ASP와 SQL을 연동한 사이버닥터의 지능형 전자진료차트와 데이터처리

This paper presents the content regarding electronic medical examination chart and data treatment for efficient medical examination and prompt treatment by realizing mutual conversation type remote medical examination system among 3 parties(patient, doctor, pharmacist) on internet base. This is an intelligence type remote medical examination system for both on-line and off-line mode to transcend time and space on the web being participated by anybody, which is cheap type to solve problems in existing remote medical examination system such as high price based on hardware, incompatibility, and so on. By interconnecting ASP and SQL on IIS 4.0 web server, database enables system integration for efficient data processing, on-line consultation between patient and doctor, medical examination on off-line, transmission of medical prescription to pharmacist designated by patient and preparation of medicine, semi-eternal storage of medical examination data owing to storage and search of medical examination data, exact medical examination and prescription using this medical examination data by patient and doctor, and so on.

The number of internet users rapidly increases, it has development of various learning method and education-contents. Currently, it has increasing of management, maintenance and reusing of education-contents through CMS (Content Management System) and SCORM(Shareable Content Object Reference Model) standard but actually, it has not more service for customer, In this paper, we propose CMS(Content Management System) using the supporting self learning method for increasing teaming effective of customer.

금융 상품 추천에 관련된 빅 데이터 활용을 위한 개발 방법

본 연구에서는 활용 기술로 데이터 저장 레이어, 데이터 처리 레이어, 데이터 분석 레이어, 시각화 레이어 등의 빅 데이터 기술을 활용한 개발 방법을 제안한다, 각 단계에서 저장, 처리, 분석된 데이터는 시각화를 통하여 볼 수 있게 하였다. Hadoop을 통하여 데이터를 처리한 후 처리된 데이터를 Mahout으로 실행하여 분석 결과를 시각화 하였다. 이 과정을 통해서 금융 상품에 가입된 고객의 여러 특성을 파악하였고, 각 고객에 따른 금융 상품의 추천을 적시에 수행할 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 빅 데이터의 배경 및 문제점을 소개하고, 빅 데이터가 새로운 비즈니스 기회를 어떻게 창출하는지 금융상품 추천 사례를 중심으로 개발 방법과 사례 연구를 논의한다. This study proposed development method for practical use techniques compromise data storage layer, data processing layer, data analysis layer, visualization layer. Data of storage, process, analysis of each phase can see visualization. After data process through Hadoop, the result visualize from Mahout. According to this course, we can capture several features of customer, we can choose recommendation of financial item on time. This study introduce background and problem of big data and discuss development method and case study that how to create big data has new business opportunity through financial item recommendation case.

아시아,태평양 지역 경제통합과 아세안의 중심성

The paper discusses on a related important development affecting ASEAN and Asia-Pacific Region`s economic integration: the TPP agreement. The TPP was signed in 2005 by Singapore, Brunei, New Zealand and Chile; but Vietnam, Malaysia, Australia, Peru, the USA, Mexico, Canada and Japan are now negotiating accession. It too is premised on the addition of an Investment Chapter, with investor-State arbitration provisions also proving to be contentious. Two large regional economic arrangements are currently vying each other in the Asia-Pacific region: the US-led TPP(Trans-Pacific Partnership) and the ASEAN-centered RCEP (Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership). The TPP pursues a high-standard agreement, while the negotiating objective of the RCEP is modest, focusing on tariff cuts with flexibility. Whether the two competing trade blocs will converge into a region-wide FTA, or will become mutually exclusive will determine the future of trading architecture in the Asia Pacific. Among the two possible scenarios, however, the fragmented scenario is more likely. This will cause huge inefficiency cost to the business sector, and undesirable political tension between the two superpowers. To avoid this scenario, countries participating in both the TPP and RCEP need to put greater efforts to make the frameworks of the two FTAs become similar, keeping in mind a possibile synthesis in the future. ASEAN countries should also assume an active role in keeping up with their pledge of “the ASEAN centrality,” since a fragmented scenario would run counter to the concept and is eventually detrimental to the ASEAN community. Rivalry between the U.S. and China might become the major determinant in shaping the future of regional economic architecture. The two powers should demonstrate their political leadership to pave the way for the desirable institution in the Asia-Pacific region.

