The shock performance of hard disk drives has been a serious issue for Car PC. Since the vibration and disturbances from a car gives an adverse effect on a HDD of Car PC, it is necessary to protect a HDD from them. In this study, passive vibration attenuation system for a vehicle HDD was developed. Acceleration from the ground through the tire and suspension system was measured to figure out the frequency translated to Car PC. Critical frequency to Car PC was determined by exciting it with a shaker and measuring a data transmitting speed from HDD. A newly designed vibration attenuation system was fabricated to protect HDD from the acceleration. It was shown that the developed system had an excellent vibration attenuation ability.

우리 나라 經濟立法의 實效性에 관한 硏究 : 公正去來法을 중심으로

Generally speaking, the economic legislations are different from the political legislations in their effectiveness. That is presumed partly because motives of their behaviors are different between the economic and political life. In addition Korean people has not been presenting the same features as other peoples in the field of economic legislations. This short treatise however is short of referring to all these problems. The author has placed the emphasis chiefly on the following points: (1) the general conditions of the effectiveness of the economic legislations in Korea; (2) and analysis of some unlawful cases in the sphere of Korean Fair Trade Legislations. The general conditions of the effectiveness among the economic legislations can be summarized roughly as follows: (1) that those legislations should have the best contents impartially reflecting various demands of economic circles; (2) that those legislations should be produced fully under the democratic procedure of public dicussions between supporters and dissenters; and that in the economic projects, unexpected economic situations can play some important parts in obtaining their aim. Korean Fair Trade Legislations have not enough time and backgrounds to form into the stable social order. As a result many unlawful cases are found among big busineses and consumers. Among them the most important cases are: (1) the concentration of economic power by a few of gigantic business and the abuse of their powerful market power; (2) the unfairness of trades by every sorts of businesses; and (3) the restriction of competitions by unlawful collaborations among businesses.
