청년 대학생 자녀가 지각한 부모-자녀 관계의 질과 효도계약에 대한 태도

Objectives: The purpose of this study identified the perceived quality of parent-child relationships and attitudes toward filial duty contracts among young adult children. Also, this study is to examine the effects of sociodemographic characteristics and perceived quality parent-child relationships on the attitudes toward filial duty contracts and the requirement for filial duty contract details. Method: For this study, a survey was conducted with 210 college student children in young adulthood in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The questionnaire consisted of the ‘Attitudes toward Filial Duty Contracts Scale’, the ‘Requirement for Filial Duty Contract Details Scale’, and the ‘Quality of Parent-Child Relationships Scale’ with a demographic questionnaire. Specifically, the Attitudes toward Filial Duty Contracts Scale consisted of the support for contract, the intention of contract, and reservation contract amount on young adult children's mind. Data were analyzed by means of descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. Results: The major findings of this study are as follows: First, young adult children reported the relationship with mother better than father's and mid levels of support and intention of filial duty contract. They also showed that their reservation contract amount on their mind was about 500 million won. Second, the multiple regression analyses revealed that gender and pride of one's father positively related to their support for filial contract. Also, gender, the pride of one's father, and emotional closeness to one’s father significantly affected their intention of filial contract. In addition, among the variables, only monthly family income significantly predicted their reservation contract amount. Finally, the multiple regression analyses revealed that birth order and gender significantly predicted the normative duty contract. Also, the pride of one’s father significantly affected the emotional support contract. However, filial duty contract details such as caregiving for sick parents, physical support, and economic support have been found to be meaningless. Conclusions: The findings suggest that preparative education of aging for parents who are considering making the filial duty contracts with their children should include some realistic advice. These pieces of advice include their parent-child relationship and consideration of their own overall asset sizes.

본 연구의 목적은 요양보호사가 서비스 대상자와 그 가족으로부터 경험하는 인권 침해의 실태를 살펴보고 그것의 맥락적, 환경적 상황의 이해도를 제고하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 양적 자료와 질적 자료를 함께 활용하였다. 구체적으로, 양적 자료는 인천시 내 시설 및 재가 요양보호사 506명의 조사 자료를 이용하였고 질적 자료는 인천시 소재 요양보호사 14명의 인터뷰 자료를 이용하였다. 연구 결과, 요양보호사의 인권 침해 경험은 낮은 전문성 인식과 직무만족도와 밀접한 관련을 가졌고, 다른 직종으로의 이직 의향을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 더불어 요양보호사의 인권 침해는 요양보호사에 대한 낮은 사회적 인식과 대상자의 기능 문제 및 돌봄 욕구 미충족 등이 복합적으로 작용하여 발생하는 것으로 보인다. 이와 같은 문제에 대해 요양보호사는 인권 보호와 문제 상황 대처 방안, 양질의 요양기술 등의 습득을 위한 직무 교육과 대상자와 그 가족을 대상으로 한 교육의 필요성을 제기하였다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구는 요양보호사의 권익 보호를 위한 체계적인 교육을 실시할 수 있는 제도의 정비, 장기요양기관의 관리ㆍ감독 강화, 요양보호사에 대한 사회적 인식 제고, 요양보호사의 전문성 향상을 위한 노력의 필요 등 요양보호사 인권 보호와 관련된 정책적 함의를 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the actual situation of the human rights violation experience of care workers by the service target and their families and to improve understanding of contextual and environmental situations. For this study, quantitative and qualitative data were used. For quantitative data, a sample of 506 care workers was extracted from long-term-care facilities in Incheon, and for qualitative data, interviews with 14 care workers were used. This study used quantitative data to examine whether there are differences in social recognition satisfaction, Perception of Professionalism, and Turnover Intention among caregivers according to the presence or absence of human rights violations. For this purpose, the differences between groups were analyzed by using cross-analysis and t-test. In addition, We also used interview data to cover more in-depth stories that could not be explored in quantitative analysis results.As a result of the study, the care worker’s experience of human rights violations was associated with a low perception of professionalism and job satisfaction. Also, it was positively associated with turnover intention. In addition, it seems that the human rights violations of care workers are caused by a combination of low social recognition, service target’s functional problems, and non-fulfillment of their care needs. These findings suggest that it is necessary to prevent the workers from violence and make a coping method according to the problem situation. Additionally, it is required to offer job training to acquire high-quality nursing skills, as well as education for target subjects and their families.

액티브 시니어층의 구독 컨텐츠 UX 가이드라인 연구: 도서 컨텐츠 중심으로

컨텐츠 서비스가 가파른 성장을 이루는 가운데, 최근 5060 액티브 시니어층이 컨텐츠 서비스의 새로운 소비 주체로 부상하고 있다. 본 연구는 5060 액티브 시니어층의 컨텐츠 서비스 사용 경험 전반을 분석하고, 그 중 도서 컨텐츠 서비스에 적합한 UX디자인 가이드라인을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 변형된 휴리스틱 평가를 진행하였고, 그 후 심층인터뷰를 통해 시니어층의 니즈를 수집하고 인사이트를 도출하였다. 각 사용자 조사 단계에서 도출한 주제를 바탕으로, 최종적으로 시니어층을 위한 컨텐츠 서비스 UX가이드라인을 제시한다.
