트라이볼로지 관점에서 철도차량의 경량 제동 디스크와 라이닝의 특성 평가

The brake disc materials for railway vehicle have been mainly used cast-iron. The brake disc and pad should be light, resist to a thermal crack and absorb enough friction energy. In order to satisfy this requirement, aluminum alloy brake disc for railway vehicle has been newly developed. The aluminum itself has not been considered the friction material for railway vehicle. However, in the case of aluminum composite with dispersed ceramic particles, friction characteristics, resistance to wear and heat are much improved. In the present study, aluminum composite brake disc of 20% ceramic particle and three kinds of organic pads have been tested in dynamometer. The results show that Al MMC brake disc and pad have good friction coefficient and wear rate, and thermal cracks in brake disc have not been initiated. Also, the Al MMC brake disc can be applied to railway vehicle of 150 ㎞/h.

국가산업단지 고용 창출과 동남권 운송장비 업종 분석을 통한 산업 발전 방안 연구

본 연구는 국가산업단지가 고용 창출에 미치는 경제요인 영향과 단지별, 주요 업종별, 지역의 집적도와 특화도가 높은 주요 산업에 대한 분석을 통해서 동남권인 부산·울산·경남의 산업 발전 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 아울러 동남권의 특성에 맞는 산업육성을 통해서 수도권과 차별화된 글로벌 메가시티 조성으로 산업과 경제 그리고 국가균형발전에 도움이 되고자 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 방법으로는 38개의 국가산업단지에 대한 한국산업단지공단 통계자료에서 자료 집계가 미흡한 3개 단지를 제외한 전체 35개의 단지에 대한 고용자 수, 기업체 수, 생산액, 수출액에 대해서 2005년부터 2020년까지의 16년간 시계열 패널 배열의 데이터를 분석하였다. 전체 사례연구단지의 단지당 현황과 전체 사례연구단지의 주요 업종인 기계, 전기전자, 운송장비에 대한 업종별 현황을 분석하고, 동남권의 주력 산업인 운송장비 업종에 대한 동남권의 현황을 분석하였다. 분석 방법은 기초통계량 분석과 하우스만 검정을 통한 고정효과 모형과 확률효과 모형으로 분석하였다. 35개 국가산업단지를 대상으로 패널분석 결과의 3개 변수(기업, 생산, 수출) 모두 유의한 결과가 나타났다. 특히 기업체 수는 정(+)의 계수를 보이며 계수 값도 0.54로 가장 크게 나타나 이는 신규 창업기업이 1단위 증가하면 새로운 일자리는 0.54단위가 창출된 것으로 분석된다. 대표적인 기계, 전기전자, 운송장비 업종을 대상으로 패널 분석한 결과, 동남권의 운송장비 업종이 유의미한 결과로 나타났다. 이에 따라 운송장비 업종이 집중적으로 분포된 동남권 지역을 대상으로 분석을 진행한 결과, 기업체 수와 생산액이 1% 수준에서 매우 유의한 결과로 운송장비 업종이 동남권 지역의 일자리 창출에 상당한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 분석 결과를 종합하면 여전히 국가산업단지가 일자리 창출에 영향을 미치고 있으며, 특히 지역산업의 집적도와 특화도가 높은 지역에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석된다. 시사점으로 동남권의 운송장비 업종은 주력 산업 육성 측면의 의미가 매우 크므로 이에 대해서 국가적으로 관련 산업의 가치 사슬적 측면에서 전후방 연관 산업을 육성해야 할 필요성이 있음을 알 수 있다. 마지막으로 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 향후 동남권과 국가산업발전을 위한 방향을 제시하였다. This study aims to present the direction of industrial development in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongsangnam-do, the southeastern region, through analysis of the impact of economic factors on job creation and major industries. In addition, research was conducted to help balanced industrial, economic, and national development by creating a global mega city differentiated from the metropolitan area through fostering industries suitable for the characteristics of the southeastern region. As a research method, statistical data from the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation for 38 national industrial complexes analyzed the data of the 16-year time series panel arrangement for the total 35 complexes, excluding the three complexes with insufficient data aggregation. The status of all case study complexes and the status of machinery, electrical and electronic, and transportation equipment, which are major industries of the entire case study complex, were analyzed, and the status of the Southeast region for the transportation equipment industry. The analysis method was analyzed with a fixed effect model and a probability effect model through basic statistics analysis and Hausman test. For 35 national industrial complexes, all three variables (company, production, export) of the panel analysis results showed significant results. In particular, the number of companies showed a positive (+) coefficient, and the coefficient value was the largest at 0.54, which is analyzed that 0.54 units of new jobs were created when new start-ups increased by one unit. As a result of panel analysis of representative machinery, electrical and electronic, and transportation equipment industries, the transportation equipment industry in the southeastern region showed significant results. As a result of the analysis of the southeastern region where the transportation equipment industry was concentrated, the number of companies and production were very significant at the 1% level, indicating that the transportation equipment industry had a significant impact on job creation in the southeastern region. Taken together, it is analyzed that the national industrial complex still has an effect on job creation, and in particular, it has a great influence on regions with high degree of integration and specialization of local industries. As an implication, the transportation equipment industry in the southeastern region is very meaningful in terms of fostering major industries, so it can be seen that there is a need to foster front-rear related industries nationally in terms of value chain of related industries. Finally, based on the results of this study, directions for future industrial development in the southeastern region were presented.

최근 웹 2.0의 도래로 월드 와이드 웹은 개인 미디어의 형태로 발전해 나가고 있다. 이에 대표적인 1인 미디어인 블로그는 일반적인 웹 페이지의 기능과 더불어 블로고스피어(Blogoshpere)를 형성하며 웹 2.0의 중요한 요소로 자리 잡았다. 한편, 블로그가 대중화 되면서 기존 웹 페이지에서 나타났던 여러 가지 스팸기술과 블로그의 독특한 특징에 따른 새로운 스팸 기술을 이용한 다양한 스팸 블로그가 등장하기 시작했다. 이에 따라 일반적인 웹 페이지의 스팸 행위를 탐지하는 기존의 기술들은 대상이 블로그로 바뀌면서 그 성능을 제대로 발휘하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 블로그 환경의 특성을 분석하고, 포스트간 연관성을 이용하여 블로그 환경에 적합한 새로운 스팸 블로그 탐지 기법을 제시한다.
