Phase angle in grid-connected inverter is important information for current control. When different loads are connected to PCC(Point of Common Coupling) of grid, distorted grid voltage is taken place by load utility generating distorted current. Especially, in case the grid voltage is distorted by low order frequency such as 3<SUP>rd</SUP>, 5<SUP>th</SUP> harmonic, phase angle of PLL output is distorted. This paper analyze problem of current THD(Total Harmonic Distortion) due to distorted phase angle by distorted grid voltage, and propose control method compensating this problem. Also, it’s validity is verified by simulation and experiment.

자동차의 조향 장치에서 연비 절감과 조향성능의 향상을 위해 연구되고 있는 전동식 파워스티어링 시스템은 기존의 유압식에 비해 소음과 진동이 발생하는 단점을 가지고 있다. 이를 감소시키기 위해 토크 리플을 줄이는 것이 관건이고, 토크 리플을 발생시키는 큰 원인 중 하나가 위치 센서 분해능 제한이다. 본 논문에서는 가격 절감을 위해 낮은 분해능의 위치 센서로 전동식 파워스티어링 시스템의 토크 리플을 저감하기 위해 위치 추정 기법을 제안하고, 실험을 통해 이를 검증하였다.

전기제동(Electric Braking) 분야는 기존 자동차 시스템에서 사용된 유압 브레이크를 대신하여 전동기를 이용하여 제동력을 얻게 된다. 전기제동은 기존 유압식에 비해 부품의 수가 감소되며 ABS, ESC 등의 응답성 향상 및 제동거리 감소효과를 얻을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 EMB(Electro-Magnetic Brake)용 BLAC 전동기의 제어기를 개발하였다. 제어 시스템은 BLAC 전동기 구동을 위한 전력변환장치와 속도제어를 위한 디지털제어기를 구성하였으며, 빠른 토크 응답특성을 위해 벡터제어 기법을 제안하였다. 또한 이 제어 기법을 적용시켜 Matlab/Simulink를 이용한 시뮬레이션 및 실험 결과를 제시하여 EMB용 BLAC 전동기의 성능을 검증하였다.

Up to recently the harmonic generation has deteriorated the quality of electricity and affected the performance on the electrical installation including OA, FA, IT devices and so on. Some studies of harmonic affects in diagnosis and the cause of accident has not done by the experimental data of harmonic source but merely by presumption according to qualitative analysis. So, in order to research the harmonic affect on the electrical installation according to quantitative analysis and gather reliable data over and over again, it is necessary to develop an AC power source which is capable of generating some harmonics. In this paper, we described about realization of Distorted Source devices which can produce and compose harmonics for the analysis of accident due to harmonics.

A dynamic electrical parameter monitoring device was designed to simultaneously record the instantaneous value of voltage, current, power. and resistance during spot welding. The data obtained using this technique have been analyzed in tern of the relationship of theses parameters to the phenomena occuring during the formation(surface break-down, nugget formation and mechanical collapse) of spot weld. Finally ,a database implementation is undertaken to develop techniques for improving weld quality of the resistance spot welder.<br/> <br/>

Recently the harmonic generation has declined electricity quality and has bad influence on the electrical installation including OA(Office Automation), FA(Factory Automation), IT(Information Telecommuni -cation) devices and so on. The study of harmonics be greatly interested in diagnosis accident with harmonics was not merely guesswork but clarify the cause by experimental data at these days. Therefore, it is necessary development of AC power source for correct experiment with reliable data. In this paper, we realized the AC power source that can produce and compose harmonics for analysis of accident with harmonics.

A brushless DC motor has the high quality of torque output and silence, has been more widely used in industrial area. As the driver and controller of BLDC motor have been more complicated and precise, simulation method has been much used m motor design. And the output characteristics of BLDC motor is determined by the waveform of BACK-EMF in instinct. But because the conventional model of BLDC motor is obtained by approximation of real nonlinear waveform to ideal trapezoidal waveform, the error is occurred in slmulation result. Thus in this paper, for the correction of this error in simulation, the model of real nonlinear waveform considered is proposed, and the simulation result is obtained in case of three-phase, four-poles Y-connected, surface mounted permanent magnet BLDC motor.
