        중소기업 조직문화 발전을 위한 7S 모델 적용 사례

        본 연구는 중소기업 A사를 대상으로 조직문화 구성요소들을 누락과 중복 없이 정리한 7S 모델 기반 조직문화 진단을 통해 취약점을 도출하고, 이의 극복을 위한 조직문화 발전활동의 과정과 그 성과를 분석하여 중소기업 성장통을 극복하기 위한 시사점을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 A사 현존 자료 분석, 조직문화 발전활동의 효과분석을 위한 7S 모델 기반 조직진단 사전조사와 사후조사를 위해 설문조사와 인터뷰를 실시하고 분석하였다. 연구결과, A사는 4년간의 조직문화 발전활동을 통해 년간 60억원대의 매출과 약 5%대의 영업이익률을 유지하였고, 구성원들이 인식하는 조직문화 진단 결과는 7S 모델의 7가지 구성요소 모든 부분에서 점수가 높아졌고, 특히 시스템 측면에서 ‘업무절차 개선’은 그 차이가 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결론은 첫째, 조직문화 발전활동을 체계적으로 실행하기 위해서는 7S 모델과 같은 프레임웍을 활용하는 것이 효과적이며, 둘째, 조직문화 발전활동은 공유가치를 정의하는 것으로 시작되어야 하고, 셋째, 조직문화 발전활동은 전략과 관련된 활동들이 반드시 포함되어야 하며, 넷째, 창업초기의 중소기업 조직문화 발전활동에서는 각 기능과 개인의 역할과 책임을 명확히 하는 조직구조 개선은 필수적이고, 다섯째, 업무방식 개선을 위해서는 대표이사의 리더십 스타일이 변화하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구는 특정지역의 중소기업 A사를 대상으로 조직문화 활동과정과 그 결과를 분석한 것이기 때문에 다양한 규모와 업종의 중소기업에 일반화하여 적용하는 데에는 한계가 있다. 이에 따라 후속 연구에서는 다양한 규모의 업종의 중소기업 조직문화 발전을 고려한 조직 고유 맥락 기반의 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 중소기업의 조직문화 진단을 통해 도출한 취약점 극복을 위한 조직문화 발전활동 과정과 성과를 분석하여 조직문화 발전을 통한 중소기업 성장통 극복을 위한 시사점을 제공한 점에서 의의가 있다. This study aims to provide implications for overcoming small and medium enterprise growth pain through diagnosis of 7S model-based organizational culture for small and medium enterprises A company. To this end, a preliminary investigation and follow-up of 7S model-based organizational diagnosis were conducted to analyze the existing data of Company A and analyze the effectiveness of organizational culture development activities. This research showed that the result of all components of diagnosis was improved with the fact that the firm A is sustaining about 6 billion won of sales volume and 5% of return on sales. Especially, it is found that the result of ‘work process improvement’ questionnaire is statistically different. The research conclusions are revealed as follows. First, the framework like 7S model is effective in systematically developing the organization culture. Second, defining the shared-value is the first thing to do. Third, the activities related with strategy should be included. Fourth, the organization structure improvement should be done in the beginning stage of business. Fifth, the improvement of leader’s leadership and communication style is important to change the organization working style. Because this research is an analysis of the process and result of the firm A’s organization culture development activities located in the certain area, it is limited to generally apply to the different small & medium sized firms. So, the organization context based following researches considering the various small and medium sized firms are recommended.

        In the modern society, the paradigm is being converted into the direction emphasizing the creativity from the acquisition of unilateral knowledge. Accordingly, the kindergarten should be the affirmative life environment becoming the foundation in the growth and experience of children not as the learning space only anymore. This thesis aims to present the alternative of new children’s education space capable of solving the earlier raised points at issue through the design of ‘Dream Square Kindergarten of Janghyeon District’. first. This design has been progressed focusing on the learning and growth development based on the creativity of children, the design of learning space has been progressed with the emphasis on the connectivity to accept the changing curriculum of creativity education. Especially, the diversity has been sought with the diversified spatial composition of living-room type cluster, variable type study room, etc. In addition, it induced the community with local residents by disposing the library, auditorium and the physical education facility, etc. to be connected with the learning building for the experience of diverse life of children, enabled the flexible communication. In addition, the color and finish plan inducting the emotional sense of stability and calmness has been conducted, the universal design has been considered through the barrier free and safety plan.

        독거노인을 위한 다기능 시스템 소파 디자인 개발

        In today’s aging society, stable residential environment is essential for the elderly living alone to be able to do activities of daily living without restrictions and cherish a satisfactory quality of life. We developed a safe and convenient multifunctional sofa by removing complex combinations and decomposing processes of the multifunctional transformable furniture, appropriate for the use by elderly living alone. We deduced the 4 main keywords and details related to the purpose of sofa by analyzing the users’ physical and mental characteristics through literature review and by using 24-hour scheduling, interviews, and actual measurement. Finally, by applying this to furniture planning, we designed 4 different types of multifunctional sofa system. Production was done in cooperation with AND Co. for 2 weeks using materials, colors and adhesives selectively chosen with careful consideration of their effects on the physical, mental aspects of the user to give optimal comfortability.

        성격유형에 따른 원룸형 주거의 공간구성 및 가구 선호도에 관한 연구

        Single-person household is estimated to be about 26.5% of the total household in 2015, which counts as 5060000 in numbers. We opt to acknowledge the various requests of these single residents, and in order to raise their satisfaction, we investigated on how personal taste, psychological interest, and personality attribute affects the user’s preference of space organization and furniture in one room housing. Using the qualified psychology program, Enneagram Personality Type Indicator, we surveyed young people under 30 years old (majority of single-person households), regarding space organization and furniture preference. With the help of a specialist, the survey was constructed with appropriate evaluation items (space organization in one room households, bed, sofa, furniture material, etc), and analyzed the relationship between the evaluated items and personality types. Results showed there is a relationship between personality types and spatial structure. First, preference of spatial structure differed for different personality types. Second, the shape and size of furniture was dependent more on the ease of usability and design rather than on the personality types. One thing to consider is that type 1 and 9 accounted for about 50% of the total surveys. This emphasizes that the preferred spatial structure of a dominant specific personality type should not be overlooked.
