There are Hidden Protected Area(HPA) in both hard disk and SSD, which are kinds of PC storage. HPA can be exploited by the rootkit unlike the originally created intent because it is not accessible from the BIOS. In this paper, we use the EnCase that is often used as a forensic tool to detect the HPA. It is aimed to insert malicious code into this area to cause abnormal operation of hard disk and SSD on the next study.

여성농민 권리 보장을 위한 학제적 접근 : 참여할 권리를 중심으로

여성농민은 가부장적 농촌사회 속에서 민주주의의 가장 기본적이면서 핵심적인 요소인 참여할 권리를 제대로 보장받지 못해 왔다. 여성농민의 지위 향상을 위한 법적 근거를 마련하는 것은 반드시 필요한 과정이다. 그러나 법적 근거를 마련하는 것만으로 여성농민의 권리가 자연스럽게 보장되는 것은 아니다. 여성이 실제로 참여하고 목소리를 낼 수 있는 사회적 토대가 함께 마련되어야 법과 제도는 의미를 가질 수 있다. 법적 지위 조항 없이 여성농민의 참여를 보장하기는 어려우며, 사회적 자본 없이 여성의 참여를 이끌어내기는 힘들다. 한편 각 접근은 서로 상호적으로 작용 하여 상승효과를 낼 수 있다. 법적 지위와 지원 근거를 규정함으로써 여성농민의 권리를 사회적으로 선언할 수 있고, 인식 변화도 이끌 수 있다. 본 논문을 통해 여성농민의 참여할 권리 보장을 위한 학제적 분석을 시도하고 대안을 제시하고자 하였다. 국제인권규범은 여성농민의 권리를 보장하는 인권법적 근거를 제공한다. 해외의 사례를 참고하여 국제인권규범과의 통합적 발전을 추구하는 방향으로 각 법령을 실효성 있게 개정할 필요가 있다. 한편 국내 상황은 물론 일본의 사례에서도 알 수 있듯이 법률 그 자체는 만병통치약이 아니다. 법이 선행하여 인식 제고를 도모할 수는 있지만, 궁극적인 변화는 사회적 국면에서 일어나야 한다. 정책 차원과 당사자 차원에서 사회적 자본을 증진하고 조직을 활성화하여 여성농민의 실질적인 참여 보장을 이끌어내야 한다. 본 연구는 한국과 프랑스, 일본을 법학적 시각과 사회학적 관점에서 비교 분석함으로써 여성 농민의 참여할 권리 증진을 위해서는 간학문적인 접근이 필요하다는 시사점을 도출하였다. 협소한 접근만으로는 여성농민의 권리 증진을 온전히 이끌어낼 수 없다. 편협한 만능주의와 무기력을 경계하고 가능성을 그려가야 한다. 법적 지위의 보장, 사회적 자본의 축적, 여성농민의 참여가 상호 작용할 때 선순환의 고리를 만들 수 있다. 본 연구는 여성농민의 참여할 권리를 중심으로 다양한 관점에서 종합적 시각을 제시했다는 함의를 지닌다. In a patriarchal rural society, peasant women have not been properly guaranteed the right to participate, which is the most basic and core element of democracy. It is an essential process to establish a legal basis for improving the status of peasant women. However, the rights of peasant women are not naturally guaranteed by solely providing legal grounds. Laws and institutions can be meaningful only when a social foundation is laid together for women to actually participate and speak out. It is difficult to guarantee the participation of peasant women without legal status provisions, and it is also difficult to draw female participation without social capital. Meanwhile, each approach can interact with each other to create a synergistic effect. By stipulating peasant women’s legal status and the basis to support them, their rights can be socially declared and changes in perception can also be led. This paper attempts to provide an interdisciplinary analysis to guarantee peasant women’s right to participate and proposes alternatives. International human rights norms provide a basis for human rights law that guarantees the rights of peasant women. It is necessary to effectively revise each law in the direction of pursuing integrated development with international human rights norms by referring to overseas cases. Meanwhile, as can be seen not only in the domestic situation but also in the case of Japan, the law itself is not a panacea. Although the law can lead in raising awareness, change must ultimately take place in the social sphere. At the policy level and the individual level, it is necessary to promote social capital and revitalize the organization to ensure practical participation of peasant women. This study conducted a comparative analysis on Korea, France, and Japan from a legal and sociological perspective and derived implications that an interdisciplinary approach is needed to promote the peasant women’s right to participate. A narrow approach alone cannot fully achieve the promotion of the rights of peasant women. We should be wary of narrow omnipotence and lethargy and explore the possibilities. When the guarantee of legal status, the accumulation of social capital, and the participation of peasant women interact, a virtuous cycle can be created. This paper has the implication of presenting a comprehensive perspective from various viewpoints, focusing on the peasant women’s right to participate.

최근 텍스트기반 패스워드 이용 기법이 가지는 사전(dictionary) 공격과 어깨너머 훔쳐보기(shoulder surfing) 공격의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 대안 기술로 그래픽 패스워드에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 2015년에 Prabhu등은 패스워드 기반 세션을 사용한 인증 기법을 제안하였다. 하지만 본 논문에서는 Prabhu등이 제안한 두 가지 인증 기법이 가지는 보안 취약점을 지적하고 안전성을 개선한 실용적인 인증 기법을 제안한다.
