탄소배출량 절감을 위한 친환경 운송수단 도입방안 연구 - 배송용 전기자전거의 택배 활용 중심으로 -

최근 환경문제로 인한 온실가스 배출량은 점점 증가하고 있고 수송 부문에서 발생하는 택배차량의 탄소배출 량을 감축 할 필요성이 있다. 본 연구는 현재 이루어지는 택배프로세스에서 발생하는 배송 문제 중에 특히 배송 기피 지역인 재래시장 내 배송, 도심밀집지역, 아파트 진입금지 구역 배송에 대한 문제를 해결하기 위해 배송 용 화물 전기자전거를 도입하여 이러한 택배 프로세스를 대체할 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 영업소의 택배차량의 일 부를 대체하는 영업소 운영 모델과 전기자전거 거점을 활용하는 Sub터미널 운영 모델을 제시하고 배송 운영방식에 대해 설명한다. 기존의 택배 프로세스 상에서 발생하는 탄소배출량과 운영비용이 얼마나 되는지 분석하고 전기자전거를 통해 이를 대체할 경우 절감되는 탄소배출량과 경제적 비용에 대해 분석한다. 이를 통해 본 연구 는 전기자전거를 도입하여 물류 프로세스 개선하고자 하는 여러 업체들, 연구자들에게 도움이 되고자 한다. In recent years, the sharp increase in greenhouse gas emissions has led many researchers to question the efficiency of delivery vehicles. Since the transport sector accounts for over 20 % of the total greenhouse gas emissions in Seoul each year, it is important to reduce the carbon emissions of delivery vehicles. This study aims to present a new model that will replace the existing truck-based couriers with an electric bicycle courier. In the current system, delivery vehicles often face challenges when an apartment complex does not allow delivery vehicles to enter the area. The new system will be able to fix these issues as well as reducing the carbon emission of delivery vehicles. In addition, this study proposes a sub-terminal management model that uses an electric bicycle consolidation. Lastly, this study analyzes the carbon emissions and the management costs of the existing delivery system, as well as the environmental and economic benefits of the new system.
