        구민체육센터 운영에 대한 이용자의 만족도 연구

        The purpose of this study was to examine the Client`s Satisfaction about the District Sports Center Management by sex, age, school career and to examine the degree of satisfaction of total clients about the District Sports Center Management. The Subjects were the District Sports Center managing every self-government district of Seoul City, and The final subjects were all 570 people-male 136 and female 434. The questionnaire used on this study was the Client`s Satisfaction questionnaire about management of District Sports Center which modified "Sports for All Class survey analysis questionnaire" developed by the Korean Sports Science Institute. The reliability of the questionnaire was cronbach`s α=.7232~.8547. The statistics employed in this study were frequency, T-test, one-way Anova methods. Discussion on the results described using both frequency results and data considered through literature study. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Client`s satisfaction of District Sports Center Management by sex didn`t have any difference. Also in sub-factor didn`t have any difference. Client`s satisfaction score of District Sports Center Management, Female(3.24) higher than Male(3.23). 2. Client`s satisfaction of District Sports Center Management by age, didn`t have any difference. Over fifty(3.43) group was very high. 3. Client`s satisfaction of District Sports Center Management by school career didn`t have any difference. Over graduate(3.35) group was very high. 4. The degree to Satisfaction of total clients about the District Sports Management. 1) Satisfaction score about program of the Client of District Sports Center was high, 3.29. In sub-factor, Variety score was 3.15, Interest score was 3.62, Coincidence score between sport program and level was 3.66, Easiness score of sport program learning was 3.25. But Fitness score of participation number was low, 2.78. 2) Satisfaction score about leader of the Client of District Sports Center was very high, 3.71. In sub-factor, Practice ability score was 3.73, Way of teaching score was 3.63, Passion score was 3.78, Personal relationship score was 3.71, Professional knowledge score was 3.72. All sub-factor were over 3.00 and very high. 3) Satisfaction score about facility of the Client of District Sports Center was a little low, 2.96. In sub-factor, Principal sports facility score was 3.28, Adjunct facility score was 3.28. But Subsidiary facility score was low(2.89), Fitness score of sports supplies and equipment was very low(2.56), Completeness score of sports facility was low(2.79). 4) Satisfaction score about way of use and procedure of the Client of District Sports Center was a little low, 2.98. In sub-factor, Economics of use fare was high, 3.39. But Convenience score of registration procedure was low(2.77), Sufficiency score of free use time was low(2.87), Fitness score of using distance was low(2.82), Variety score of traffic facility was low(2.96).
