사이버 공간에서의 보안은 공격자와 방어자가 서로의 행동에 연속적으로 반응하는 일종의 군비확장 경쟁(Arms Race)에 비유된다. 정보기술과 사이버 공간이 현재와 같은 속도로 진화하는 동안에는 이런 경쟁이 계속될 가능성이 높다. 따라서 방어자의 입장에서 사이버 보안에 대한 접근은 보호하고자 하는 정보자산의 가치에 따라 예방적(Preventive)이고 선제적(Preemptive)인 대책을 구사할 필요가 있다. 그렇지 않으면 일이 터지고 그때서야 대책 마련에 부지런을 떠는 '소 잃고 외양간 고치는'식의 대응적(Responsive) 수준에 머무를 수 밖에 없다. 상황에 따라 대응적 수준의 보안대책이 최선인 경우도 있으나, 정보기술 환경 또는 사이버 공간의 안전.신뢰성을 적극적으로 확보하기 위해서는 예방적이고 선제적인 보안 수단을 다양한 조직과 시스템에 광범위하게 적용할 필요가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to critically analyze comparative differences between Deep-Ecology and Le Corbusier's viewpoint on nature in his architectural and design theories in consideration of anti-material basis of ecological or environment- friendly architecture. First the characteristics of the Deep-Ecology on nature and Le Corbusier's viewpoint on nature found in his theories of architectural design are examined. And then finally Le Corbusier's viewpoint on nature is contrasted with the Deep-Ecological characteristics. The results are as follows: ① the characteristics of Deep-Ecology: Total Field Image, egalitarianism and equality of man and nature, diversity and symbiosis, opposition to the class, the ethics of human responsibilities, acceptance of complexity, regional autonomy and decentralization, ② Le Corbusier's viewpoint on nature: dichotomy on nature and man; man-centered ideology and nature as the means (instrumentalism); strong belief on the human ability to frame the artificial environment: architectural realization of hierarchical order<br/> In conclusion, by analysing the difference between the deep ecology and the viewpoint of the Modem architect on nature, the Modem paradigm in architecture should be shifted and adapted to the 21 century ecological era in order for it to be a more socially responsive and acknowledged discipline. The ecological attitude in Modem architecture should be added to the beaux-arts style image of the architect in the coming age.

최근, ICT/IoT 기술과의 융합은 다양한 산업분야에 적용되고 있으며, 안정적인 전력공급 및 지능 형전력망 구축에 대해 다양한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 특히, 수요라인과 직접적으로 연관된 배전계통의 효율적인 운영 및 배전설비의 유지/관리 기술에 대한 연구에 많은 연구를 수행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 배전설비에 대한 환경정보를 IoT 센서를 통해 수집함으로써 실시간으로 정전상 황을 불러올 수 있는 기자재의 고장감지 및 예측을 위한 시스템 모델을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템 모델은 실시간으로 수집되는 정보들에 대해 시계열 기반의 필터링 및 이상점 판단을 위한 성분 분석을 실시하고, 고장진단 및 예측을 위해 기계학습 기반의 데이터 분석실시하여 기자재들의 고장감지 및 고장 발생 여부를 예측한다.

Recently, IoT technology has been applied in various field. In particular, the technology focuses on analysing large amount of data that has been gathered from the environmental sensors, to provide valuable information. This technique has been actively researched in the agro-industrial sector. Many researches are underway in the monitoring and control for growth crop environment in agro-industrial. Normally, the average weather data is provided by the manual agro-control method but the value may differ due to the different region`s weather and environment that may cause problem in the disease and insect-pest prevention. In order to develop a suitable integrated system for fruit tree, all the necessary information is obtained from the Jeollanam-do province, which has the high production rate in the Korea. In this paper, we propose an integrated support platform for the growing crops, to minimize the damage caused due to the weather disaster through image analysis, forecasting models, by using the micro-climate weather information collection and CCTV. The fruit tree damage caused by the weather disaster are controlled by utilizing various IoT technology by maintaining the growth environment, which helps in the disease and insect-pest prevention and also helps farmers to improve the expected production.

It is very challenging to analyze the traffic flow in the city because there are lots of traffic accidents, intersections, and pedestrians etc. Now, even in mid-size cities Bus Information Systems(BIS) have been deployed, which have offered the forecast of arriving times at the stations to passengers. BIS also provides more informations such as the current locations, departure-arrival times of buses. In this paper, we perform the time-series analysis of the traffic flow using the data of the average trvel time and the average speed between stations extracted from the BIS. In the mid size cities, the data from BIS will have a important role on prediction and analysis of the traffic flow. We used the Dynamic Linear Model(DLM) for how to make the time series forecasting model to analyze and predict the average speeds at the given locations, which seem to show the representative of traffics in the city. Especially, we analysis travel times for weekdays and weekends separately. We think this study can help forecast the traffic jams, congestion areas and more accurate arrival times of buses.

One of the most comfortable transportation in our day to day life is the bus, which provides real time information. In order to obtain reliable information on the arrival time of this information, BIS (Bus Information System) needs to analyse the main factor for the traffic environment. To manage the system, regional information analysis by local municipalities should be prioritized. In this paper, we analyse the features that are expected to affect traffic environment by commuting the travel to school, market, tourism and other influences around Suncheon-si, which has the facilities for education, tourism and urban locality. Data cleaning is performed on the DB information that is being collected from characterization BIS, which is organized by day of the week, day and month, to analyse the key factors of the traffic flow. If this is utilized by applying a key factor to the real time information, it is expected to provide more reliable and accurate information.

평면상에 n개의 꼭지점으로 이루어진 단순 다각형 P와 그 내부의 한점 Z가 주어졌을때, Z로부터 가시적인 P의 경계점을 찾는 문제에 대한 병렬 알고리즘을 제안한다. 병렬처리 모델은 n×n 개의 처리기로 구성된 이차원 RMESH이며, 제안된 알고리즘의 시간 복잡도는 O(1)이다.
단체급식 서비스품질에 대한 고객사와 위탁급식회사 중요도-수행도 비교 연구

This study aimed at investigating any differences perceived between the contractor and the contractee based on an importance-performance analysis (IPA) of foodservice quality attributes. Questionnaires were distributed to 200 personnel concerned in the Busan, Ulsan and Kyungnam areas and a total of 134 valid responses were used for analysis. Of the 23 foodservice quality attributes, the factors of ‘food quality’, ‘employee service’, ‘hygiene and safety’, ‘customer orientation’ and ‘operation quality’ were induced from a scale purification process through the exploratory factor analysis. The level of importance (p<0.01) of the ‘hygiene and safety’ factor and ‘employee service’ factor was not found to be significantly different between the groups. In the level of performance, the factors of ‘food service’, ‘employee service’, ‘customer orientation’ and ‘operation quality’ were found to be perceived significantly lower than expected by the contractor group. In the importance level, ‘food quality’, ‘employee service’, ‘hygiene and safety’, ‘customer orientation’ and ‘operation quality’ were rated by the contractor as 4.03, 4.30, 4.27, 4.01 and 4.12 points, respectively. In contrast, in the performance level, perceived ‘food quality’, ‘employee service’, ‘hygiene and safety’, ‘customer orientation’ and ‘operation quality’ were evaluated as 3.57, 3.94, 4.06, 3.83 and 3.95 points, respectively.