파이프라이닝 기법을 적용한 USN 물류관리 시스템 효율성 향상에 관한 연구

USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network) 기술이 발전하면서 다양한 분야에서 이를 활용하기 위한 연구들이 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 특히 물류관리 분야에서의 연구가 활발히 진행되고, 세계적인 대형마트 및 대형 물류 창고 등과 연계되어 실제 적용되고 있다. 이렇게 활용도가 높아지고 있는 USN 기술이지만, 완벽하게 실시간으로 데이터처리를 하기란 쉽지 않다. 수천, 수만 개의 센서를 사용하는 초대형 물류창고와 같이 대량의 데이터 값이 오차 없이 수집되어야 하는 분야의 경우, 기존의 데이터처리 방식으로는 실시간 데이터를 수집의 효율성이 낮을 수밖에 없다. 이와 맞물려 하드웨어의 고속화는 이루어졌지만, 소프트웨어적 구현이 미미한 현재, 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 파이프라인 기법을 통한 소프트웨어 고속화를 실현 시키는 것이 관건이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 파이프라이닝 기법을 적용하여 물류관리 시스템의 실시간 데이터 수집의 효율성을 높이고 값의 오차를 줄일 수 있는 USN 물류관리 시스템을 제안하였다. Many studies are being applied for various parts of USN (Ubiquitous Sensor Network) technology. The world's large retail stores and warehouses that apply logistic management are also studied. With this, USN technology is increasing in its utilization. However, to handle and process real-time data will never be never easy if these huge warehouses are using too many sensors, and real-time data correction is almost impossible. Software implementation and high-speed hardware are insufficient to solve these complex problems. To solve this problem, a key solution is to implement high-speed software. Hence, this paper suggests a USN logistics management system that applies pipelining techniques for efficiency in real-time data correction and reduces errors of generated values.

소프트웨어 오류허용을 위한 체계적인 설계의 미니명세서

소프트웨어 오류허용 기법은 다양하고 독립적으로 개발되었다. 이러한 기법은 실제 시스템에서 구현될때에는 서로 잘 조합되어서 구성되지를 못하였다. 체계적인 소프트웨어 오류허용 설계와 소프트웨어 오류허용 시스템의 복잡한 제어를 위해서 기존의 소프트웨어 오류허용기법을 통합하여 구성해 보는것은 유연한 소프트웨어 오류허용 체계를 만들수 있게 한다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 오류허용을 위한 체계적인 설계방법을 위해 필요한 미니명세서를 제안한다.

비즈니스와 IT 얼라인먼트를 위한 데이터 거버넌스 모델 분석

본 논문은 얼라인먼트 배경과 얼라인먼트 문제를 분석하고, 조직의 혁신적인 경쟁력을 증진시키도록 비즈니스와 정보기술의 얼라인먼트를 구현하기 위해서 비즈니스와 IT 얼라인먼트를 위한 데이터 거버넌스의 실제적인 모델을 기술한다. 비즈니스와 정보기술 얼라인먼트는 비즈니스 운영에서 중요한 역할을 한다. 데이터 거버넌스는 조직에서 비즈니스와 정보기술의 얼라인먼트 요구를 해결하는 것으로 입증된 새로운 접근이다. 본 논문에서는 데이터 거버넌스 모델을 제안하고, 이것을 실제로 구현한 내용을 통하여 그 효율성을 입증한다. 이것은 모든 비즈니스 조직에서 좋은 품질의 데이터 관리를 위하여 효율적인 모델로 벤치마킹 될 수 있을 것이다. This paper introduces the alignment background, analyzes some alignment issues. a practical the model of Data Governance for business and IT alignment is describes to implement the alignment so as to improve organizations innovation competency. Business and Information Technology alignment plays an important role in the business operation. Data Governance is an emerging approach which has been proven in some organizations to meet alignment demand. This paper proposes the model of Data Governance and proves the effective through implementation. This could be a good model of benchmarking for the best data quality management of all organizations.

사이버닥터시스템과 지능형 전자진료차트 구현

본 논문은 IIS 4.0 웹서버상에서 ASP와 SQL을 연동한 웹프로그래밍을 통하여 효율적인 자료처리와 환자와 의사간의 on-line 상담, 그리고 off-line상에서의 진료와 환자가 지정한 약사로의 처방전 전송 및 조제, 그리고 진료데이터의 저장 및 검색으로 인한 반영구적인 진료데이터저장 등 3자(환자, 의사, 약사)간의 상호대화형 원격지료 시스템구현에 대한 내용이다. 또한 본 시스템은 인터넷 기반에서의 3자(환자, 의사, 약사)간의 효율적인 진료와 빠른 처리를 위한 전차지료 차트 및 자료처리에 관한 내용을 제시하고 있다.

EA를 위한 데이터 아키텍처 구축 모델

데이터는 IT의 핵심요소이다. 다른 아키텍처는 선진 기술과 기법을 참조하고 도입하여 적용이 가능하지만 데이터 아키텍처는 고유한 것이어서 우리 스스로 구축을하여야 한다. 데이터는 기술의변화와 진화에 민감하지 않은 영역으로 처음 구축 시 잘 만들면 건물의 철골 구조물과 같이 건실한 정보 시스템을 구축하는데 좋은 방향을 제시할 수 있다. 잘 구축된 데이터 아키텍처는 엔터프라이즈 아키텍처 구축을 용이하게 하고, 구축 후 관리 및 운영을 효과적으로 할 수 있게 한다. 본 논문은 엔터프라이즈 아키텍처를 위한 데이터 아키텍처 구축 모델을 제시한다. Data is the kernel of IT. We can apply to other architectures are refer to technology and advanced method. Data architecture is our's native that must be implement ourself. It will suggest to the best method to implement for a sound information system that likes to framework of building because data is not sensitive field of evolution and change of technology. Well implemented data architecture can be effectively management and operation. Also this is easily to implement of enterprise architecture. This paper propose a model of implementation data architecture for enterprise architecture.
