        중의적으로 해석되는 어플리케이션 아이콘에 대한 세대별 인지 차이에 관한 연구

        연구배경 본 연구는 스마트폰 어플리케이션에서 다양한 기능으로 사용되고 있는 아이콘 중에서 사용자에 따라 다른 기능으로 인지되고 있는 아이콘의 차이와 원인을 짐작해보는 연구이다. 연구방법 기초 연구로 중의적으로 해석될 수 있는 아이콘 20개를 추출하고 각각의 아이콘의 기능을 조사하였다. 기초 인터뷰를 통해 조사한 아이콘들이 사용자들에게 어떤 기능으로 인지하고 있으며, 어떤 영향으로 세대별 인지의 차이가 일어나는지 분석을 하였다. 분석된 아이콘중 중의적으로 해석되지 않는 아이콘을 제외한 나머지 15개 아이콘을 바탕으로 설문을 실시하여 세대별 인지의 차이를 비교 분석하였다. 인지의 정도를 구체적으로 알아보기 위해 설문을 통해 5점 척도를 활용하여 비교 분석하였다. 연구결과 본 논문에서는 중의적으로 해석될 수 있는 아이콘 중 세대별 인지의 차이가 있는 아이콘과 인지의 차이가 적은 아이콘을 분류하여 입증하며, 세대별로 각각의 아이콘을 어떤 기능으로 높게 인지하고 있는지 분석하였다. 또한 그러한 차이가 어떠한 원인으로 세대별로 인지의 영향을 주는지 인터뷰를 통해 짐작해 보았다. 결론 다양한 아이콘과 기능의 인지차이에 대한 분석을 통해서 사용자별 어플리케이션 기능에 관한 디자인을 할 때 참고할 수 있는 기초자료를 얻었다. Background This study began with curiosity at differences about awareness of different functions depending on the user among the icons with various functions in an application. Methods This study found out the icons which can be interpreted by various meanings, analyzed the resulting functions how the users understand each icon as what kinds of functions and analyzed what kind of influence caused to the generational cognitive differences. Through the analysis on the difference of awareness between the various icons and functions, this research establish the basic data which can be used as a reference in designing about application function by the user. Based on cognitive psychology theory, the theory of icon design and the theory of the concept of the generation, icons that can be interpreted in various meaning are extracted in twenty types. The survey was conducted through five-point scale and analyzed how each icon and function are cognized and what kind of function is appropriate for it. Result Based on the results from the survey, In-Depth Interview were conducted for suggesting more detail references. In this study, icons were classified with the large difference of generational cognition and less difference of cognition among interpreting icons with various meaning. Also, these differences assumed what cause the influence of generational cognition through the interview. Conclusion For the future study, the considerations of generational users has significance to becoming a necessary guideline to the design of the current smart phone application icon and function.

        연구논문 : BTT0811의 in vitro 3T3 Neutral Red Uptake 시험법을 이용한 광독성 평가

        Phototoxicity is a toxicity reaction induced by UV after applying the chemical to part or entire body. BTT0811 which has co-developed by Biotoxtech Co., Ltd., Korea and Northland, China is recombinant material of thymosin β4. We performed to evaluate the phototoxicity of BTT0811 using in vitro 3T3 neutral red uptake phototoxicity test in OECD guideline. Before evaluating the phototoxicity of this study, we selected two substances for the controls. One of the positive controls was chlorpromazine, already known as a phototoxicity substance, and the other was L-histidine, which has no phototoxicity. Then, we evaluated the phototoxicity of BTT0811 compared with those substances. In results of study, photo irritation factor (PIF) and mean photo effect (MPE) was measured for evaluating phototoxicity. PIF and MPE value of chlorpromazine was more than 6 and 0.15, respectively. Chlorpromazine had phototoxicity resulting from PIF and MPE. On the other hand, L-histidine was measured no PIF value and less than 0.1 of MPE. There was no PIF value of BTT0811 and MPE value of BTT0811 was less than 0.1. Based on the results of this study, BTT0811 did not show any evidence of phototoxicity in BALB/c 3T3 clone A31 cells under the conditions of this study.
