An optical model is proposed in the white LED using phosphor and LED chip. In this paper a new model that describes the absorption rate and quantum efficiency with increasing the mixing ratio of phosphor in silicone, and the allotment of the phosphor absorption optical power in the several phosphor mixing in the silicone. Single phosphor in silicone from the optical measurement data before and after molding, the solution to get the blue optical power and the phosphor emission optical power is proposed. By these solution the absorption rate and the quantum efficiency was obtained. The model with single phosphor mixing in the silicone the validity was confirmed.
Doc2Vec과 Word2Vec을 활용한 Convolutional Neural Network 기반 한국어 신문 기사 분류

In this paper, we propose a novel approach to improve the performance of the Convolutional Neural Network(CNN) word embedding model on top of word2vec with the result of performing like doc2vec in conducting a document classification task. The Word Piece Model(WPM) is empirically proven to outperform other tokenization methods such as the phrase unit, a part-of-speech tagger with substantial experimental evidence (classification rate: 79.5%). Further, we conducted an experiment to classify ten categories of news articles written in Korean by feeding words and document vectors generated by an application of WPM to the baseline and the proposed model. From the results of the experiment, we report the model we proposed showed a higher classification rate (89.88%) than its counterpart model (86.89%), achieving a 22.80% improvement. Throughout this research, it is demonstrated that applying doc2vec in the document classification task yields more effective results because doc2vec generates similar document vector representation for documents belonging to the same category.

최근 범죄로부터 안전한 도시의 설계를 목표로 셉테드 기법이 반영되고 있다. 하지만 셉테드는 범죄기회를 제거 또는 감소시킬 수는 있어도 현장에서 발생하고 있는 범죄에 대해 즉각적으로 대응할 수 없다는 한계가 있다. 따라서 셉테드 전략을 완벽하게 실현하기 위해서는 단순한 감시기능을 넘어서 범죄위험을 미리 예측하여 잠재적 피해자에게 경고해주는 경보기능까지 갖추어야 할 필요가 있다. 특히 치안환경이 급격하게 변화하고 있는 현대 사회에서는 신속하게 대처하는 치안서비스가 절실하며, 최근 발달하고 있는 사물인터넷(Inter of thing, IoT) 기술들을 셉테드에 적용시켜 활용함으로써 경보기능까지 갖춘 범죄예방시스템의 도입이 가능해졌다. 이에 이 연구는 IoT 기술을 활용한 지능형 셉테드 사례를 중점으로 치안환경 변화에 신속히 대응할 수 있는 안전도시 도입방안을 제안하고 있다. In recent years, the concept of CPTED has been reflected in the design of a city that is safe from crime. However, there is a limit to the fact that although CPTED can eliminate or reduce crime opportunities, it can not respond immediately to offenses occurring in the field. Thus, in order to fully realize the CPTED strategy, it is necessary to have a warning function that warns potential victims by predicting crime risks beyond simple surveillance functions. Especially, in the modern society where the security environment is changing rapidly, there is an urgent need for security services to cope quickly. It is also possible to introduce a crime prevention system that has alarm function by applying recently developed Internet of Intertext(IoT) technology to the concept. Therefore, this study proposes a safety city introduction scheme that can respond quickly to the change of the security environment by focusing on the case of intelligent CPTED using IoT technology.
