        수산물의 기능성 재사용 포장용기 사용을 통한 물류합리화에 관한 연구

        Disposable marine product packaging materials such as wooden, Styrofoam, and corrugated cardboard boxes have a very low reuse rate, thus causing the logistics costs to rise and making it difficult to establish a unit load system for marine products. Disposable packing containers to be discarded are accompanied by resource and environmental issues home and abroad. Transportation vehicles for marine products have to return empty without loading different kinds of products after delivery due to the smell and properties of marine products, thus posing as an obstacle to logistics rationalization. In an effort to overcome those limitations, this study examined the stages of transportation including "producer-wholesale market in the producing area-commission merchant-wholesale market in the consumption area-commission merchant-quasi-wholesale market-consumer" and also analyzed the utilization and distribution of disposable packaging materials currently used in the circulation of marine products including wooden, Styrofoam, and corrugated cardboard boxes. Based on the analysis results, the investigator developed a logistics rationalization model capable of promoting semi-permanent reuse and lowering empty vehicle rate on return routes as an alternative to address environmental issues caused by disposable packaging materials, which have been an obstacle to the logistics rationalization of marine products, packaging costs in the process of repeating packing and unpacking at each stage of marine products circulation, and empty vehicle rates on return routes after marine products delivery.

        계절상품의 사전 예약판매가 물류비용에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        It is difficult to make plans about the production schedule and volume of seasonal products due to the huge uncertainty in the prediction of their demands, which is why the amounts of carryover seasonal products increase after the peak season. Traditional models fail to meet the important requirements of production and stock plans related to the enhanced efficiency of logistics system due to the reduced value of carryover products by the disposal based on large discounts and deterioration, which poses considerable difficulties with actual problem solving. This study examined the stages of product storage from the specialized factory warehouses during a low season through the stores and the warehouses of local distribution centers during a high season to stock disposal and carryover product warehouses after a high season. The study developed a model for logistics rationalization plans to minimize carryover products by advance selling new products by subscription during a low season in anticipation of high season demands, increasing the accuracy of demands prediction, and making stable production plans, as well as demonstrated its excellence through numerical analysis.

        경매를 활용한 근거리 분할 물류운영이 물류비용에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        This study proposed a logistics plan for sending supply to be distributed to areas other than producing areas to wholesalers and allocating supply to be distributed to areas near producing areas to local distribution center in the vicinity instead of shipping the entire quantity to wholesalers for fruits auction to increase the competitive edge of the domestic fruits and vegetables logistics market in the ear of infinite competition. A video auction-based short distance division logistics operation model was developed to enhance competitiveness related to the circulation of fruits and vegetables, reduce logistics costs, and rationalize logistics by distributing the items sent to wholesalers through field auction and the shipments at local distribution center to neighboring areas through video auction connected to wholesalers real-time. The study especially came up with a logistics rationalization plan by examining and analyzing the stages and costs of transportation between producing areas and wholesalers on the circulation routes of fruits.

      • 비대칭 다중 증발부 진동형 히트파이프의 가열방식에 따른 스타트업 특성

        A series of experiments were performed to investigate start-up characteristic of asymmetric multi-evaporator pulsating heat pipe with different heating pattern. The copper capillary tube and transparent Teflon tube were used having internal and external diameter 2.2mm and 3.2mm respectively. Working fluid was ethanol and filling ratio was fixed to 50% for all experiment. The pulsating heat pipe was tested in vertical orientation and bottom heating mode. Three different heating patterns were adopted which input power ratio per each turns were 1:1:1:1, 2:1:2:1 and 2:1:1:2. Experimental results indicate that 2:1:1:2 case shows best thermal performance when step input method and shortest start-up time when sudden input method.

      • 병렬 연결된 진동형 히트파이프의 열 성능에 관한 연구

        A series of experiments was performed to investigate thermal performance of parallel connected pulsating heat pipe using different working fluid. The copper capillary tube was used having internal and external diameter 2.2 mm and 3.2 mm respectively. Working fluids were selected as ethanol, DI water and filling ratio was 50% for all experimentation. All pulsating heat pipes were tested in vertical orientation and under the same adiabatic, condensation and evaporation condition except connection mode. Experimental results indicate that parallel connected pulsating heat pipe showed better thermal performance at every heat input. For ethanol, experimental thermal resistances are correspond with theoretical thermal resistance within 0.12 K/W. On the contrary, parallel connected pulsating heat pipe with water showed a difference over 0.3 K/W compared with theoretical thermal resistance at low heat input because of high surface tension.

