Modern architecture and design presents a variety of heterogeneous, multifarious expressions, reinterpreting and expressing the performance of materials or the function of Spaces, the processes contained therein. This mode of series is interpreted as immaterial rather than reductive. On the basis of the investigation of the immateriality of explicit space, the meaning of spatial design and immateriality is redefined. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to understand the concept of immaterial in space and the immaterial characteristics and types in modern space design, and to analyze the immaterial characteristics in domestic residential space. First, The background, purpose, scope and method of the research are presented. Secondly, through literature investigation, the concept of spatial immateriality, the development trend of immaterialization and the structural form of immaterialization are understood, and the theoretical background of the characteristics and types of immaterialization is investigated. Third, to grasp the immaterial properties of the living shell, which is closely related to the daily behavior of human beings, and select the works of writers related to the immaterial performance. Fourthly, it combines the immaterial performance characteristics generated from the skin with the discovery, deformation, distortion, fusion and progress of the components through the construction of the immaterial outer skin. To study and understand the concept of immateriality, secondly, to classify the immateriality characteristics and types in space design, and to master the immateriality characteristics in settlement.

There have been various changes such as the emergence of urban living houses, the recognition of Gosiwon and Officetel as residential type, and the relaxation of the system to enable them to function. In recent years, And promote the dissemination of shared housing to get such things. However, this quantitative dissemination is not enough to accommodate the diverse needs of single-person households. In addition, there is still a lack of space planning and configuration for shared space in shared housing to accommodate various demands. Therefore, in this study, the concept of shared space of one - person shared - house is established and the characteristics of space composition of one - person shared - house are studied through examples of shared space. In order to elucidate the spatial composition expression of the main purpose of this study, the progress system of this study is to approach from two aspects of literature study and case study analysis. In this research, we apply the spatial characteristics to the shared space in the shared house, provide basic data to be used in the planning of the shared house, find out the possibility and potential of the shared space, and have great significance for activation. The case of analysis has been analyzed based on the case that it has been completed since 2010, but further study should be carried out due to limitations of the number and scope of cases.

In China, family restaurants have been on the level of restaurant design due to the recent surplus of information.This research study the space design of the family restaurant, so that customers can feel newness all the time and proactively respond to customer"s needs and present a user and space interaction space for user and experience-oriented design The purpose of this study is to derive and reflect user preference and preference of spatial domain characteristics in order to provide detailed customer service in today "s family restaurant space. The understanding of experience design, and the development of family restaurants. Second, the characteristics of cognitive and physical experience design of family restaurant were analyzed and analyzed to analyze the characteristics of experience design of family restaurant. Third, based on the consideration of the user contact area, we survey the contents of the present condition of the family restaurant based on the experience of the user. Fourth, we evaluated the characteristics of user experience design with analyzed contents.Currently, user experience centered design is being studied in various fields. It is meaningful to present the basis of experience characteristics and it is expected to be a basis for further research.

In the case of living spaces, where human emotions and space environments are most closely interacted with each other, the desires for human spaces are very different. By sharing the living experience, the community space and interior elements can be understood, and through this, users can get emotional reactions such as visual and touch. Therefore, this study examines the influence of space on emotional design by considering various aspects according to emotional expressions that youth pursues for community space of youth. Proactively respond to youth’s sensibilities and needs and provide a foundation for design theory by providing community space style vision about youth sensations and basic materials to improve the level of communication between designers and researchers in the development of furniture and interior products.I First, after considering the status and prior research on emotional design in the shared dwelling, the emotional design characteristics of the community space can be divided into behavior support, experience, continuity and symbolism, and the composition and compartmentalization of the space.By providing a community space emotional design vision on the sensibility of young people, basic data that can improve the level of communication between designers and researchers in developing the extramaritality of human beings in the interior.

(Research background and purpose) Today's spatial design has changed from an industrial society to an information society, and the paradigm of space has also changed. In the past, if the object of the design was a type of design element, namely the product and space, it should consider intangible design elements that would give users convenience and comfort, enhance usability, and, by extension, emotional satisfaction. At Family Restaurant, space should be presented as a place where communication with space can be made, not just a simple dining area, that can be experienced at all times by actively responding to users' needs. Designs centered on user experience are required to meet the diverse consumer needs of family restaurants that are spreading amid this trend of times. To this end, the purpose of the project is to derive and reflect the characteristics of the user experience-centered UX design in order to improve customer service in constructing the family restaurant space today. (Study Method) In order to derive a study on the characteristics of UX design in Family Restaurant, which is the purpose of this study, the progress system of this study consists largely of literature research, observation surveys for user behavior analysis, and surveys for preference surveys. For this purpose, firstly, we look at the concept of UX design, understanding of UX design and the status of development of family restaurant through literature research. Second, to analyze the UX design characteristics of a family restaurant, a user checklist is created at a family restaurant. Third, this research target conducts user observation and survey of family restaurants as a case target for three recently established family restaurants. Fourth, the characteristics of UX design in family restaurant are derived with the analyzed content. (Result) By case analysis of UX design characteristic, the order was case C> case B> case A, the order by group was, the middle-aged> the elderly> the children, and the order by characteristics was the association> sensory stimulation>convenience>non-dailiness. Preference was verified in order A-1>A-2 for association, C-2>C-1 for convenience, N-2>N-1 for non-dailiness, and S-1>S-2 for sensory stimulation. (Conclusion) First, the characteristics of UX design were divided into association convenience, non-dailiness, and sensory stimulation after considering the prior study of family restaurant. Second, in the case of Family Restaurant, user analysis shows that the preference for C case VIPS was highest in terms of UX design, and that its associativity was highest in terms of characteristics. Because it could stimulate the user's individual memory or experience through visual images, and elicit the user's emotional response. Third, middle-aged people had the highest preference by group. In particular, children preferred direct experiences that were stimulated in spaces such as vision, hearing, and touch.

The space environment of kindergarten is an important space for children to learn, play, live, grow and develop. It is the external condition of children`s spiritual growth and plays a potential education function. With the development of society and culture, the space design of kindergarten should also strive to meet the emotional and ideological needs of children. The purpose of this dissertation is to solve the problem of backward teaching environment in most Chinese kindergartens in China, to create a suitable space for children to grow, to meet the needs of children`s emotional and ideological needs. Research on the performance characteristics of emotional design and other content and the existing national kindergarten spatial design case analysis for the future design of kindergartens in China to bring help. The case study of this thesis is about three new public demonstration kindergartens in Shanghai. Analyze the performance characteristics of perceptual design in the study space and the activity space and make a qestrionnaire survey and analysis of the emotional design of kindergarten.

This study analyzed for the present situation and characteristics of the community space of overseas cohousing. Based on this, this study aims to inquire into the necessary fundamental needed when designing a community space of future cohousing. As a result, this study could learn that cohousing is an intentional community of private homes clustered around shared space. Households have independent incomes and private lives, but neighbors collaboratively plan and manage community activities and shared spaces. In addition to personal space, the community has shared space, including children"s paly space, rest space, green space, sports space,learning space and public living space. Residents can hold various activities in the community. So these spaces give residents more opportunities to communicate and enrich their community life.
