인공지능(AI) 플랫폼의 지각된 가치 및 혁신저항 요인이 수용의도에 미치는 영향: 신약 연구 분야를 중심으로

오랜 기간과 막대한 비용에도 성공 확률이 낮은 제약·바이오 산업의 생산성 위기를 해결하기 위한 전략으로 전 세계적으로 인공지능과 빅데이터를 활용하려는 사례가 증가하고 있고 가시적인 성과가 나오고 있지만 국내에서는 신약연구에 인공지능 플랫폼 도입에는 관망하는 상황이다. 본 연구는 신약개발을 지원하는 인공지능 플랫폼의 사용과 확산을 촉진하기 위해 도입 및 수용을 견인하는 지각된 가치와 변화에 대한 저항, 수용의도 관계를 검증할 가치기반수용모형과 혁신저항모형 결합 연구모형을 제시하였다. 인공지능 신약개발 플랫폼 사용의도의 연구모형은 지각된 편익으로 유용성, 지식풍부성을, 지각된 희생으로 복잡성, 알고리즘 불투명성을 채택하였고 지각된 가치, 혁신저항의 매개변수로 구성되었다. 실증 결과, 유용성, 지식풍부성, 복잡성, 인공지능 알고리즘의 불투명성이 지각된 가치에 유의미한 영향을 미치고, 유용성, 지식풍부성, 알고리즘의 불투명성, 시험가능성, 인공지능 기술지원환경이 플랫폼 도입에 따른 혁신저항에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The pharmaceutical industry is experiencing a productivity crisis with a low probability of success despite a long period of time and enormous cost. As a strategy to solve the productivity crisis, the use cases of Artificial Intelligence(AI) and Bigdata are increasing worldwide and tangible results are coming out. However, domestic pharmaceutical companies are taking a wait-and-see attitude to adopt AI platform for drug research. This study proposed a research model that combines the Value-based Adoption Model and the Innovation Resistance Model to empirically study the effect of value perception and resistance factors on adopting AI Platform. As a result of empirical verification, usefulness, knowledge richness, complexity, and algorithmic opacity were found to have a significant effect on perceived values. And, usefulness, knowledge richness, algorithmic opacity, trialability, technology support infrastructure were found to have a significant effect on the innovation resistance.

전통적인 신약개발은 평균 15년, 2~3조원의 비용이 소요되나 투자 대비 생산성이 지속적으로 감소하고 있어 패러다임 전환이 절실한 상황이다. 인공지능 기술을 활용하면 기간과 비용의 절감효과와 신약 후보물질 탐색의 성공확률이 높아질 것을 기대할 수 있다. 본 연구는 신약 연구 분야를 중심으로 인공지능 플랫폼 도입에 있어서 플랫폼의 가치에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하여 수용 및 확산을 촉진하는데 필요한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

TOE 프레임워크와 가치기반수용모형 기반의 인공지능 신약개발 시스템 활용의도에 관한 실증 연구

New drug discovery and development research enable clinical treatment that saves human life and improves the quality of life, but the possibility of success with new drugs is significantly low despite a long time of 14 to 16 years and a large investment of 2 to 3 trillion won in traditional methods. As artificial intelligence is expected to radically change the new drug development paradigm, artificial intelligence new drug discovery and development projects are underway in various forms of collaboration, such as joint research between global pharmaceutical companies and IT companies, and government-private consortiums. This study uses the TOE framework and the Value-based Adoption Model, and the technical, organizational, and environmental factors that should be considered for the acceptance of AI technology at the level of the new drug research organization are the value of artificial intelligence technology. By analyzing the explanatory power of the relationship between perception and intention to use, it is intended to derive practical implications. Therefore, in this work, we present a research model in which technical, organizational, and environmental factors affecting the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies are mediated by strategic value recognition that takes into account all factors of benefit and sacrifice. Empirical analysis shows that usefulness, technicality, and innovativeness have significantly affected the perceived value of AI drug development systems, and that social influence and technology support infrastructure have significant impact on AI Drug Discovery and Development systems.

The health functional food market continues to grow, and according to that trend, the subdivision sales of personalized health functional foods, which have been legally prohibited, will be operated as a special regulatory pilot project. Personalized health functional food recommendations have a variety of personalized indicators to consider, and it is believed that algorithmic methods will be needed to proceed in a customized manner considering all of them. This study aims to contribute to the development of the AI-based health functional food recommendation service by studying factors that affect the use of the AI-based health functional food recommendation service. This paper analyzed the intention of use for AI-based health functional food recommendation service based on the information system success model and Technology Acceptance Model. This study considered information quality factors, service quality factor, and system quality factor as independent variables influencing perceived usefulness , perceived ease of use and trust. For empirical analysis, 406 questionnaires were used and the collected data were performed using AMOS 22.0 and SPSS 22.0. Research has shown that the accuracy, timeliness, empathy and availability have a positive effect on usefulness. Understandability and availability has been shown to have a positive effect on ease of use. The accuracy, understandability, empathy and availibility has been shown to have a positive impact on Trust. Usefulness, ease of use and trust all have been shown to have a positive influence on intention of use.