        중학교 수업에서 교사리더십 발휘 과정에 대한 질적분석 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 수업에서 교사리더십을 발휘하는 교사들의 구체적인 교사리더십 발휘 과정을 살펴보는 것을 통해, 실제적인 교육현장에서의 교사리더십 발휘 모습의 특징과 의미를 탐구하는데 있다. 이를 위해 동료 교사로부터 교사리더십이 있다고 추천받은 중학교 교사 8인을 대상으로 하여 질적연구방법을 실행하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 수업에서 교사리더십을 발휘하는 교사들은 수업 도입 과정에서의 리더십으로 씨 뿌리기, 관계 만들기의 모습으로 나타났다. 전개 과정에서의 리더십은 “공간” 만들어주기, 같이하게 하기, 주인되게 하기의 모습으로 나타났으며, 마무리 과정에서의 리더십은 반복해서 채워주기의 모습으로 나타났다. 둘째, 수업에서의 교사리더십 발휘 과정의 특징은 도입 과정에서 학생과 친밀한 관계형성을 하고 있었으며, 전개 과정에서는 적극적인 학생 참여를 촉진하고, 학생과 든든한 동행을 하며 상호작용을 하였다. 마무리 과정에서는 투철한 책임의식을 보여주는 특징으로 나타났다. 셋째, 수업에서 교사리더십 발휘는 수업전문성의 확대를 의미하며, 이는 기존에 논의되었던 수업전문성만이 아닌 수업전문성의 영역을 넓혀 교사리더십이 동반되어야 함을 말한다. 또한 수업에서의 교사리더십 발휘는 교사와 학생의 관계에서의 교사 역할 인식과, 교사와 학생 간의 상호작용을 의미하는 바이다. 마지막으로, 중학교는 과정중심평가와 절대평가를 실시하므로 여러번의 기회를 주어 학생을 편안하게 해주는 등 중학교 교사에게 주요하게 드러나는 교사리더십 모습이 있었다. 본 연구는 교사리더십에 대한 이해를 가능하게 해주며 기존의 수업전문성 개념을 확대하여 교사리더십의 필요성을 조명하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to investigate characteristics and its meaning of teacher leadership displayed in actual classes by examining sequences and processes of specific teacher leadership display of teachers who actually said to display teacher leadership in their classrooms. For this purpose, eight middle school teachers recommended by their colleagues for their teacher leadership display were chosen for this study and qualitative research method was administered. The results of the study reported that teachers who display teacher leadership in classroom tend to exercise their leadership during introductory phase of the class through seeding and building relationships. During its development phase, leadership were displayed in forms of making space, encouraging students to engage in group activities and assisting students to take ownership. Lastly, during the wrap-up phase, leadership was displayed by filling students’needs repeatedly. As for the characteristics of display process of teacher leadership in classroom, during the introductory phase, teachers worked hard to build friendly and close relationship with students; whereas, during its development phase, teachers actively encouraged students’participation and formed close bond with active interactions. Lastly, during the wrap-up phase, teachers exhibited strong sense of responsibility towards their students. Third, displaying teacher leadership in classroom refers to an expansion of teaching competence; accompanying teacher leadership that goes above and beyond the known aspects of teaching competence. Moreover, regarding teacher leadership display in classroom, it refers to teacher’s role awareness within the teacher-student relationship as well as interactions. Lastly, a certain meaningful characteristic was examined from the middle school teachers. The present study shed lights on understanding what teacher leadership is and holds significance as it expanded the concept of teaching competence; going further from the previous findings and suggesting its need. Lastly, there were certain characteristics that were examined among middle school teachers regarding their teacher leadership. The present study is meaningful because it shed lights on understanding what teacher leadership is; and expanded the concept of teaching competence by going further from the previous findings; and lastly, it emphasized the necessity of teacher leadership.

