        초등학교 지적장애 학생들의 축구활동 프로그램이 적응행동 및 이동운동 기술에 미치는 영향

        This thesis aims at grasping an influence on adaptative behaviors and moving sports techniques of foot ball activity programs for intellectually disordered elementary school students and at offering effective foot ball activity programs. So, this thesis selected experimental group students and control group students as a studying object, intellectually disordered 10 students respectively, performed studies two times a week for 16 weeks, total 32 times, and acquired the result as followings. First, foot ball activities had a significant difference statistically in conceptual adaptative activities, social adaptative activities, and practical adaptative activities. Second, foot ball activities had a significant difference statistically in moving sports techniques such as intellectually disordered students’ run, gallop, hop, standing long jump, and slide.

        장애아동 체육활동 참여에 대한 시설종사자의 인식 연구

        Putting into a practical use of Q-method, one of the research methods to analyze recognition factors in handicapped children";s participation in sports activity which facility workers had, in relation with handicap야d children";s welfare, this study analyzed type Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ handicapped children";s recognition factors in participation in sports activity. Type Ⅰ was classified with ";effectiveness presentation/ leader";srole affirmation and neighbors"; concernment negativity type"; type Ⅱ was classified with ";effectiveness presentation/ leader";s role affirmation and social effectiveness negativity type; type Ⅲ was classified with effectiveness presentation/ leader`s role affirmation and handicapped person";s strong point negativity type";. As for common factors with three types combined, ";leader";s role"; that leaders have to lead, considered on participators"; handicap and traits, and ";effectiveness presentation";helpful to physical development through proper posture and appropriate weight sustainment were recognition factors in handicapped children";s participation in sports activity. On the other hand, they didn";t have a great meaning in ";social aspect"; of expanding leisure time opportunity for week end and usual living as a participation recognition factor in handicapped children";s sports activity.

        씨름선수의 키네시오 테이핑이 무산소성 운동능력과 피로물질에 미치는 효과

        This study was conducted on 10 male ssireum players, who regularly exercise, to verify the effect of Kinesio taping on athletic performance and fatigue recovery. The analysis results for the change of anaerobic athletic capabilities (mean power, peak power, and fatigue index) and concentrations of muscle fatigues (lactic acid, ammonia, and inorganic phosphate) measured through Wingate Test depending on whether the Kinesio taping was used are as follows. SPSS 18.0 Window statistical program was used for this analysis. First, mean power, peak power and fatigue index, which are the anaerobic athletic capabilities, showed no differences between the groups, but were significantly decreased after 2 exercises according to the exercising times. There was no interaction between the exercising time and the group. Second, the concentration of lactic acid showed significantly lower in the taping group, and was high before and after one exercise, and before and after two exercises according to the time. There was no interaction between the time and the group, but significantly less lactic acid was verified to be created in the taping group. Third, the concentration of ammonia showed lower at the taping group than at the non-taping group, and was high before and after one exercise, and before and after two exercises according to the time. But there was no interaction between the time and the group. Fourth, inorganic phosphate concentration showed no difference between the groups, but was high before and after one exercise, and before and after two exercises. But there was no interaction between the time and the group. In conclusion, the Kinesio taping helped reduce muscle fatigues by improving blood supply to muscles, but have no effect on anaerobic athletic capabilities. Concentrations of lactic acid and ammonia, which are muscle fatigue substances, showed lower in the taping group than in the non-taping group, but muscle fatigues were not statistically significant in the test. In the future, continuous studies will be required to verify the effect of the Kinesio taping on the repeated anaerobic exercises or the exercises with sophisticated technical factors.

        12주간의 탄성밴드 운동이 뇌병변 장애노인의 신체조성, 골밀도, 근력 및 유연성에 미치는 영향

        With disabled elderly with brain lesion as subjects, changes in body composition, bone density, muscular strength, and flexibility after elastic band exercise of 12 weeks were analyzed as an effort to use elastic band as a method of stamina increase and rehabilitation for disabled elderly with brain lesion. 12 disabled elderly with brain lesion were performed of paired t-test on body composition, bone density, muscular strength, and flexibility before and after elastic band exercises. As a result, after elastic band exercise of 12 weeks, abnominal obesity significantly decreased(p<.05), whereas muscular strength increased in both left and right(p<.01). However, flexibility, bone density, body fat, etc. did not show significant difference. To be considered as an effective exercise program for improvement of body composition and bone density, a further study on exercise intensity should be performed.

        12주간 복합운동이 연령대별 비만여성의 신체구성 및 대사증후군인자에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of combination exercise program for obesity clinic on Body Composition and Metabolic Syndrome Factors of age groups in obese women. The subjects were 110 obese adult women(30 in their forties, 50 in their fifties and 30 in their sixties) who participated in obesity clinic of the public health center in C city and performed combination exercise program during 12 weeks. The test on health-related physical fitness and blood was conducted between 9AM and 11AM in the public health promotion center and clinical pathology of the public health center in C city. All subjects were on an empty stomach and s표 over 12 hours before test. The test was conducted twice in the same condition before and after 12-week combination exercise program. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, SPSS 19.0 for Windows, two-way ANOVA for average difference between groups by ages. Hypotheses test of all Significance levels α=.05. This study results were as follows. 1. 12-week combination exercise program had a significant decrease on weight, body fat mass, body % fat, and BMI of body composition before and after the exercise(p<.01). 2. 12-week combination exercise program had a significant decrease on systolic blood pressure (systolic, disatolic), glucose of metabolic syndrome factors before and after the exercise(p<.05).

        지체장애인의 스트레칭 복합운동이 건강체력 및 사회적응에 미치는 영향

        This study aims to examine the effects of stretching combined exercise on physical fitness and social adaptation in stretching and muscular exercise group(A), stretching exercise group(B) and control group(C) and to compare the effects before and after exercise. This study targeted 80 physically disabled persons working in the labor facility for the disabled in C area, Gangwon Province. In terms of physical fitness, muscular strength was measured using a grip dynamometer, Trunk Flexion Forward test was conducted to measure flexibility and push-ups were performed to measure muscular endurance. Social adaptation was verified through an analysis of workplace adaptation, leisure society adaptation and family adaptation factors and the reliability of the questionnaire was .93. When comparing and analyzing the effects of stretching combined exercise on physical fitness and social adaptation in the physically disabled, the following results were obtained. First, both stretching and muscular exercise group(A) and stretching exercise group(B) showed statistically significant differences in muscular strength, muscular endurance and flexibility before and after exercise(p<.001) and there were significant intergroup differences in muscular strength and flexibility before and after stretching exercise types. There were no significant differences and interaction effects in muscular endurance. Second, both stretching and muscular exercise group(A) and stretching exercise group(B) showed statistically significant differences in workplace adaptation, leisure society adaptation and family adaptation before and after exercise(p<.001) and there were significant intergroup differences and interactive effects before and after stretching exercise pesty.
