가상놀이 집단과 이야기구술 집단간 유아의 표상능력 차이

본 연구는 만 5세ㆍ6세 아를 대상으로 그림이야기책 회상에 기초한 가상놀이와 이야기구술에서의 유아들의 표상능력에 대한 차이를 분석한 양적 연구이다. 연구의 초점은 가상놀이 집단과 이야기 구술집단의 시간대 Ⅰ(연구당일)에서 표상능력에 대한 차이, 가상놀이 집단과 이야기구술집단의 시간대Ⅱ(일주일 경과 후)에서 표상 능력에 대한 차이, 가상놀이 집단과 이야기구술집단 사이에 그림과 인형을 제시하지 않았을 때의 조건인 시간대Ⅲ(10일경과 후)에서 유아의 표상 능력에 대한 차이, 그리고 추론Ⅰ(encoding)과 추론Ⅱ(inference)의 질문에 대한 차이를 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 data에 의하면 시간대Ⅰ과 시간대Ⅱ의 이야기구술집단보다는 가상놀이 집단의 유아들이 그림이야기책에 기초한 표상능력에 있어서 유의한 차이를 보여주었고 시간대Ⅲ에서는 유의도가 나타나지 않았다. 또한 추론Ⅰ(encoding)과 추론Ⅱ(inference)의 질문 측정에서는 시간대Ⅲ의 추론Ⅰ(encoding)에서 유의한 차이를 보여주었다. In this study, I explored and demonstrated the difference of children's representation in pretend play group and storytelling group. This study focused the difference of representational skill between pretend play group and storytelling group at Time Ⅰ, the difference of representational skill between pretend play group and storytelling group at Time Ⅱ, the difference of representational skill between pretend play group and storytelling group at Time Ⅲ, and the difference of encoding and inference. According to the data, the children in the pretend play condition demonstrated a higher level of representational skill than those in the storytelling condition at Time Ⅲ, and there was not a significant difference at Time Ⅲ. Also, there was a significant difference between encoding and inference. However, this study supports the hypothesis that the effects of representational skill in pretend play group and storytelling group which affects cognitive variables.

외국의 학교 내,외 활동 중 사고에 관한 법률이 한국교육법에 주는 시사점 분석

본 연구의 목적은 미국, 영국, 독일, 일본 등 외국의 학교 내ㆍ외 활동 중 사고에관한 법률이 한국 교육법에 주는 시사점을 탐색하는 것이었다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 독일을 제외한 세 개 국가에서 중앙 정부 수준에서 학교사고에 관한 법률이 있었다. 둘째, 학교사고법을 통합하여 규정한 국가와 분리하여 규정한국가로 구분되었으며, 통합의 대상도 학교폭력법과 학교안전법 뿐만 아니라 학교보건법도 포함시키는 경우도 있었다. 셋째, 학교사고를 교육법에만 규정하는 국가와 교육법과 재난안전법에 모두 규정하는 국가로 구분되었다. 끝으로, 4개국 모두 학교폭력중 괴롭힘에 초점을 맞추고 있었고, 학교폭력에 관한 관점은 학교안전과 인권으로 구분되었으며, 학교폭력 및 학교사고의 예방에 초점을 맞추었고, 독일과 일본에서만 학교사고에 대한 보상을 법률에 규정하였는데 공제회제도와 사회보험제도로 구분되었다. 앞으로 학교안전의 개념을 정립하고 그 토대 위에 학교안전 관련 법률들을 총체적으로 검토하여 통합 여부를 검토할 필요가 있으며, 이 법률들과 재난안전법들과의관계를 명료화하고, 학교사고에 대한 보상을 공제회와 사회보험 중 어떤 형태로 힐것인 지에 대한 향후 논의와 연구가 추가적으로 필요하다. The major purpose of the study is to review the acts on school accident in U. S. A., U. K., German and Japan and to draw some implications for revising theses acts in South Korea. The major findings of the study is as follows. First, there are the acts on school accident in the level of the central government except for German. Second, whether the act on school violence and the act on school safety are separate or not is divided. There is the case on the act linking between school health and school safety. Third, whether school accident is regulated in only the education law is divided. There is the case regarding school safety as one of workplace safety. Fourth, the focus of school violence is school bullying and its prevention and procedures. Whether school violence is on school safety or human rights is divided. Last, the focus of school safety is the prevention of school accident. Whether the compensation system for school accident is regulated in the acts is divided. In the future it is necessary to clarify the concept and scope of school violence, school safety and school health and their relationship for debating the unification of the acts on school accident, to make up the provisions on the prevention of school accident and to discuss which compensation system for school accident should be pursued?
