간호대학생의 임상실습 및 생명의료 윤리의식과의 관련성 조사 연구

본 연구는 간호대학생의 생명의료 윤리의식과 임상실습간의 관련성을 조사하기 위한연구로 임상 실습교육의 개선 방향을 모색하고자 실시되었다. 연구대상은 C북도에 소재하는 4년제 6개교 간호대학생 508명, 간호전문대학생 200명으로 총 708명을 대상으로 서술적 조사연구를 하였다. 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 생명의료윤리 의식을 분석한 결과는 종교활동 정도와 장기서약 여부가 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대상자의 임상실습 특성별로 생명의료윤리 의식의 차이를 분석한 결과는 임상실습 경험유무, 임상실습이 윤리의식을 향상시킬 수 있는지에 대해, 임상실습 기간정도에 따라서 유의한 차이가 있다는 것으로 나타났다. 10개의 생명의료 윤리의식 변수의 상관관계를 살펴봤을 때 일부 변수간의 정적 또는 부적 상관관계가 유의하게 나타났다. 종교활동 외 4개변수가 전체 변수의 5.8%로 설명력을 나타냈다. 바람직한 직업윤리와 확고한 윤리적 가치관 및 생명의료윤리 의식을 가진 간호사를 배출하기위해서는 간호대학생의 생명의료 윤리의식에 영향을 미치는 변수를 고려한 윤리교육과정이 개발되어야 할 것이다. Purpose : This study sought to provide basic data for the establishment of a desirable ethics service by analyzing the consciousness of biomedical ethics of nursing students. Methods : Subjects were nursing students selected from nursing college and university. The Data was analyzed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson’s Corelation and multiple regression. Results : The average point of the consciousness of biomedical ethics was 2.88. As a result of the consciousness of biomedical ethics due to general characteristics of subjects, the experience of organ serment and participation in religious activity makes significant difference. The difference of the consciousness of biomedical ethics due to characteristics of subjects’ clinical practice found out that the significant influences are made by following factors: willing to take ethics course from nursing school, existence of clinical practice experiment, the length of time for the practice. The analysis of the correlation between the characteristic of subjects and the consciousness of biomedical ethics shows that the number of siblings has a relation. Conclusion : An arbitration program that could promote either changeable ethical values must be considered with attention to the significant variables that can promote the awareness of biomedical ethics of nursing students.

간호대학생의 임상실습 중 안전사고 경험에 따른 환자안전관리 지식, 태도, 수행자신감 정도

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 임상실습 중 안전사고 경험정도와 환자안전관리 지식, 태도, 수행 자신감과의 관련성을 파악하여 임상실습 전 올바른 안전관리 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위한 연구이다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-tests, one-way ANOVA를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 일반적 특성에 따른 환자안전관리 지식, 태도, 수행자신감의 차이를 분석한 결과, 환자안전관리 지식, 태도에서 유의한 변수는 없었으며 환자안전관리 수행 자신감에서 부주의에 대한 자가인지(p=.033)에서 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 환자안전사고경험에는 주사침 찔림사고(5.9%), 환자확인 오류(3.4%), 의료기구 파손(1.7%)으로 나타났으며 환자안전관리 지식(p=.029)과 유의한 차이가 있으며 환자안전관리 태도, 환자안전관리 수행자신감에서는 유의한 변수는 없었다. 대상자의 환자안전관리 지식, 환자안전관리 태도, 환자안전관리 수행자신감 간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과는, 환자안전관리 태도는 환자안전관리 수행자신감(r=.286, p=.002)과 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 간호 대학생들을 위한 임상실습 전 환자안전관리 수행자신감 중진을 위한 교육적 중재 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다. The purpose of this study was to identify the degree of knowledge, attitude and self - confidence of the patient of patient safety with experience of safety incidents of nursing students in order to developing pre-clinical practice program. The research data were analysed t-test, one-way ANOVA using SPSS 21.0. There was no significant difference in patient safety management knowledge and attitude, and self - perceived self - perceived self - perception was significant(p =.033). Patient safety accident experience was found to be significant (5.9%), patient identification error (3.4%), demage to medical devices(1.7%) and patient safety management knowledge (p = .029) Management attitude, and patient safety management. The results of the analysis of the correlation between the patient safety management knowledge, the patient safety management attitude, and the self-confidence of the patient safety management showed that the patient safety management attitude was related to patient safety management self-confidence (r = .286, p =.002). Therefore, it is necessary to develop a pre-training program that includes the importance of basic guidelines to nursing students before clinical practice.

비판적 사고력 증진 간호과정 교육이 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향, 문제해결능력에 미치는 효과

This study was performed to examine that nursing education curriculum effects the critical thinking dispositions and problem-solving skills of nursing students. A one group pre-posttest study was used. The participants were 108 nursing students 2nd graders. The data collected from Aug 31th to Dec 11th, 2015 in one university. Collected data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation by SPSS 23.0. After the course, there were significant incresed in critical thinking disposition(t = -4.545, p <.001), and problem solving ability(t = -2.622, p = .010). The finding of this study verified that the nursing education curriculum can be used for improvements of critical thinking abilities and problem-solving skills of nursing students. Therefore, we suggest further research how the learning method based on critical thinking effects clinical training course or integrated nursing practical course management. 본 연구는 비판적 사고력 증진을 위한 간호과정 교육이 간호학생의 비판적 사고 성향, 문제해결능력에 미치는 효과를 확인하고자 수행되었다. 연구설계는 단일군 사전사후설계에 의한 실험연구로 연구대상은 C도 소재 일개 4년제 대학 간호학과 2학년 학생 108명이었으며 연구기간은 2015년 8월 31일부터 2015년 12월 11일까지였다. 연구결과 비판적 사고에 근거한 간호과정 교육 운영 후 비판적 사고성향(t=-4.545, p<.001), 문제해결능력 (t=-2.622, p=.010)의 점수가 사전에 비해 사후에 유의하게 증가하였고 교육 후 학습 만족도는 3.89±0.56점이었다. 본 연구를 통하여 비판적 사고력 증진을 위한 간호과정 교육이 간호학생의 비판적 사고 능력과 문제해결능력을 향상시키는데 효과가 있음이 확인되었다. 향후 비판적 사고력 증진에 근거한 학습방법을 임상실습 교과목이나 통합간호실습 교과목 운영에 대한 효과를 확인하는 연구를 제언한다
