The charger for the Alkali battery or Pb battery being used presently in the industrial world tends to be converted to the automatic charger through thyristor system. In this paper, the author designed the charger which can sufficiently protect the charger circuit, in case when the load terminals are being shorted, or opened, or connected to wrong polarity. Here, the author choose the charger circuit through SCR system which is operated by the UJT relaxaton oscillator driven by the remaining voltage of the battery. Chard-cteristics of the charger is improved by addition of the pulse amplification circuit, of the synchronous circuit, and of the soft start circuit to the system.
상사의 가족친화적 행동이 종업원 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 상사의 가족친화적 행동이 종업원의 직장에서 성과와 가정에서 성과에 미치는 영향을 종합적으로 분석해보고 더불어 상사의 가족친화적 행동 수준이 어떤 인구통계적 특성에 따라 차이가 있는지 분석하여 최근 증가하고 있는 가족친화적 근로환경 조성을 위한 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 경북거주 불특성 직장인을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했고, 총346개의 표본이 연구에 사용되었다. 가설검증을 위해 t-test, 회귀분석을 실시했다. 연구결과 성별에 따라 상사의 가족친화적 행동 수준 차이는 없었으나 결혼유무에 따라서는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 상사의 가족친화적 행동은 종업원의 업무몰입, 종업원의 주관적 웰빙, 가족내 역할성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 시사점 및 미래 연구 방향을 제시하였다. The purposes of this study were to investigate differences in the level of family supportive supervisor behaviors (FSSB) by supervisor demographic characteristics (gender, marriage) and to explore the effect of FSSB on employees' work engagement, subjective well-being, and family performance. A total of 346 cases were analyzed. The results showed that there was no significant difference was found in the level of FSSB of male and female supervisor, but there was significant difference was found in the level of FSSB of married and unmarried supervisor. And the result also showed that there were positive relationship between FSSB and employees' work engagement and FSSB and subjective well-being and family performance.

Rural Industrial Complex(RIC) is considered as one of the most important sources of off-farm income in Korea. But RICs has many problems since it was beginning development. In 2008, RICs in Gyeongsangbuk-do are 56 place, and are 836 corportations in RICs. Employee is total 20,109 persons. Competitive power of RICs weak location condition, small business, lack of infrastructure, institute. The main focus of this paper is to derive policy suggestion for Gyeongsangbuk-do RICs. We investigate the operation status of Gyeongsangbuk-do RICs. It is necessary that RICs be promoted in light of revitalization program.
