유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 부모역할신념과 심리사회적 안녕감이 교사와의 협력에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 부모역할신념과 심리사회적 안녕감이 어머니-교사 협력에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 부산, 울산, 경남에 거주하는 유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니 400명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0을 사용하여 연구 문제에 따라 기술통계, 적률상관분석 및 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 어머니-교사 협력은 어머니의 연령, 학력 및 월수입 수준에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 어머니의 부모역할신념, 심리사회적 안녕감 및 어머니-교사 협력 전체 및 하위 변인 간에는 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 어머니-교사 협력에 있어 유의미한 차이를 보인 연령, 학력과 월소득을 통제하고 어머니의 부모역할신념과 심리사회적 안녕감이 교사와의 협력에 미치는 영향력을 살펴본 결과 어머니-교사 협력 전체와 하위 변인인 정보공유, 정보추구의 경우 부모역할신념의 하위 변인 중 남녀역할의 구분과 심리사회적 안녕감의 하위 변인 중 사회와 자신에 대한 부정적 평가가 유의미한 영향을 미쳤고, 성인관계의 경우에는 이 두 변인과 함께 아버지 양육의 중요성도 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 어머니-교사 협력을 높이기 위해서는 어머니의 개인적이고 심리사회적인 요인과 함께 양육에 대한 가치와 신념을 고려해야 함을 시사한다. This study aimed to examine the effect of parental role beliefs and psychosocial well-being of mothers with early childhood children on the mother–teacher partnership. Around 400 mothers living in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam in South Korea participated in the questionnaire survey. Data were subjected to descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25.0. Findings revealed the following points. First, there were significant differences in information sharing, information seeking, and adult relation, which are the subfactors of the mother–teacher partnership, according to the mother’s age, educational background, and monthly household income. Second, the maternal subfactors of parental role belief and psychosocial well-being were correlated to the mother–teacher partnership. Third, the role of men and women in parental role beliefs negatively influenced information sharing, information seeking, and total mother–teacher partnership. The negative recognition on society and self of psychosocial well-being variables had a positive impact on information sharing, information seeking, and total mother–teacher partnership. Recognition of the importance of fathers of parental role beliefs variables had significant effect on the mother–teacher partnership. This study demonstrates that it is essential to consider parenting values and beliefs along with the mother’s personal and psychosocial factors to improve the mother–teacher relationship.

유아교사가 인식하는 조직공정성, 긍정심리자본이 유아교사의 역할수행에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 유아교사가 인식하는 조직공정성과 긍정심리자본이 유아교사의 역할수행에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경상남도 C시에 소재하고 있는 유아교육기관에 근무 중인 유아교사 321명을 임의 표집방식으로 선정하였고, 예비조사와 본 조사를 거쳐 최종 완성된 설문지를 배부하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료 분석은 상관분석과 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 유아교사는 조직공정성과 긍정심리자본, 역할수행을 보통 수준 이상으로 높게 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 유아교사의 역할수행과 조직공정성 및 긍정심리자본은 모두 정적으로 유의한 관련성이 타났다. 셋째, 교사의 역할수행에는 긍정심리자본, 조직공정성의 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 교사의 역할수행을 증진시킴에 있어 긍정적 심리 특성인 긍정심리자본과 조직공정성의 중요성을 입증하였는데 의의가 있다. 또한 유아교육 현장에서 유아교사의 긍정심리의 중요성과 당위성을 인식시켜줌으로써 최근 유아교사의 교직 만족도 및 행복 연구에 의미있는 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of organizational fairness and positive psychological capital recognized by infant teachers on the role performance of infant teachers. For this purpose, 321 infant teachers working at an infant education institution in C-si, Gyeongsangnam-do were selected as random selection methods and the data were collected by distributing the final completed questionnaire after preliminary investigation and main investigation. Correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used for data analysis. As a result of the study, firstly, the infant teacher recognized Organizational Justice, positive psysiological capital, and Role performance above normal levels. Second, the role-perception of infant teachers, Organizational justice, and positive psysiological capital were all statistically significant related. Third, the teacher s role performance was shown to affect the order of positive psychological capital, Organizational justice. The results of this study are significant in demonstrating the importance of positive psychological capital and Organizational justice, which are positive psychological characteristics in promoting teacher role performance. And by recognizing the importance and place of positive psychology of infant teachers in the field of infant education, we can provide meaningful implications for the recent teaching satisfaction and happiness reserach of infant teachers.
