        선우정골요법의 소개 : 원리, 시술방법

        박태용,양나래,도광선,선우윤영,Park, Tae-Yong,Yang, Na-Rae,Do, Kwang-Sun,Sunu, Yoon-Young 척추신경추나의학회 2017 척추신경추나의학회지 Vol.12 No.1

Objectives : It is important to develop a new Chuna manual therapy as a representative of Chuna manual therapy technique at the time of KSCMM's (Korean Society of Chuna manual medicine) joining a $F{\acute{e}}d{\acute{e}}ration$ Internationale de $M{\acute{e}}decine$ Manuelle (FIMM). Therefore, Sunu manual therapy (SMT) will be introduced as a purely new Chuna manual therapy. Main subject : Sunu manual therapy (SMT) was discovered about two decade ago by a Korean Medicine doctor who wanted to develop a new manual therapy to treat a internal disease. It is very important to make the best use of four powers such as a compression force, a torsion force, a bending force, a tension force using a resonance principle and to experience a feeling of spine axis. SMT is different from Chiropractic technique and Osteopathy technique, in that SMT could treat so many disease using only one technique, but other manual therapy could utilize so many technique to treat only one disease. Discussion : Because SMT utilize a power of a moving in silience, it will take several years to totally master a SMT which will make a patient and a doctor experience a feeling of spine axis. As a feeling of spine axis is deeper, a nerve could be excited and treated by a SMT. Also as a feeling of spine axis is shallower, a muscle could be excied and treated by a SMT. Conclusions : SMT could be classed as a craniosacral chuna therapy or visceral chuna therapy to treat a internal disease considering SMT's action and purpose.

Purpose : Selective functional movement assessment(SFMA) is a movement-based assessment tool designed for clinicians to diagnose and treat pain and functional physical problems. This concept is used for assistance in occupations related to movement, including clinical medical personnel, such as physical therapists, physical education instructors, and athlete coaches. Although this concept is widely used by clinicians, research and scientific proofs are relatively insufficient. This study aimed to review the literature on the understanding, reliability and effectiveness of SFMA, and to consider its role in the future of rehabilitation. Methods : In this review, a total of nine articles were selected according to the eligibility criteria of three major thesis topics. The main topics covered in the literature are reliability and effectiveness of clinical use of SFMA. To gather research articles, we searched official term 'Selective Functional Movement Assessment'. Among the searched 60 studies, nine were mentioned in this study that contained overlapping information and matched our desired topic. We reviewed four reliability analyses, four case reports, and one experimental study. Results : Reliability has an intermediate degree between high raters and within raters. The validity of the SFMA system is influenced by a combination of experience and logic; hence, further improvement is needed. Therefore, if the intervention was effective based on the diagnosis result, then biomechanical evidence is necessary to further support the claim. Conclusion : In future research, to use SFMA as a diagnostic tool with high accuracy, it is necessary to improve the reliability of the main problem through breakout, support for guidelines and validity and efficiency.

Purpose : Myofascial decompression is frequently mentioned as a method applied to cupping. The purpose of this study is to evaluate and compare active range of motion (AROM), muscle strength, and functional movement by applying myofascial decompression to the hamstrings. Methods : This study evaluated AROM, muscle strength, and functional movement by applying active movement myofascial decompression and static myofascial decompression to the dominant leg, respectively, in a crossover design conducted with normal adults (n=21) in their average 20s enrolled at G University in G city, Gyeongsangbuk-do. Active movement myofascial decompression was implemented for five minutes at a rate of 100 bpm to make the beats in flexion and extension respectively. Static myofascial decompression was only performed for five minutes while at rest. All of these interventions were performed at a cupping depth of two ㎜. After a one-week washout period, static was applied again to compare the same dependent variables. Results : Regarding AROM and muscle strength, both groups showed significant differences in the before and after results (p<.05). However, in the Functional Reach Aspect and Single Leg Hop test, the active movement myofascial decompression group showed better results. There was no statistical difference between the Active movement myofascial decompression group and Static myofascial decompression group in any dependent variable (p<.05). Conclusion : As a result of this experiment, both active movement myofascial decompression and static myofascial decompression had a positive effect on dependent variable. Therefore this study is meaningful in that it is easier and simpler to see the effect on flexibility, muscle strength, and functional movement just by implementing movement myofascial decompression.

Forest healing uses the natural environment of forest to remove or alleviate various environmental and psychological factors that threaten human mental and physical health, including stress and various factors that lower the quality of life. It emerged as a concept for healing. However, it is also true that a customized forest healing program is still lacking at a time when methods for alleviating the stress experienced by high-risk occupational groups, especially healing using forests, are receiving a lot of attention. The purpose of this study is to conduct an exploratory study to design and apply a forest healing program for high-stress occupational groups. Therefore, first, the theoretical basis of stress and forest healing was analyzed based on previous studies, and the contents of domestic and foreign forest healing programs were analyzed. In addition, the concept and types of high-stress occupational groups are defined and a forest healing program is designed and presented. In this study, as the implications and policy implications for the application of the forest healing program, in the forest healing program to be designed and applied in the future, a specialized program for subjects with specific conditions, a program differentiated by age, and a professional program considering diseases were designed and It is suggested that there should be an application. In addition, it is suggested that for the continuous change and development of the forest healing program, there should be training and securing of professional manpower who can design and apply the program, and the maintenance and expansion of the organizational system.