비대면 온라인 교육 환경에서 학습자 만족 및 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구

본 연구는 코로나19 바이러스로 인해 대학에서 비대면 온라인 학습 환경이 일반화된 상황에서 학습자 만족과 사용 의도 형성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 도출하고 이들 요인 간에 존재하는 구조적인 관계성을 실증적으로 검정해 보기 위한 것이다. 이를 통해 비대면 온라인 학습에 대한 학습자 만족과 사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 주요 변인들간의 관계를 종합적으로 규명함으로써 대학교육의 효과성을 높이는데 기여할 것으로 생각한다.

가산자료 모형을 이용한 정액형 입원보험 가입자의 의료이용량 실증분석

이 연구에서는 정액형 입원보험에 가입한 사람들을 대상으로, 가입금액에 따른 입원일수를 가산자료 모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 실증분석을 위해 2015년도 말 정액형 입원보험을 유지하고 있는 45세에서 64세 사이의 여성가입자를 고려하였으며, 해당년도 입원보험금이 청구된 입원일수를 취합하여 고액가입자의 의료이용 실태를 파악하고자 하였다. 분석결과 가입금액은 연령에 상관없이 입원일수와 상당한 연관성을 가지고 있었으며, 통계적인 모형화가 가능할 정도로 특징적인 패턴을 나타내는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 물론 이러한 결과로부터 정액형 입원보험 가입자의 도덕적 해이를 속단하기에는 무리가 따르지만, 입원보험료를 산출할 때 성별이나 나이 등과 더불어 가입금액의 크기를 반영할 필요가 있다고 판단된다. 향후 관련 연구에서 대용량 가산자료를 분석하는데 활용할 수 있도록 일반화 가법모형 및 R 코드를 소개하였다. In this paper, we analyze fixed-amount-type hospital insurance data using count data models to investigate the effect of the sum insured on the number of days staying in hospital. For the empirical analysis, we gather the contract information regarding the female insureds aged from 45 to 64 at the end of year 2015, and utilize the accident statistics related to the insurance claims to see how the insured behaves as the sum insured increases. According to our empirical analysis, the sum insured exhibits a considerable association with the number of days staying in hospital irrespective of age, and the pattern was so prominent to be statistically modeled. It might be too hasty to view this as a result of the insureds’ moral hazard, but it seems necessary to reflect the amount of sum insured together with the insured’ sexuality or age for the premium calculation. For the future application of generalized additive model (GAM) to large-scale count data in insurance, we explain the GAM model and the associated R-code at the appendix.

정부원격근무서비스(GVPN)의 품질요인이 이용자 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 정부부처 이용자 중심으로

코로나19 팬데믹으로 사회적 거리 두기가 강화됨에 따라 원격근무가 확산되면서 정부기관에서도 지난 3월부터 재택근무가 시작되어 현재까지도 일정수준을 유지하고 있다. 정부기관에서 재택근무를 위해 필수적으로 사용하고 있는 정부원격근무서비스인 GVPN(Government Virtual Private Network)이 짧은 기간에 급격한 이용자의 증가에 따른 여러 문제점들의 발생이 예상되고 있다. 따라서 이를 직접 이용하고 있는 정부부처의 공무원들을 대상으로 GVPN의 품질요인이 이용자의 만족도에 미치는 영향들을 분석하기 위해 설문조사와 통계분석을 실시하였으며, 이 결과를 기반으로 언택트 시대의 본격적인 확산에 대비하여 원격근무를 위한 GVPN의 개선방안 마련에 필요한 시사점 등을 도출하고자 한다. As the social distance has been strengthened by the COVID-19 Pandemics, telecommuting has spread, and government agencies have also begun telecommuting since March and are still maintaining a certain level. The Government's remote work service, Government Virtual Private Network (GVPN), which is essential to telecommuting of government agencies, is expected to cause a number of problems with the rapid increase in users in a short period of time. Therefore, a survey and statistical analysis were conducted to analyze the impact of the quality factors of GVPN on the users' satisfaction to the public officials of the government departments who are directly using it, and based on these results, we intend to derive the implications necessary for the improvement of GVPN for remote work in preparation for the full-fledged spread of the non-contact era.

서비스 품질 및 개인적 특성이 농업 마이데이터 서비스의 수용의도에 미치는 영향 연구

데이터 경제 시대를 맞이하여 농업분야에서도 농업인의 편의를 제공하고 정책의 효율성을 높여야만 한다. 이에 농업 보조금 신청 등을 위해 본인의 자격증명을 대신해서 관계 기관들이 수집, 보유하고 있는 데이터를 통해 농업 마이데이터 서비스 구축을 모색하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 농업 마이데이터 서비스 수용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 통해, 농업 마이데이터 구축에 필요한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.
