        남여 볼링선수의 신체구성 및 체력이 경기력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the effect of body composition and physical fitness of male`s & females bowlers on competition scores. The subjects of this study is male 12 & female 10 students selected in high school. The items of measurement consisted of body composition and physical fitness, that is, side step test, endurance run, hand grip, standing long jump, standing trunk flexion and closed eyes foot balance. The conclusion was the following; It was significant differences between male and female to body composition, this is, body weight, total body fat, % body fat, lean body mass and body density but it was not shown to a significant correlation between body composition and competition scores. It was above more female than male to the standing trunk flexion and closed eyes foot balance among the characteristics of bowlers` physical fitness but more male than female in the others. In particular, it was shown to a significant correlation between hand grip and game scores in male and a significant correlation between standing long jump and competition scores in female. Also, it was shown to a significant correlation only in hand grip and standing long jump among the characteristics of bowlers` physical fitness and competition scores in male & female.

        중학생의 여가활동참가유형과 사회적 능력 및 자신감에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of participation style on social competence and self-confidence in the middle school students The survey objects of this study were middle school students in Kunsan, and 416 samples were selected by random sampling considering sex and school properties: The experimental tool was a questionaire on self-confidence and social competence. The analysis results of the relation between sociodemographical background, leisure activity participation type, and self- confidence and self-confidence are as the followings. 1.The leisure activity participation types were sociodemographical background according to sex and health statistically significant, but the scholar score and grade not significant. 2.The self-confidence according to leisure activity participation type statistically significant. 3.The social competence according to leisure activity participation type on the domination, sociability, responsibility statistically significant but self-control not significant.

        복합 트레이닝과 항산화제 복합비타민이 심폐기능 및 스트레스 호르몬에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences of VO_2(㎖/㎏/min) and cortisol according to the period of vitamin mixture supplementation at specific exercise intensities. The subjects were consisted of male 14 Korea National Bowlers who have been trained at training center of Korea Sports Council. To know the shift of variables was experimented at point of before supplementation, after 4 weeks & 8 weeks at 60% & 85%HRmax used treadmil by Balke protocol. In a day, the 2 capsules were supplemented for 8 weeks with the vitamin mixture containing 500㎎ ascorbic acid of vitamin C, 400I.U α-Tocopherol of vitamin E, 50㎎ β-Carotene, 92.6㎎ selenium. The results of the study can be summarized in the followings : First, the change of VO_2(㎖/㎏/min) was increased according to the period of supplement in each intensity. It was shown the significant difference before supplement and after 4 week, after 8 week in 85%HRmax. It was shown the significant difference before supplement and after 4 week, and after 8 week in each intensity. Second, the shift of cortisol was increased according to the period of supplement in each intensity. Also, it was shown the significant difference at 8 weeks in each intensity and the period of vitamin mixture supplementation, which result from staying of homeostasis to protect tissue damage and over-secretion of hormone.

        특수학교 지적장애학생의 특수체육프로그램에 대한 학부모와 특수체육교사의 인식도 및 만족도

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the degree of recognition and satisfaction with special physical education program of intellectually-disabled students in special schools by parents and special physical education teachers. To achieve the purpose of this study, this research is conducted for 2 month, from May to July 2013 by parents with mentally disabled children aged 7 to 18 and special physical education teachers in national, public and private special schools carrying out the special physical education program in Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggi-do and to analyze this statistics, stratified cluster random sampling was used. This study reflects 337 questionnaires among 350 parents excluding 13 irrelevant questi onnaires and 168 questionnaires among 170 teachers except 2 irrelevant questionnaires on the analysis of the statistics on this study. The main results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the degree of recognition with affective and social development by parents is as following: Parents are most satisfied with private special schools and the results for effectiveness of special physical education and satisfaction level of special physical education program are also the highest ranking in private special schools. Second, in the respect of special physical education teachers, they only show the differences on the elements of cognitive development, and especially most satisfied with the effectiveness of the facilities and special physical education in national and public schools. Third, if the parents recognize the intellectually-disabled students` cognitive, affective, and social development more positively through special physical education, they show more satisfaction with the effectiveness of the special physical education teachers and the program. Finally, if the special physical education teachers recognize more posi-tively the cognition on the special physical education program, they have positive effects on the effectiveness of the special physical education and the satisfaction of the program.

        정신지체 아동과의 통합수영이 비장애 아동의 수용태도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate that the effects of a integration swimming experience on the normal children`s acceptive attitude toward children with mental retardation. I chose normal children, 120 of boys and 128 of girls, integrating swimming at S Community Rehabilitation Center in Seoul, were they subject of this study. For this study, I used receptive capacity index which is developed to measure acceptive attitude of normal children who are taking integrated education with handicapped children as a tool. 12 questionnaires was excepted 248 questionnaire for data analysis, that were unable to handle statistically because of incorrect marking. The collected data were processed into average, standard deviation, One-way ANOVA using SPSS. As I integrated the effects of the analysis and discussion. According to the purpose of this study, I could finally get the conclusion as follows. First, the girls who took part in the integration swimming class are more positive acceptive attitude than the boys who took part in. Second, children who have swimming experience with mental retardation are more positive acceptive attitude than another children who have no swimming experience with mental retardation.

