        건설분야 직업관련 연구동향 내용분석

        평생직장의 개념이 사라져가고 커리어에 대한 중요성이 커지고 있다. 건설분야에서도 고용환경 변화에 따른 직업문제가 복잡하고 다양화되어가면서 건설분야의 직업과 관련된 연구가 점차 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. 이 연구는 그 간 축적되어 온 건설분야 직업관련 선행 연구들의 속성을 분석하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 건설분야의 직업 관련 연구동향을 분석하기 위하여 내용분석을 실시하였다. 모집단은 KCI등재 논문 중 건설분야의 직업과 관련된 연구로 설정하였고, 판단추출방식으로 표본을 추출하여 최종 71편의 논문을 분석대상으로 설정하였다. 내용분석의 효과를 증대시키기 위하여 유목체계를 설정하였으며, 수집된 데이터의 신뢰도를 확보하기 위해 신뢰도 측정을 실시한 후 분석을 실시하였다. 분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업학의 학문적 기틀 마련 초기에는 해당 논문게재가 없었으나, 이후 15년 간 완연한 증가세를 보였다. 둘째, 건설분야 직업 관련 연구는 사회과학보다는 공학분야에서 더욱 활발한 연구가 진행되었다. 셋째, 2차 자료 방법보다 1차 자료 방법이 월등히 많았으며, 설문조사를 통한 양적연구 방식이 가장 보편적인 연구방법이었다. 넷째, 연구대상으로는 인적 객체가 78.9%로 가장 높은 빈도를 보였고, 그 중에서 기술자에 대한 연구가 가장 많았다. 다섯째, 연구주제로는 직무만족, 직무스트레스, 이직의도, 조직몰입과 같은 심리·행동적 측면을 가장 많이 다루고 있었고, 국가직무능력표준, 직무분석, 건설재해, 경력개발과 같은 구조·환경적 측면의 주제도 활발히 다루고 있는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the properties of previous studies related to vocations in the construction field. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, The paper has not been published at the beginning of the establishment of the academic foundation for vocational studies, but there was a marked increase over the next 15 years. Second, research related to vocations in the construction field has been more active in engineering than in social science. Third, the primary data method was used much more than the secondary data method, and the quantitative research method through a questionnaire was the most common research method. Fourth, human objects showed the highest frequency as 78.9%, and among them, technicians was the most. Fifth, as the research topic, psychological and behavioral aspects such as job satisfaction, job stress, turnover intention, and organizational commitment were dealt with most, and structural and environmental aspects such as national job competency standards, job analysis, construction accidents, and career development. It was also found that the topic of the research was actively being dealt with.

      • VE 가치향상 유형별 수치적 범위기준 설정을 위한 기초연구

        VE, rather than just cost reduction tool, have established as a value enhancement tool of the construction industry. Value improvement types of VE proposal can show the effect of VE activities, also acts as an important element in which the owner adopts a proposal and confirms the results of the VE activities. However, problems in the process of quantification for VE proposal and ambiguous standards in classification of value improvement types is need to be supplemented. Accordingly, This study suggests the plan for establishing of numerical range criteria for classification of value improvement types of VE proposal. Implementing this plan will be able to improve the reliability and availability for VE activities.

      • 설계변경 시 VE 적용을 위한 예비연구

        Change requests occur persistently in the construction phase of a construction project. The law requires that the contract amount be adjusted in accordance with the relevant regulations when there is a change in the construction amount due to the design change in the construction contract. SAVE international, on the other hand, defines the value methodology as a systematic and structured approach to improving projects, products and processes. Design Changes in the construction projects require organizational efforts to improve value and quality. However, the law does not include change requests in which the VE object is fixed and related data is collected and function analysis can be derived in a short time. Therefore, it is necessary to apply VE to the design change procedure, which can further improve the value of construction work. The application derived from this study need to be presented as simply as possible without compromising the basic concept of VE. If the application is extended to the field and proved to be effective, it is expected to contribute to the overall value of construction work.

      • 공공부문 실내건축 설계용역 발주방식 개선을 위한 기초연구

        In the public sector, the number of interior construction projects is continuously increasing. When the interior construction is carried out, it is largely divided into design and construction stages. On the other hand, in order to place an order in the public sector, it requires institutional conditions such as business type, price criterion, award criteria, and guarantees. But in th case of interior design, it is necessary to establish a basis law to be applied for ordering. Therefore, this study analysed the necessity of improving the system related to the interior design order in the public sector and suggested ways to improve the system. In the future, we will continue to conduct research based on this research, and if institutional improvement is made through the proposed methodology, it will be possible to apply effectively not only in the public sector but also in the private sector.

        Full safety inspection and full safety examination performed for the safety and maintenance of buildings are important tasks to prevent necessary negligent accidents and to take necessary measures such as repair and reinforcement according to the result. However, when performing the full safety inspection and the full safety examination, there are many problems in the inspection using various equipment such as the gradient, level, strength, carbonatization depth, and reinforced state of the main structure. Therefore, this study investigates the problems that appear from the practical point of view during the Full safety inspection and Full safety examination and suggests the improvement method.

      • 건설공사 시공평가 시기 조정

        A construction project with a total construction cost of over 10 billion KRW should be evaluated whether construction works are appropriately executed. The evaluation is carried out on quality management, process management, construction management, safety management, environmental management. The implementation period is within 60 days after completion of construction of the construction, from the time when the construction rate of the construction work has progressed by more than 90% to the construction cost. However, the participating construction engineers should prepare the evaluation within the period according to the evaluation criteria, but there are difficulties in preparation for the evaluation due to the reasons such as the change of engineers in charge and loss of data. Therefore, this study proposes the procedure of construction evaluation and adjusts timing of construction evaluation.
