N/A Backgroud/Aims: Helicobacter pylori infection is closely associated with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer. The recurrence rate of duodenal ulcer within 12 months after treatment is seventy to ninty percent. However, many studies have demonstrated that the eradication of H. pylori infection had reduced the relapse rate of duodenal ulcer significantly. Methods: We have investigated a short term H. pylori eradication regimen consisting of Colloidal Bismuth Subcitrate(CHS) 240 mg b.I.d for two weeks, omeprazole 20 mg s.d for two weeks, amoxacillin 250 mg t.I.d for one week. Our study included 150 patients with duodenal ulcers confirmed by endoscopy. Results: Eight-four percent of those patients were CLO test positive. Following two weeks of therapy, ninty-seven percent of patients had healing ulcers confirmed by endoscopy and 84.7% of patients, previously urease positive, had converted to urease negative. The eradication rate of H. pylori(using the CLO test) determined at four weeks after the treatment was fifty-two percent. Conclusions: During the course of treatment, none of the patients experienced any significant side effects. The triple regimen therapy appears to be safe and well tolerated. We have concluded that the triple regimen therapy is an effective treatment of H. pylori positive duodenal ulcer in our trial group. (Korean J Gastroenterol 1996;28:617 - 622)
부동산 담보부 NPL 수익성 결정요인에 관한 연구 - 서울에 소재하는 회사의 채권거래 데이터를 중심으로 -

부실채권(NPL)에 관심을 보이는 개인 투자자는 국가 수준(National Level)의 NPL 발생 결정요인, 금융회사 수준(Bank Level)의 NPL 발생 결정요인, NPL 집합 수준(NPL Pool Level)의 수익성 결정요인보다 개별 채권 수준(Loan Level)의 수익성 결정요인에 주목한다. 본 연구는 채권 수준의 실제 거래 데이터를 사용하여 부동산 담보부 부실채권의 수익성에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석을 목적으로 한다. 선행연구 및 비즈니스 현장의 의견을 반영하여 부실채권 수익성 영향요인을 거시경제 요인, 부동산, 대출, 부실채권 및 경매로 범주화하여 변수를 선정하고 다중회귀분석을 수행했다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 실증분석모형에서 통계적으로 유의한 변수는 담보대출이자율, 연체이자율, 정상이자율 및 유찰횟수였다. 둘째, 통계적으로 유의한 표준화계수의 크기는 정상이자율, 연체이자율, 담보대출이자율 및 유찰횟수 순서였다. 셋째, 모형이 채권 수준 NPL 투자수익률 변동의 43.5%를 설명하였다. 추가 독립변수로서 NPL 비즈니스 의사결정 능력을 제시하였다. This study identified determinants of non-performing real estate loan s annual return using loan-leveldecision making data in Seoul, Korea. Based on NPL business influence factor and multi-regression model research design, independent variables were classified into 5 categories; macro economic factor(national level data), property, mortgage, non-performing loan, and auction(loan level data). The results of the study were as follows. First, statistically significant variables in model were normal rate, delinquent rate, mortgage rate(national level data), and auction failure count. Hypotheses were supported in delinquent rate and auction failure count. Second, statistically significant standardized coefficient s size order in model was normal rate, deliquent rate, mortgage rate, and auction failure count. Third, regression model by NPL business influnce factor explained 43.5% of the variance in the change in individual NPL s annual return. Therefore, as an additional independent variable, NPL business decision making ability was considered.
