초심아동상담자의 전문직 정체성과 심리적 소진의 관계에서 수퍼비전 관계의 조절효과

The purpose of this study was to examine the moderating effects of the supervisory relationship between novice child counselors’ professional identity and psychological burnout. The subjects of this study comprised 139 novice child counselors working at child counseling centers in Korea. The results of this study were as follows. First, among the supervisory relationship and novice child counselor's professional identity showed a negative correlation with psychological burnout. Second, all sub factors of the supervision relationship showed a significant moderating effect between novice child counselor's professional identity and psychological burnout. This study verified the fact that the supervisory relationship, can be an important factor that promotes professional identity on psychological burnout. Specifically, it is suggested that professional and systematically structured supervision can be effective along with the emotional aspects of the supervisory relationship to alleviate the psychological burnout of novice child counselors. 본 연구에서는 초심아동상담자의 전문직 정체성과 심리적 소진 간의 관계에서 수퍼비전 관계의 조절효과에 대해 규명하였다. 이를 위해 전국의 초심아동상담자 139명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 각 변인들 간 상관 관계분석을 실시한 결과, 초심아동상담자의 전문직 정체성과 수퍼비전 관계는 심리적 소진과 부적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 둘째, 초심아동상담자의 전문직 정체성과 심리적 소진 간의 관계에서 수퍼비전 관계의 하위요인(안전기반, 성찰적 교육, 구조화) 각각 조절효과를 검증하였다. 그 결과, 수퍼비전 관계의 하위요인 모두 유의한 조절효과를 나타냈다. 이에 본 연구는 수퍼비전 관계가 전문직 정체성과 심리적 소진 간의 관계를 촉진하는 요인으로 작용할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 특히 초심아동상담자의 심리적 소진을 완화하기 위해서는 수퍼비전 관계의 정서적 측면과 더불어 체계적으로 구조화된 전문적인 수퍼비전이 효과적일 수 있음을 제시하였다.

The aim of this study was to examine dental caries in deciduous teeth and to analyze correlation between caries prevalence in deciduous teeth and caries activity tests. 257 kindergarten children in Pusan were surveyed for caries prevalence and related factors. Caries was diagnosed according to WHO criteria 1987. The test of acid production by plaque microorganism using Snyder test medium and counts of mutans streptococci were performed for caries activity test. The obtained results were as follows. 1, The rate of children with caries experience in deciduous teeth was 26.7% in 2-year-olds, 40.7% in 3-year-olds, 72.4% in 4-year-olds, 80.3% in 5-year-olds and 94.1% in 6-year-olds. 2. The mean number of decayed, missing, filled deciduous teeth was 0.84 in 2-year-olds, 2.15 in 3-yearolds, 4.07 in 4-year-olds, 5.60 in 5-year-olds and 6.38 in 6-year-olds. 3. The mean number of decayed, missing, filled deciduous teeth surfaces was 1.31 in 2-year-olds, 3.32 in 3-year-olds, 5.60 in 4-year-olds, 10.62 in 5-year-olds and 11.41 in 6-year-olds. 4. The statistically significant correlation was found between dmfs index and test of acid production by plaque microorganism using Snyder medium.

Dye materials in dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) can only absorb light within visible range (400 nm to 700nm). To improve the light harvesting of DSSCs, up-conversion phosphor (UCP) material composed of rare-earth Er<sup>3+</sup> and Yb<sup>3+</sup> co-doped TiO<sub>2</sub> and down-conversion phosphor (DCP) material composed of Eu<sup>2+</sup>, Nd<sup>3+</sup> co-doped CaAl<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub> materials are synthesized by spray pyrolysis method, respectively, in this study. The UCP, DCP, and UCP/DCP composites are then introduced into photoanodes of DSSCs by mixing them with TiO<sub>2</sub> nanoparticles. By combining the UCP and DCP (ratio in 1:1, totally 5 wt% in TiO<sub>2</sub> matrix) into DSSCs, the resulting power conversion efficiency of DSSCs is observed to be 41.4% increment compared with reference DSSCs, and has the highest value of 8.19%, which is also higher than DSSCs based on single UCP of 7.55 % or single DCP 6.68%. This suggests that both the light converting and scattering effects of UCP and DCP fabricated in this study can extend the spectral absorption of DSSCs from UV and IR, which enabled us to minimize the solar photons loss and maximize the light harvesting efficiency.
