The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects, which investigates the effects of work-family conflict, family-work conflict, work-family facilitation, and family-work facilitation simultaneously on emotional exhaustion and job satisfaction among married women in the tourism service business. Married women experience conflicts, performing their roles between two domains, work and home. Their conflicts can be divided into conflicts from work to family and conflicts from family to work. In addition to conflicts, facilitations caused by supporting effects between the two domains can work both work and family and bring about positive interactions between them. Therefore, the interaction aspects of the conflict and the need to facilitation studies are considered together have been raised. The analysis results show that work-family conflicts, family-work conflicts, and work-family facilitations had significant effects on emotional exhaustion and that work-family conflicts, work-family facilitations, and family-work facilitations had significant effects on job satisfaction. Furthermore, emotional exhaustion turned out to influence the reduction of job satisfaction. Finally, the study tested the mediating effects of emotional exhaustion and found that work-family conflicts had impacts on job satisfaction via the perfect mediation of emotional exhaustion and that work-family facilitations had impacts on job satisfaction via the partial mediation of emotional exhaustion. As a result, corporate organizations should build family-friendly policies and conflict-diminishing cultures while promoting facilitation if they are to consider the powerful influence of work and family in the work-family balance of a married woman.

At the point of time of the competition between airlines is severing to attract new customers because of the rising of the number of passengers using planes, it is above all important to find out how passengers feel about the planes and to establish proper marketing strategies. Accordingly, through this study, by finding out the attributes which passengers select airlines and by measuring the satisfaction which they feel about it, domestic airlines can have competitive power among the international airlines. After recent survey with passengers using domestic airlines, this study found out the importance and satisfaction of airlines selection attribute through IPA. The analysis showed that domestic airlines need prompt reforms in services aligned with other airlines, taste and quality of in-flight meals, comfortable seats, in-flight environment, types of airplanes, and airfare, and so on.

As a five-day workweek begins, many types of creative and characteristic leisure activities are expected to increase. It makes workers have more leisure hours. Also, a five-day workweek will be contributed to improving standard of lives, accelerating leisure activities, and promoting people`s welfare. Therefore, the major objective of this study is to find out changes the five-day workweek, brought to workers` leisure activities through research analyses and influences of a five-day workweek to workers` leisure satisfaction. Verified results are listed as follow. Firstly, there are significant differences in the leisure time of Saturday according to various types of work. Secondly, there are significant differences in leisure satisfaction according to types of work workers engaged in, and leisure satisfaction was the highest among group which practice a five-day workweek. Thirdly, there is a difference in leisure activities, depending on leisure time. Fourthly, according to effects of leisure time on leisure satisfaction, leisure time on Saturday is proved to be effective on statistically on leisure satisfaction. Finally, it was discovered that the total amount leisure activity affected on the leisure satisfaction. In fact, the more the leisure activities are, the higher the leisure satisfaction. Regarding these verified results, this study reached conclusion that a five-day workweek can be a factor which influence workers` leisure activities and leisure satisfaction.
