        경영환경, 조직문화가 HACCP의 경영혁신과 경영성과에 미치는 영향

        Innovation works primarily at the firm level, though some innovations have industry-wide effects. The incentive for an individual firm to innovate is through the increase in profits that can occur through new process innovations that lower costs through increased revenues resulting from new product innovations increasing demand for the final product. The paper seeks to focus on the concept of HACCP as management innovation in the food industry sector. The purpose of this paper is to factorize the HACCP concept by analyzing the HACCP practices implemented and the results achieved from implementing such practices. It also aims to determine the means by which the management innovation results are optimized. This research scrutinizes impacts of HACCP implementation as management innovation on the firm`s performance in food industry. In addition, this study tries to explain whether degrees of HACCP implementation as management innovation mediates the relationship between the contextual variable (ie: the environmental dynamism, organizational culture) and business performance. To achieve the goals, this study developed conceptual measurements of environmental dynamism, competitive strategy organizational culture, degrees of HACCP implementation and business performances based on previous researches. This study proposed hypotheses and conducted surveys with 176 sets of questionnaire from executive officers of food industry. The study hypotheses are tested through simple and multiple regression model and mediated regression analysis. The results are as follows. First, environmental dynamism, organizational culture had affected degrees of HACCP implementation as management innovation. It had been proved that determinants of management innovation had positive impacts on management innovation consisting of HACCP implementation. Secondly, the test proved that HACCP implementation as management innovation influences business performance. Especially, the HACCP implementation in the food industry has the strongest influence on the profit indicator, which verifies the outcome of previous research. Third, the hypothesis that environmental dynamism, organizational culture(hierarchy and innovation) has an positive influence on corporate financial performance is fully accepted. Fourth, the hypothesis that HACCP implementation as management innovation mediates between environmental dynamism and business performance is accepted as partially mediation. Fifth, the hypothesis that HACCP implementation as management innovation mediates between innovative organizational culture and business performance is accepted as partially mediation. Sixth, the hypothesis that HACCP implementation as management innovation mediates between hierarchical organizational culture and business performance is accepted as fully mediation. These results are expected to give some theoretical contributions for HACCP implementation as management innovation research subject with its try for theory`s generalization. And they are also expected to give some helps for management of food industry sector, especially its HACCP resource policy.

        감정노동행동이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 -감성리더십과 임파워먼트의 조절효과-

        This study is empirical analysis to subcategory of emotional labor which are surfacing acting (Basic Surface Acting and Challenged Surface Acting) and deep acting (Basic Deep Acting, Perspective Taking Deep Acting and Positive Refocus Deep Acting), Blau et al.(2010), influence boss``s emotional leadership and member``s empowerment as moderating variable on job satisfaction. Validity dependent variables and validity moderating variables was merged into one variable by factor analysis during verify hypothesis with 423 validity survey. Purpose of merging variable is influence of emotional labor depends on personality traits for superordinate concept such emotional leadership is more important than subcategory such as social competence. The verification of hypothesis result are as following. First, basic deep acting and positive refocus deep acting of emotional labor showed significant effect on job satisfaction. Second, boss``s emotional leadership is moderating effect to basic deep acting and perspective taking deep acting of emotional labor on job satisfaction.Third, empowerment is moderating effect to challenged surface acting, perspective taking deep acting and positive refocus deep acting of emotional leadership on job satisfaction. In conclusion, job satisfaction is important for member of emotional labor. Furthermore boss``s emotional leadership influence job satisfaction and empowerment also important factor to affect job satisfaction. Leaders should understand and consider member``s emotion to increase capacity of emotional labor through harmonious relationship. Member should find out themselves customer``s desire or what clients need because producing and consuming at same time and place. If employee handle appropriate, duty and accomplishment are increased then job satisfaction is going up. Therefore employees have customer oriented attitude it is connected customer satisfaction. As a result, customer satisfaction contribute to profit of company and get one of competitiveness that is strategic human resource management.

