        The determination of sound pressure radiated from periodic plate structures is fundamental in the estimation of noise level in aircraft fuselages or ship hull structures. As a robust approach to this problem, here a very general and comprehensive analytical model is developed for predicting the sound radiated by a vibrating plate stiffened by periodically spaced orthogonal symmetrical beams subjected to a sinusoidally time varying point load. In this these, we experiment with the numerical analysis using the space harmonic series and the SYSNOISE for measuring the vibration mode and character of response causedby sound radiation with adding the harmonic point force in the thin isotropic plate supported by the rectangular lattice reinforcement. We used the reinforcements, beams of open type section like the style of "ㄷ" letter; the space of the beams were chosen to be 0.2m, 0.3m, 0.4m. We studied the behavior of sound pressure levels, analysis of vibration mode between support points, connection between frequency function and sound pressure levels, and connection between position function and sound pressure levels.

        The rotating transmission is made up of belts, mass disks and gears. This precise piece of equipment is controlled electro-mechanically by the motor and operation program. The control strategy of the transmission can be changed by belts" stiffness and change of the mass and gear. This transmission can be modeled as a rigid body, and also finds broad application in such diverse fields as machine tools, the cruise control system in automobiles, and control in the attitude and gimbals of spacecraft. The study of the rotating transmission excited by its base motion is not only able to predict the rotational performance, but obtain the fundamental data for vibration isolation. In this thesis, we studied the response abilities such as steady overshoot, undershoot and ect and the response velocities such as rising time, settling time, and ect. in the rotating transmission through PD control experiment.

      • 동시 구동 4축 유압 엑츄에이터의 동특성에 관한 연구

        In the recent years, as the product liability(PL) act is enforced worldwide, manufacturers must be totally responsible for any defects in the quality of their products. It is important to evaluate the durability and the vibration against this circumstance. The better test for products is to experiment in the actual conditions. However, costs expenses and efforts for the experiment are needed to react the defects of product. This problems can be settled by simulator which supplies the realistic environments. It is especially useful in the test of the products which relate to the safety of human such as vehicles. In this thesis, to ensure the reliability of the hydraulic actuator, the vehicle is excited up to the range of the maximum frequency using the SIne wave. The 4 axes hydraulic actuator is developed, and then the correlations between the displacement and servo controller on each axis are examined. The hydraulic actuator is compensated.

        연속파 레이저 스페클 寫眞法과 畵像處理에 의한 面內變位 測定에 관한 硏究

        This paper presents experimental results which explore the capability of a CW laser speckle photography for the measurement of in -plane displacement at high temperature. The serious restrictions on the application of the method seem to be the ambient air turbulence and the change of surface texture caused by the oxidation, as they tend to decorrelate the double exposured speckle patterns. In order to assess only the effect of air turbulence, a ceramics-coated stainless steel plate is heated in air and Ar-laser specklegrams are made with combination of temperature and lateral translation displacement. The slight reduction in visibility of Young's fringes i observed at 1000˚C. The analyses of Young's fringes are carried out by a image processing system using a TV-camera and computers, and the result agrees well with the micrometer reading. Futhermore, uncoated stainless steel and Hastelloy X plates are tested and the effect of oxidation is also evaluated. The experimental results demonstrate that a CW laser speckle photography is applicable at temperatures up to 1000˚C.

      • 건전지 세퍼레이터 와인딩 및 삽입시스템의 Virtual Prototype 개발

        Most of battery industries are growing explosively as a core strategy industry for the development of the semi-conductor, the LCD, and the mobile communication device. Dynamic characteristic analysis consists of dynamic behavior analysis and finite element analysis and is necessary for effective design of machines. In the dynamic behavior analysis, the displacement, velocity, applied force and angular velocity of each components are simulated according to each part. In the FEA, stress analysis, mode analysis, and frequency analysis are performed for each part. The results of these simulations are used for the design specification investigation and compensation for optimal design of cell manufacturing line. Virtual Engineering of the separator inserting machine on the automatic cell assembly line systems are modeled and simulated. 3D motion behavior is visualized under real-operation condition on the computer window. Virtual Prototype make it possible to save time by identifying design problems early in development, cut cost by reducing making hardware prototype, and improve quality by quickly optimizing full-system performance. As the first step of CAE which integrates design, dynamic modeling using ADAMS and FEM analysis using NASTRAN are developed.
