        소셜미디어를 통한 스포츠 투어리즘 커뮤니케이션 관계몰입과 러브마크 형성, 관계지속의도의 관계

        This study was designed to shed light on the relationship among sports tourism communication relationship commitment, love mark formation, and relationship persistence intention through social media. To accomplish such research purpose, researcher identified the causal relationship through confirmatory factor analysis after having established relationship models among communication relationship commitment, love mark formation, and relationship persistence intention on precedent research works and hypothetical model. 365 participants were sampled from the members for the sports clubs located in Seoul and Gyeonggido region by using convenient sampling method. SPSS 21.0 program and AMOS 21.0 program were used for data processing, and frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model verification were performed for data analysis. Based on the research results derived by the above research methods, the following conclusions were drawn. First, informational commitment, a sub-factor of communication relationship commitment, had a significant effect on love mark formation, but not on relational commitment. Second, in all variables such as relational commitment and informational commitment, which are sub-factors of communication relationship commitment, they had a significant impact on relationship persistence intention. Third, love mark formation had a significant effect on relationship persistence intention.

        무도스포츠용품업체의 크로스미디어 광고효과가 인게이지먼트와 구매의도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was investigated on the effect of cross-media advertising effectiveness on engagement and purchase intention of martial art sports equipment companies. To accomplish such research purpose, researcher identified the causal relationship through regression analysis after having established relationship models among cross-media advertising effectiveness of martial art sports equipment companies, engagement and purchase intention on precedent research works and hypothetical model. 243 participants were sampled from the university students’ in Gyeonggido region by using convenient sampling method. The resulting data were processed by means of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and path model analysis using SPSS 18.0 program. Results derived from the researches based on the aforementioned methods and data analyses are as follows: First, cross-media advertising effectiveness of martial art sports equipment companies had positive influence on engagement. Second, cross-media advertising effectiveness of martial art sports equipment companies had positive influence on purchase intention. Third, engagement had positive influence on purchase intention.

        스포츠시설 종사자의 심리적 계약위반이 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

        This study was designed to shed light on the effect of psychological contract violation on job satisfaction and organizational commitment of sports facility employee. To accomplish such research purpose, researcher identified the causal relationship through Structural Equation Model(SEM) after having established relationship models among psychological contract violation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on precedent research works and hypothetical model. 221 participants were sampled from the employee"s for the sports facility located in Gyeonggi region by using convenient sampling method. The resulting data were processed by means of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, path model analysis using SPSS 18.0 program. Results derived from the researches based on the aforementioned methods and data analyses are as follows: First, psychological contract violation of sports facility employee had negative influence on job satisfaction. Second, psychological contract violation of sports facility employee had negative influence on organizational commitment. Third, job satisfaction of sports facility employee had positive influence on organizational commitment.

        한국과 미국의 태권도장 선택요인과 만족도, 관계품질 및 관계유지의도의 관계

        This study was designed to shed light on the relationship among selection factor of korean and american taekwondo dojang on satisfaction, relationship quality and relationship retention intention. To accomplish such research purpose, researcher identified the causal relationship through Structural Equation Model(SEM) after having established relationship models among selection factor, satisfaction, relationship quality and relationship retention intention on precedent research works and hypothetical model. 451 participants were sampled from the referees for the tadkwondo dojang located in korea and america region by using convenient sampling method. The findings were generated by frequency analysis and exploratory factors analysis by SPSS 18.0 version, and the test of goodness of the model was carried out with the covariance structure analysis using AMOS 18.0 version to verify construct validity of the measured model. Following is the results of the path model. First, selection factor(program, accessibility, facilities, price, image) of korea taekwondo customers had positive influence on satisfaction. And selection factor(program, accessibility, leader, image) of america taekwondo customers had positive influence on satisfaction. Second, satisfaction of korea and america taekwondo customers had positive influence on relationship quality. Third, satisfaction of Korea and america taekwondo customers had positive influence on relationship retention intention. Forth, relationship quality of korea and america taekowndo customers had positive influence on relationship retention intention.

        스포츠센터 종사자의 조직지원인식이 조직몰입 및 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향

        This study was designed to shed light on the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior in sports centers employees’. To accomplish such research purpose, researcher identified the causal relationship through Structural Equation Model(SEM) after having established relationship models among perceived organizational support, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior on precedent research works and hypothetical model. 175 participants were sampled from the referees for the sports centers located in seoul, gyeonggido and incheon region by using convenient sampling method. The findings were generated by frequency analysis and exploratory factors analysis by SPSS 19.0 version, and the test of goodness of the model was carried out with the covariance structure analysis using AMOS 18.0 version to verify construct validity of the measured model. Following is the results of the path model. First, perceived organizational support of sports centers had positive influence on organizational commitment. Second, perceived organizational support of sports centers had positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior. Third, organizational commitment of sports centers employees’ had positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior.