        조직혁신과정의 본질에 관한 연구

        The process, different from the structure, means the period of time that changes of relevance among elements of structure taking place over time; also the flow and movement of the resources of organization. However, in the process of organization reforming it is difficult to distinguish the relationship between structure and process. Therefore it is most crucial to decide for organization management when the organization reforming should take place. The organizations are seeking changes through the ongoing organization reforming. With the reforming being repeated, there certainly are resistance from organization members and adverse situation from various conflicts regarding organization reforming. It is necessary to throughly understand the process of organization reforming in order to draw the positive participation and support from the members. Understanding organization reforming process is the shortcut to the successful organization reforming and the requirement to survival of the organization. Thus, there are needs to understand the process and to observe the nature of the organization reforming process in detail. Therefore, it is the goal of this thesis paper to examine the nature of organization reforming process and the problems that could arise in the process of organization reforming. The organization reforming is not something everyone can easily carry out; on the other hand, it is not something that is highly unattainable. It is absolutely needed for the organizations to be familiarized with the environmental changes. However organization reforming is more difficult than what it seems since there are harsh opposition and resistance accompanying the organization reforming. Therefore the point here is to investigate the problems that could arise in the process of organization reforming and to overcome the barriers in order to implement the organization reforming process. It makes more sense to judge the result of the organization reforming from the structural point of view rather than the managerial point of view. The organization reforming is based on the will and abilities of the organization members that are the organizational changes through attitude, abilities, and objectives of the existing members and participation of new ones. The participation members influence the organization reforming process in a positive or negative way by imposing power or pressure intentionally. Therefore the members have to throughly understand the organization reforming process and it should be considered in the same insight of organization process.

        학교장의 서번트 리더십이 교사의 일터영성과 조직성과에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 학교장의 서번트 리더십이 교사가 일터에서 느끼는 영성(workplace spirituality)과 교사와 학생간의 상호작용을 통해 만들어지는 교사학생 친밀감 및 교사가 학교조직과 학생 및 수업에 대한 애착의 정도를 나타내는 교사헌신간에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증분석을 통하여 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 전국의 초 · 중 · 고등학교 및 기독교대안학교에 근무하는 교사들을 대상으로 설문지 409부를 회수하여 확인적 요인분석과 구조모형방정식을 이용하여 분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 학교장의 서번트 리더십은 일터영성에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)적인 관계를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 일터영성은 교사학생 친밀감과 교사헌신에 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)적인 관계를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 일터영성은 학교장의 서번트 리더십과 교사학생 친밀감 간에는 완전매개 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 학교장의 서번트 리더십과 교사헌신 간에는 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 일터영성이 학교조직에서 처음으로 실증 분석에 사용되었다. 분석결과를 토대로 학교조직에서 교사의 일터영성은 조직성과 변인인 교사학생 친밀감과 교사헌신에 직 · 간접적인 영향을 주는 중요한 요인임을 확인하였다. 따라서 학교장은 교사의 일터영성을 고양시키기 위하여 서번트 리더십을 발휘해야 한다는 시사점을 제공하는데 의의가 있다. The purpose of this research is to empirically analyze the influence of principal's servant leadership on workplace spirituality that teachers feel, teacher-student intimacy created through the interaction between teachers and students, and commitment to school organization, students and classes which represents the degree of teacher's affection. To this end, a questionnaire survey is carried out by 409 teachers working in elementary, middle, and high schools along with those in Christian alternative schools in South Korea, which was analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model. As results, first, it shows that the principal's servant leadership has a statistically meaningful positive relationship on workplace spirituality. Second, the result shows that workplace spirituality has statistically meaningful positive relationship on both teacher-student intimacy and teacher's commitment. Third, it shows that workplace spirituality plays a role as a full mediation factor in the relationship with principal's servant leadership and teacher-student intimacy while it plays a role as a partial mediation factor in the relationship with teacher's commitment. The significance of this research paper is that it is the first analysis on the workplace spirituality in school organizations. Based on the analysis, school organizations can suggest that workplace spirituality is an important value for teachers. The principals are required to have an interest in the enhancement of the teacher's workplace spirituality and they should demonstrate servant leadership in order to do so.
