The Effect of Art Play Using Natural Objects on Pro-Social Behavior of Childhood

The purpose of this study is to find out how art play through natural objects affects the prosocial behavior of infants. The period of this study was from June 10 to August 5, 2021, and the subject of the study was 30 3-year-old infants at I daycare center in Y-si, Gyeonggi-do, and art play through nature was conducted in the experimental group and art play according to the Nuri process in the comparative group. The SPSS 26.0 statistical program was used to examine the effect of art play on prosocial behavior of infants through natural objects, and Kolmogorov-Smirnov method and independent sample t test were conducted to examine the normality of the prosocial behavior of infants in experimental and comparative groups. The above statistical verification is significant level =.It was conducted at 05. As a result, it was found that the group that played art through natural objects had a significant and significant influence on prosocial behavior. This verified that art play through natural objects is effective in improving the prosocial behavior of infants, and through this, it suggests that it is a variety of teaching and learning methods in the early childhood education field, such as the play value of natural objects and the prosocial behavior of infants.

보육교사의 장애 영·유아 인권 인식, 사회적지지, 자아존중감, 직무 스트레스의 관계: 장애 영·유아 보육 발전전략 도출을 중심으로

본 연구는 장애 영·유아 보육교사의 장애 영·유아 인권 인식, 사회적 지지, 자아존중과 직무 스트레스 관 계를 규명하여 장애 영·유아 보육의 발전전략을 제시하는 데 있다. 연구대상은 전국의 장애 영·유아 보육기관과 장애통합 어린이집 보육교사 446명 설문조사를 실시하였고, 발전전략 수립을 위하여 장애 영·유아 보육교사 5명을 대상으로 심층면접을 실시하였다. 자료분석은 신뢰도 검증을 위하여 Cronbach’s a 계수와 확인적요인 분석 및 기 술통계분석, 상관관계분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 보육교사의 장애 영유아 인권 인식이 높을수록 교사의 자아존중 감은 낮아지고 직무 스트레스는 높아졌으나, 교사에 대한 사회적 지지는 높을수록 교사의 자아존중감도 높아지고 직무 스트레스는 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이를 바탕으로 장애 영·유아 보육교사의 자아존중 향상, 사회적 지지 제 고, 직무 스트레스 경감을 위한 우선 과제를 종합한 장애 영·유아 보육의 발전전략으로는 소명의식 함양과 양질의 교사양성 및 직무역량 향상 등 전문성 강화를 우선으로 장애 영유아 보육에 대한 이해증진, 인력충원, 상사·동료· 부모의 지지와 협력체계, 급여안정·휴식 등 처우개선 등이 요구되었다. This study is to present strategies for the development of childcare for infants and toddlers with disabilities by investigating the relationship between human rights awareness, social support, self-esteem, and job stress for infants and toddlers with disabilities. The subject of the study was a survey of 446 childcare teachers at childcare institutions and integrated daycare centers for children with disabilities nationwide, and in-depth interviews were conducted on five childcare teachers with disabilities to establish development strategies. For data analysis, Cronbach's coefficient, confirmatory factor analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, and correlation analysis were conducted to verify reliability. As a result, the higher the perception of human rights for infants and toddlers with disabilities, the lower the teacher's self-esteem and job stress, but the higher the social support for teachers, the higher the teacher's self-esteem and job stress did not affect. Based on this, the development strategy of disabled infant and infant care, which combines priority tasks for improving self-esteem, social support, and job stress, calls for strengthening expertise in infant care with disabilities, support and cooperation system for bosses, colleagues, etc.
