The satellite navigation system which is represented with GPS, it uses the satellite of space and to provide a accurate user position and time information. It is applied various application field, specially the vehicle navigation application widely used. But, precise driving is impossible due to the error of GPS. So, a new method introduced to determine user position of precise car navigation using GPS carrier phase measurements. In this paper the presented equation is explained and the results of car experiment are shown.

SBAS는 GNSS가 제공하는 신호 오차에 대한 보정 정보와 무결성 정보를 정지궤도 위성을 통해 제공하는 시스템으로 항공기가 사용할 수 있도록 ICAO에서 국제표준으로 정한 시스템이다. 미국, 유럽, 일본, 인도 등 우주개발 선진국들은 이미 SBAS를 구축하여 운영 중에 있고, 러시아와 중국 등은 구축을 진행 중에 있다. 한국 정부도 2022년 APV-1 SoL 서비스 제공을 목표로 SBAS 개발에 착수하였다. 이러한 상황에서 우주개발 선진국들이 오랜 시간에 걸쳐 구축한 SBAS 최신 기술 동향 파악을 통해 시사점을 도출하여 이를 적극 반영한다면 한국형 SBAS 개발에 보다 만전을 기할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본고에서는 국내·외 SBAS 최신 기술 동향에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. SBAS provides corrective and integrity information for errors found in the signals provided by GNSS by means of GEO satellites and it has been designated as international standards for aviation purpose by ICAO. USA, Japan, India, and EU, which have already deployed SBAS in service; Russia and China are in the process of developing one. South Korea’s government has also started to develop its own SBAS with the goal of providing APV-I SoL service as early as from year 2022. By surveying the latest trending technologies around SBAS, which pioneers of aviation technology have embraced, we hope to identify a general theme that they are heading towards. This paper is a survey of latest SBAS-related technology trend in South Korea and in the world.
