사회초년생의 정서지능이 직장생활적응에 미치는 영향 : 의사소통능력과 회복탄력성의 매개효과

본 연구의 목적은 사회초년생의 정서지능, 직장생활적응, 의사소통능력, 회복탄력성의 관계를 살펴보고, 사회초년생의 정서지능이 직장생활적응에 미치는 영향에서 의사소통능력과 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 경력 5년 미만의 사회초년생 348명을 대상으로 정서지능, 직장생활적응, 의사소통능력, 회복탄력성 척도를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계, 상관분석, 구조방정식 모형과 매개효과 검증을 통해 분석되었다. 그 결과, 첫째, 정서지능, 의사소통능력, 회복탄력성, 직장생활적응 등 모든 변인 간에 유의미한 정적상관을 보였다. 둘째, 정서지능과 직장생활적응의 관계에서 의사소통능력, 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 두 변인 모두 유의미한 매개효과를 가진 것으로 나타냈다. 셋째, 정서지능과 직장생활적응의 관계에서 의사소통능력과 회복탄력성은 순차적 이중 매개효과를 가진 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점, 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between emotional intelligence, adapting to working life, communication ability and resilience and to verify the mediating effects of communication ability and resilience in the effects of emotional intelligence on adapting to working life of new employees. For this purpose, 348 data samples were collected from the new employees with less than five years of experience and measured by emotional intelligence Scale, Adapting to working life, Global interpersonal communication competence scale and The Korean version of the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale. The collected data were analyzed by the mediating effects verification, as well as descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and structural equation model verification. The study findings are as follows, First, emotional intelligence, communication ability, resilience and adapting to working life showed significant positive correlations. Second, communication ability and resilience had significant mediating effects between emotional intelligence and adapting to working life. Third, communication ability and resilience had significant double mediating effects in the relationship between emotional intelligence and adapting to working life. Finally, the implications, limitations and suggestions for future studies were discussed.

As the society becomes more complex with emergence of various areas, the importance of contents are growing day by day and combining the storytelling and design is become essential when developing the contents. Nevertheless, an effective development methodology of contents design is still lacking and in such situation, applying the concept of spin-off in the contents design has a significant value as one of the means for developing various contents that are creative for leading the creative economy. Therefore, the establishment of systematic process and the methodology of spin-off will be an important factor in the development of contents in the future which is expected to serve as an opportunity to present the timely research methods for the pioneering and vitalization of new areas.
디자인문화 확산을 위한 Social Design System 구축

The present study is aimed to find a plan and principles to develop social design and expand design culture through examining the projects that have realized social design. The social design, which is not for humans but with them, should be built on 4 principles - integration, shared value, sustainability, and coexistence. Therefore, social design should be based on the thinking of these principles. In addition, the government should actively support social and institutional system to activate social design and, companies and organizations should establish cooperation with designers having such design thinking. Furthermore, designers need the design process of integrating several studies. Moreover, accurate communication is also required to develop a long-term social design and expand design culture. This study hopes that design culture expands, that life quality improves, that regions are revived, and eventually globalization is realized through social design.
유니버설디자인 원리에 따른 도시브랜드 디자인의 조형성 연구

In order to analyze the design formativeness and status of city brand slogan, an image scale was established as analysis instrument, based on the aspect of expression method, expression element, and color of brand for Korean 16 upper-level local governments and world’s 20 major cities, and then a comparative analysis was carried out. As a result, free types were mainly applied in Korea, and various figures in overseas cases. From color application perspective, in most of Korean local governments, blue took the central place, and complementary color categories such as red and yellow were simultaneously applied. Accordingly, regional difference was difficult to find. A systematic design analysis is required regarding a city brand design strategy, based on ‘language, aesthetics, and legibility’, aiming at an increase in the principles of universal design, so that universal empathy from sensibility perspective appeals thorough city brand design identity.
50 대 여성을 위한 건강기능식품 패키지디자인의 체크리스트 제안

Women age of 50s tend to go through decrease momentum of role in nurturing their children and menopause which could be one of extreme physical changes for them. This is the main reason why they are looking for health-functional food products to maintain their physical and mental health. Nowadays, most health-functional food related businesses are competing formidably to go after this social change or trend. The purpose of this value-driven research is to target and pay close attention to women age of 50s who are bringing most revenue in Health-functional food market, and also is to present direction for package design of high value in scarcity. Health-functional food package designers should consider consumer’s life style when they try to set up strategies to target market. This research is investi -gating in structure of health-functional food package design, and it is focusing not only on visual and emotional element, but also on development of value-added products to fulfill customers’ needs. We chose Five products from Revenue ranking in 2013 of health-functional food products from top to 20 which are Pulmuone, Chunho-food, maim, Chongkundang Chongkundang pharm, hamsoa pharm (disclosed from IPO Story portal site), and analyzed their brand logos, colors, images, typography, layouts, prices, and package designs which were clitical elements of package. The research result shows that package designers used red color to symbolize women to express their product characteristic, and it also make use of characteristic of the product to simplify the layout and the structure. The gothic typography was also commonly used, and product name marks occupied only small space on the packages. The prices of functionally organized packages were different depending on their quantity, but they were more expensive because they were classified as healthfunctional foods. In accordance to this research result, it reveals that designers ought to set up proper strategy for package design. Here are some proposals. Firstly, we need to perform research using various emotional techniques that make people think that the products are value added as known as ‘multi’ performance products. For instance, you include handkerchief or fan in the package. Also, inventing new containable case which could substitute pouch or shopping basket could be one method. In this case, the strategy called USP(Unique Selling proposition) marketing is proper to apply which is not only targeting market with their products only, but also being considerable to take account of both product and market price in general. If the package designing works up to become Up-Cycling Package(Recycle+Upgrade), it could motivate the customers who only think of getting healthy products to think over that their choices could make impact on society and environment. Also, it could possibly make people consider that there is no useless package, and it all has value inside.
