유아교사의 역할갈등과 적응적 정서조절전략, 심리적 소진 간의 구조적 관계

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 역할갈등과 심리적 소진 간의 관계에서 적응적 정서조절전략의 매개효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 연구대상은 충남, 대전, 세종 지역의 유치원과 어린이집 교사 414명이었으며, 자료수집은 역할갈등, 적응적 정서조절전략, 심리적 소진 척도와 사회인구학적 특성이 포함된 설문조사를 통해 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료는 상관관계와 구조방정식 모형으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사의 역할갈등과 적응적 정서조절전략은 부적 상관이 있었다. 역할갈등과 심리적 소진은 정적 상관이 있었다. 적응적 정서조절전략과 심리적 소진은 부적 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 유아교사의 역할갈등은 적응적 정서조절전략을 매개로 하여 심리적 소진에 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 유아교사의 심리적 소진을 예방하기 위해 역할갈등을 줄이고, 적응적 정서조절전략 활용을 지원하기 위한 정책적, 교육적 지원이 필요함을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to investigate structural relationships between role conflict and psychological burnout among early childhood teachers, focusing on adaptive emotion regulation strategies’ mediating effect of between the two variables. The sample was 414 teachers of kindergartens and daycare centers in Chungnam, Daejeon, and Sejong. Data were collected through a survey on, their role conflict, adaptive emotion regulation strategies, psychological burnout scale, and sociodemographic characteristics, and correlational analysis and structural equation modeling were conducted. The study results are as follows. First, there was a negative correlation between role conflict and adaptive emotion regulation strategies, while there was a positive correlation between role conflict and psychological burnout. A negative correlation was found between adaptive emotion regulation strategies and psychological burnout. Second, a statistically significant mediating effect of the adaptive emotion regulation strategies was found in the relationship between role conflict and psychological burnout: role conflict had an indirect effect on psychological burnout through adaptive emotion regulation strategies. These results suggest that policy and educational support for early childhood teachers is needed to reduce role conflicts and help them to better utilize adaptive emotion regulation strategies, which can prevent psychological burnout.
담배 ( Nicotiana tabacum L. ) 현탁배양 세포에서 DNA 합성에 미치는 Polyamine 의 효과

Effects of polyamines on DNA synthesis were studied in synchronized culture of Nicotiana tabacum L. When DFMO and DFMA, inhibitors of ornithine decarboxylase and arginine decarboxylase, respectively were initially applied to the cells, the polyamine contents were rapidly drooped and [methyl-^3H] thymidine incorporation into DNA was markedly reduced during the early stage of culture period. Inhibition of DNA synthesis, however, was partially reversed when these inhibitors were applied simultaneously with putrescine. In addition, exogenous administration of putrescine also increased the DNA syntheses during the all over the culture period. In vitro activity of DNA polymerase from Nicotiana tabacum L. was promoted by increasing concentrations of polyamines in the reaction mixture. Maximal activity was shown at 5 mM putrescine, 0.5 mM spermidine and spermine, respectively. Lack of Mg^2+ ion in the reaction buffer resulted in an inhibition of the enzyme activity by about 30%. The inhibition could not be completely reversed by application of polyamines at optimal concentrations. These results suggest that polyamines promote the DNA synthesis in vivo and in vitro by stabilizing the DNA-helix upon binding to negatively charged groups on DNA or increasing the activity of DNA polymerase in Nicotiana tabacum L.

Ultra-high-strength steel structures are exposed to corrosive environments in service, and there is a risk of hydrogen assisted cracking(HAC) due to stress corrosion cracking and hydrogen embrittlement. In this paper, the HAC threshold stress intensity factor (KIHAC) and fatigue life of ultra-high-strength steel were evaluated by applying stress in a corrosive environment to prevent structures fracture. On the surface of the crack, grain boundaries were embrittled by corrosion, and the grains were clearly observed, and cracks in the surface direction propagated slightly, but cracks in the depth direction did not. Therefore, the HAC threshold stress intensity factor of the depth was determined as 1.96MPa·m<SUP>0.5</SUP>. The static fatigue limit of ultra-high strength steel (SKD11:HV670) was determined as 400MPa.
초음파 피닝한 STS316L 강에서 균열형상비가 다른 표면균열의 무해화

표면균열이 있는 Ni 12% STS316L 강의 인장피로한도에 대한 초음파 피닝(UP)의 효과를 연구하였다. 표면균열이 a/c=1.0 및 0.4인 시험편에 UP를 수행하였다. 여기서 a는 균열 깊이(a=0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 및 0.5 ㎜)이고, c는 균열 표면의 절반이다. 인장 피로 시험은 응력비 R=0.1에서 수행하였다. 그 결과 0.3 ㎜ 이하의 균열이 있는 UP 시험편의 피로한도는 UP 평활시험편의 피로한도와 거의 비슷하였다. 따라서 무해화할 수 있는 다양한 형상비를 가진 균열의 최대 깊이는 재료의 하한계응력확대계수보다 작다. 추정값은 실험값과 잘 일치하였다. 추정 방법에 따라 무해화 균열 평가선도를 제안하였다. The effect of ultrasonic peening (UP) on tension fatigue limit of Ni 12% STS316L steel with a surface crack was investigated. UP was conducted on the specimens with a surface crack of aspect ratio, a/c=1.0 and 0.4, where a denotes the crack depth (a=0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 and 0.5 ㎜), and c denotes the half-length of surface crack. Tension fatigue tests were conducted under stress ratio, R=0.1. The result showed that the fatigue limit of the UP specimens having the crack below 0.3 ㎜ in depth was almost same as that of the UP smooth specimens. Thus, the maximum depth of crack with various aspect ratios that can be rendered harmless was less than threshold stress intensity factor of the material. The estimated values were in good agreement with experimental values. According to the estimation method, a harmless crack assessment diagram was proposed.
레이저 및 초음파 피닝된 STS316L의 공식 부식에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 모재시험편, 초음파 피닝시험편, 레이저 피닝시험편을 FeCl3+HCl 용액에 침지하여 내공식성을 평가하였다. 초음파 피닝시험편은 초음파 해머핀의 충격에 의한 소성변형으로 표면 조직 입도가 작고, 깊이가 깊어질수록 모재의 조직 입도였다. 레이저 피닝시험편은 레이저 충격파에 의해 소성변형되었으나, 조직 입도의 크기 변화는 없었다. 모재시험편의 평균 비커스 경도는 약 153 HV, 초음파 피닝 및 레이저 피닝시험편의 표면 경도는 각각 약 290 및 250 HV였다. 세 가지 유형의 시험편에서 공식 부식이 관찰되었다. 레이저 피닝 및 초음파 피닝시험편은 모재보다 더 많은 공식 부식이 관찰되었다. The pitting resistance of as-received and laser and ultrasonically peened STS316L specimens was evaluated by immersion in FeCl₃ + HCl solution. The ultrasonically peened specimen had a smaller grain size owing to the plastic deformation caused by shocking induced via an ultrasonic hammer pin. However, the as-received grain size was observed at larger depths. The laser peening specimen was plastically deformed by the laser shock wave; however, no change in the grain size was observed. The average Vickers hardness of the as-received specimen was approximately 153 HV. The hardness values of the ultrasonically and laser peened specimens were approximately 290 and 250 HV, respectively. Pitting corrosion was observed for the three types of specimens. Notably, the laser and ultrasonically peened specimens exhibited a larger amount of pitting than that of the as-received specimen.