        대학 태권도학과의 교육서비스품질이 학생만족 및 재등록의도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of education service quality of taekwondo department in university on student satisfaction and re-registration intention in Gyeongsangdo region in 2012. As for the study object, 4 University were selected per region where survey questionnaires were distributed, and random sampling method was used to collect data from 291 participants. As for the data processing, SPSS 19.0 was used to conduct frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. Through the above study result the following conclusion was obtained. First, the education service quality had statistically meaningful effect on student satisfaction. Second, the education service quality had statistically meaningful effect on re-registration intention. Third, the student satisfaction had statistically meaningful effect on re-registration intention.

        스키리조트 고객보상서비스 프로그램이 고객만족과 충성도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was investigated on the effect of sky resort customer reward service program on customer satisfaction and loyalty. To accomplish such research purpose, researcher identified the causal relationship through regression analysis after having established relationship models among sky resort customer reward service program, customer satisfaction and loyalty on precedent research works and hypothetical model. 375 participants were sampled from the sky resort customer in Gyeonggido and Gangwondo region by using convenient sampling method. The resulting data were processed by means of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and path model analysis using SPSS 18.0 program. Results derived from the researches based on the aforementioned methods and data analyses are as follows: First, sky resort customer reward service program had positive influence on customer satisfaction. Second, sky resort customer reward service program had positive influence on loyalty. Third, customer satisfaction had positive influence on loyalty.

        캐디 서비스품질과 고객가치 및 고객만족의 관계

        The purpose of this study is; first, to investigate the effect between caddies service quality and customer value of golf course; second, to investigate the effect between customer value and customer satisfaction of golf course; third, to establish the useful academic materials for planning and putting into practice the effective marketing strategies of golf course as to enhance the service quality of golf course and to attract the customers for those. First, convenience as the subordinate concept of customer value were significantly affected by repair ability and course analysis as the subordinate of caddies service quality. Economy as the subordinate concept of customer value were significantly affected by measurement ability and course analysis as the subordinate of caddies service quality. Excellence as the subordinate concept of customer value were significantly affected by measurement ability and course analysis as the subordinate of caddies service quality. Second, equipment satisfaction as the subordinate concept of customer satisfaction were significantly affected by measurement ability and game progress as the subordinate of caddies service quality. Service satisfaction as the subordinate concept of customer satisfaction were significantly affected by measurement ability, repair ability, course analysis and game progress as the subordinate of caddies service quality. Third, equipment satisfaction as the subordinate concept of customer satisfaction were significantly affected by convenience and economy as the subordinate of customer value. Service satisfaction as the subordinate concept of customer satisfaction were significantly affected by convenience and economy.

        생활체육 참여자의 운동중독이 여가만족과 심리적 행복감에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was investigated on the effect of sports participants" exercise addiction on leisure satisfaction and psychological well-being. To accomplish such research purpose, researcher identified the causal relationship through regression analysis after having established relationship models among sports participants" exercise addiction, leisure satisfaction and psychological well-being on precedent research works and hypothetical model. 323 participants were sampled from the university students’ in Seoul and Gyeonggido region by using convenient sampling method. The resulting data were processed by means of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and path model analysis using SPSS 18.0 program. Results derived from the researches based on the aforementioned methods and data analyses are as follows: First, sports participants" exercise addiction had positive influence on leisure satisfaction. Second, sports participants" exercise addiction had positive influence on psychological well-being. Third, sports participants" leisure satisfaction had positive influence on psychological well-being.

        골프장 선택속성이 서비스품질 및 구매행동에 미치는 영향

        This study was designed to shed light on the effect of selection attributes on service quality and purchase behaviors on golf course. To accomplish such research purpose, researcher identified the causal relationship through Structural Equation Model(SEM) after having established relationship models among selection attributes, service quality and purchase behaviors on precedent research works and hypothetical model. 269 participants were sampled from the customers for the golf course located in Gyeonggi region by using convenient sampling method. The resulting data were processed by means of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis using SPSS 15.0 program. Results derived from the researches based on the aforementioned methods and data analyses are as follows: First, selection attributes of golf course had positive influence on service quality. Second, selection attributes of golf course had positive influence on purchase behaviors. Third, service quality had positive influence on purchase behaviors.