        특성화고등학교 고교학점제 연구학교 운영과정에 대한 근거이론적 연구

        학교 교육은 교육의 목적·시대 요구에 따라 변화한다. 정부에서는 4차 산업혁명 시기를 맞아 2022년 특성화고등학교에 고교학점제 전면 도입을 계획하고 있다. 그래서 2018년부터 2020년까지 일반계고등학교와 특성화고등학교를 대상으로 1차 연구학교 3개년을 운영했다. 교육정책이 전면 도입에 앞서 어떠한 시행착오를 거치는지 알아보는 것은 중요하다. 이에 따라 연구학교 구성원들의 경험과 상호작용을 질적으로 드러내는 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 고교학점제 3개년 중에서 학교에 착근되는 과정을 보기 위해서는 1년차를 연구시기로 잡았다. 분석방법은 Strauss & Corbin(1998)의 근거이론을 활용했다. 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특성화고등학교 고교학점제 연구학교 운영과정에 영향을 주는 요인들을 무엇인가? 둘째, 이러한 요인들을 통합한 이론적 모형은 무엇인가? 본 연구결과 중심 현상은 ‘터가 다져지지 않은 곳에 집짓기’, 인과적 조건은 ‘살아남기 위한 돌파구’, ‘도움으로 활용하기’, 맥락적 조건은 ‘입시제도와 학과 장벽’, ‘구축되지 않은 인프라’, 중재적 조건은 ‘구성원들의 다양성’, ‘그래도 노력하기’, 작용/상호작용 전략은 ‘유지와 변화의 공존’, ‘담당자 세우기’, ‘구성원 끌고 가기’, 결과는 ‘잘 될까?’, ‘그냥 ‘우리 방식’대로’로 나타났다. 따라서 특성화고등학교 고교학점제 연구학교 운영은 ‘교육부의 고교학점제 시행 요구와 그대로인 학교 현실 속에 업무 담당 교사 중심으로 고군분투하기’이다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 도출한 교육정책적 의의는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사의 집행의지가 중요하다. 둘째, 수업선택과 전과제도 고려이다. 셋째, 특성화고등학교 특별전형 입시제도 개선, 넷째, 성취수준 미달 학생에 대한 고민이 필요하다. The school’s education changes according to its needs of time and purpose. The government plans to introduce a credit system to Vocational high schools nationwide in 2022 for the upcoming 4th Industrial Revolution. As a result, it operated a research high school for the general and vocational schools for a period of three years from 2018 to 2020. Prior to the introduction of the credit system, research on the basis of the experience and qualitative interaction of the members at the research schools is necessary. In this study, during the three year long credit system only the first year is set as the period of study to see the employment process. The analysis method being used here is Strauss & Corbin’s Grounded Theory. The problems identified in the research are the following. First, what are the factors affecting the credit system research school management process in the specialized high schools? Second, what is theoretical model behind these factors? The main phenomenons of this study are “to build a platform where it is not built.”The causal conditions “break through to survive”, and “use the help all you can get.”The contextual conditions are “admission and academic barriers”and“unestablished infrastructures.”The interventional conditions are “diversity of the members”and “make effort no matter what.”The active/ interactive strategy is “co-existence of maintenance and change”, “establishing a person in charge”, “leading the following members.”The consequence, will it “be okay?”, and “just the way we do it.” Therefore, the operation of the specialized high school’s credit system research school is “the struggle with teachers in charge of work in the reality of the school which remains the same as the Education Ministry’s demand for the implementation of the high school credit system.” The importance of the educational policy is based on the results of this study is the following. First, the teacher’s will to execute is major. Second, consideration is given to class selection and transfer system. Third, college entrance examination of the special admission system for Vocational high schools. Fourth, it is necessary to worry about students who are underachieving.

        친환경 포장재 사용을 통한 기업물류비용 합리화에 관한 연구 : 가전제품 위주로

        China has put a ban on the import of recycleable materials. The South Korean government has reinforced environment-related regulations including the Act on Resource Circulation and the Product Liability Act. Environment groups and local governments insist that producers should pay for the treatment costs of packing materials in manufacturing. This series of situation has eventually placed the burden of logistics costs on corporations in the package field and made them review rational measures to deal with them. This study set out to propose packing materials whose semi-permanent reuse would be possible to replace disposable packing materials including corrugated cardboards and Styrofoam, thus overcoming the environmental issues faced by the society and suggesting plans to reduce corporate logistics costs. The research scope was restricted to the distribution routes of home appliances from the central logistics center via local distribution centers to the delivery stage to customers. A model was developed in relation to the development of three cost types, which include product package costs, regular transportation and delivery costs, and collection or treatment costs of packing materials, between the case of using the old disposable packing materials and the one of using environment-friendly ones whose repetitive reuse would be possible. The numerical application and analysis results of the model developed by the alternative show that the costs were considerably reduced when environment-friendly packing materials were used compared with the disposable ones. The excellence of the study was demonstrated based on the conquest of environmental issues faced by the society, development of a model to promote the competitiveness of corporate logistics, and numerical analysis.
