 21.0, AMOS 21.0, and HLM 6.02 statistical software packages to perform data analysis for each hypothesis. The analysis results of the unconditional model of the hierarchical linear model, the unconditional random coefficient model, and the conditional model show that the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of social workers had positive (+) effects on their job performance. Secondly, customer orientation, one of the sub-elements of performance-oriented culture, had positive (+) effects on the job performance of social workers, whereas the result orientation had negative (-) effects on it. In addition, innovation orientation had no impacts on their job performance. Based on those findings, the study proposed management plans for organizational culture to enhance the job performance of social workers.
