유럽에서는 i2010 이니셔티브 일환으로 ‘05년도 eCall 시스템 장착과 관련한 안건을 발의하여 유럽 전역 내 eCall 시행을 위하여 국경지역에서의 eCall 서비스의 연속성을 위한 상호정보교환과 사고발생시 동일한 호출번호를 위한 국가간 조화목표를 위해 2011년부터 2015년까지 국가, 통신사, 제작사 등으로 구성된 HeERO(Harmonized eCall European Pilot)를 수행하였으며 유럽집행위원회에서는 2013년 6월에 처음으로 eCall 규정을 제안 18년 3월 112 서비스를 기반으로 9인 이하 승용 및 3.5 톤 이하 화물 신차를 대상 의무 장착하도록 하는 법규가 최종으로 유럽의회 상임위원회(European Parliament and Council)에서 15년 4월 29에 승인되었다.(EU 2015/758)

자동차의 사고예방을 위한 능동안전장치 보급에 발맞추어, 사고회피를 위한 자동차안정성제어장치가 승용자동차를 대상으로 의무적 장착이 세계적으로 확대되고 있다. 자동차의 제동장치 및 동력전달장치가 다양하여 개발 보급이 다소 늦은 상용자동차에 대해서도 제조사의 개발 및 평가가 활발하게 진행되고 있으며, 세계적으로 평가방법 및 기준에 대한 도입의 움직임이 나타나고 있으나, 국내 시험환경 및 성능평가 방법에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 전세계적으로 상용자동차의 조종안정성에 대한 다양한 평가방법이 알려져 있으나, 상용자동차의 특징과 방향성 제어능력과 롤전복 제어능력 평가를 위한 거동을 잘 나타내는 조향입력에 대한 비교연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이 논문에서는 국내외 상용자동차 자동차안정성제어장치 평가와 관련한 시험방법에 대한 조사와 함께, 해외 상용자동차용 ESC의 건조노면 작동조건 확인 시험 및 방향성 제어능력과 롤전복 제어능력 평가에 효과적인 시험방법을 선정하기 위한 사전연구로서, 자동차안정성제어장치의 성능평가를 위한 주요 시험방법에 대한 비교와 함께 예비시험을 통하여 상용자동차 대표적 특성인 롤전복 제어 거동 경향을 확인하였다.

Automobile hybrid systems combine two motive power sources, such as an internal combustion and electric motor achieving different functions through different power combinations. Hybrid systems possess the following three characteristics: Energy-loss reduction(idling stop), Energy recovery and reuse(charge), Motor assist. However, there is no an accurate domestic EMC regulation for Hybrid Vehicle. This research is to confirm whether the broadband emission radiated from Hybrid Vehicle can be measured following domestic regulation. We found that test conditions and methods of an internal combustion engine could not be applied due to SOC and driving mode. As a result of this test, we can expect that this research will be used by reference guide in order to revise test specification.

By domestic regulation, electromagnetic emission test is intended to measure the broadband emission generated by electrical or electronic systems fitted to the vehicle. All these systems capable of generating broadband emissions which can be switched on permanently by the driver or passenger should be in operation in normal mode. However cool ing fan could not be controlled arbitrarily by driver or passenger but operated automatically according to electronic control unit. For that reason the research was conducted to compare fan running and no operating of fan. We can find the maximum 30 ㏈ difference at any frequencies. As a result of this test, we can reflect that this research is to be used reference guide for test condition.

In this study, we was decided to enhance the performance standard of the endurance braking system is on method for analyzing and accident it is estimated failure of the brake when the tour bus to downhill travel, preventing accidents and reducing. A result of the current, there is a performance reference value of the endurance braking system safety standards of the vehicle, but it was to investigate the road gradient of domestic, it is too low it was confirmed 솜 performance reference value. The curret standards, we have applied the exhaust brake performance level of the endurance braking system. Thus results of testing using the bus equipped with retarder brake and exhaust brake the road in korea, it was found that it is possible retarder brak prevent overheating of the braking from the retarder. Differences in the longer case appear larger distance downhill. Therefore, it is to be expected the effect of reducing accidents increases the retarder brake mounting rate, the value of the deceleration of the motor vehicle safety standards of the current also increases the retarder braking performance value.

The inertia (overrun) braking system of a trailer comprises the control device, the transmission and the wheel brakes. The Inertia braking systems convert the trailer’s inertia force to braking force in their wheel brake. The Inertia braking systems are widely used for small trailers because of the mechanism is relatively simple. But, safety evaluation method and test procedure are not well defined. In this study, along with analysing international harmonization regulations(UNECE Regulation 13) and the result of the study will be reflected on the KMVSS in future.

This study was carried out the safety standard and performance evaluation method for the brake lining, which is applied to the brake system of the vehicle. There is no test method capable of evaluaing the safety standards without performance brake linings. Analyze the UN regulation No.90 conducted an evaluation test, it was investigated validity. In the vehicle test, utilizing the passenger cars and vans, comparative analysis of the oem and as. In the dynamometer, comparative analysis of the oem and as. Furthermore, by analyzing the results of the actual vehicle test, we performed the dynamo tested in the same test method, the results of analysis of the results, it was possible to prove the validity in some test list. However, when applying the safety standards, since the scope of international standards oe are different, it is difficult to apply the actual vehicle tests and dynamo test domestic. We must analyze test data through many dynamo test for the introduction of performance criteria of a brake lining.

The Broadband electromagnetic radiation generated by the vehicle can be measured using a vehicle-to-antenna spacing 10m or 3m, two alternative reference antenna distance are permissible 10m or 3m from the vehicle in the European Specification(EEC and ECE), but can be used only 10m method in the SAE and CISPR Specification until a recent date. Generally the difference between the limit for the radiated emissions measured at 10m antenna distance and 3m antenna distance is10dB in theory, but test result is very different according to the test vehicle and test frequency. We can find multiple antenna positions are required if the length of the vehicle is greater than 3dB bandwidth of the antenna for the 3m measurement distance