        지식구조에 기초한 여자고등학교 매트운동 교육과정 모형 개발

        The purpose of this study was to develop the gymnastics curriculum based on a knowledge structure model so that P. E. teachers could prepare more effective and consistent teaching materials for the mat excercise classes in girls` high schools. The approaches and results are followings: (1) In order to organize the structure of psychomotor domain and mat-centered gymnastics curriculum the reseacher set 7 stages to gymnastics skills, which could be taught in schools and analyzed the skill system of every stage by using the Vicker`s frame of knowledge structure. (2) For the structure of cognitive domain, the researcher systematized necessary knowledgethe learners can effectively perform the gymnastic activities on the basis of motor learning, teaching method, biomechanics, exercise psychology, P.E. philosophy, and P.E. history. (3) By way of structuring affective domain, the researcher selected andorganized the contents related to mat excercise on the basis of sociopsychological background knowledge. (4) Finally, the researcher integrated psychomotor domain, cognitive domain, and affective domain into a gymnastics curriculum, which could be used in girls` high schools. In conclusion, it is believed that this developed curriculum could be helpful to understand what the learners should know and what they should perform when they are in gymanastics classes; that it could suggest the methods of teaching the integrated form of skills, knowledge, and attitudes; and that it could be a turming point in physical education by clearing the disparity between theory and practical skill.

        운동 전·후 에너지 대사량에 따른 혈중 지질과산화물 차이

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the blood MDA(malondialdehyde) concentration to the volume of energy metabolism in 60%O_2max. The subjects were consisted of college student 12 men, which was expreimented before and after exercise at 300kcal, 400kcal, and 500kcal in 60%O_2max used treadmill by T7 protocol made in Korean Sports Science Institude. The attained data was analyzed the difference it by the independent t-test at before & after exercise and ANOVA by post hoc Turkey HSD with the level of significant 1% & 5%. The results of the study can be summerized in the followings ; First, it was shown the significant defference between before and after exercise at 300kcal, 400kcal, and 500kcal(p<.01), and between 300kcal and 500kcal(p<.05) after exercise in MDA. In conclusion, it was found to increase MDA before and after exercise in exercise intensity of 60%O_2max. But, MDA was slugged at 500kcal after exercise.

        중등교원의 여가스포츠활동 참여유형과 교직 및 생활만족도와의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between leisure sports activity participation and job satisfaction and life satisfaction of teachers. The subjects of this study were teachers serving in middle and high school of Kyung-gi Province in 2008. Using systematic stratified cluster random sampling, 621 teachers were asked to respond the survey To analyze the data collected with questionnaire, SPSS 140.0 program was used for Chi-square test, three-way ANOVA, correlation The results from this study are as follow: First, teacher` socio-demographic attributes(teaching career) influenced the types of leisure activities, but teachers` socio-demographic attributes(marriage) didn`t influence the types of leisure activities. Second, marriage, teaching career and the types of leisure activities influenced partially job satisfaction and life satisfaction. That is to say, marriage, teaching career and the types of leisure activities didn`t influence correlation satisfaction, social position satisfaction, acceptance-contentment and achievement-fulfillment, but influenced teaching profession satisfaction and administrative support satisfaction. Namely, interaction effect of marriage and teaching career influenced teaching profession satisfaction and administrative support satisfaction. Teachers` participation in leisure sports activity influenced administrative support satisfaction. Third, teaching satisfaction influenced the life satisfaction. The result show that high teaching satisfaction will contribute the positive effect on life satisfaction.

        운동여부와 체지방율에 따른 신체구성 요인 및 혈청지질의 차이

        The aim of this study was to examine the difference body composition and blood lipid profiles according to exercise habit & % body fat. The subjects were 40 pre-menoupausal women(40yrs) and divided into two groups according to %fat 30: non-exercise (a), and non-exercise-obese (b), exercise(c), exercise-obese(d) group. The factors of body composition, lipid profile variables and the Pearson correlation marix between body composition factors & lipid profiles were analyzed. The results of this study were as follow; First, it was significant difference(b) and (c)(p<.05) in waist, (a) and (d)(p<.05) in BMI, (a) and (b), (d), and (b) and (c), (c) and (d) (p<.05) in %fat. Second, it was significant difference (a) and (c), (a) and (d), (b) and (c), (b) and (d)(p<.05) in HDL-C, (a) and (c), (a) and (d), (b) and (c), (b) and (d) (p<.05) in atherogenic index(AI). Third, it was shown that height and weight(.82), hip and height(.42), hip and waist(.49), WHR and waist(.74), BMI and weight(.53), TC and LDL-C(.91), AI and waist(.66), WHR(.53), LDL-C(.64)(p<.05), but HDL-C(-.66)(p<.05) in the Pearson correlation marix between body composition and lipid profiles.
