The labor union system improved by the factory Saemaul Undongand promoted by enterprises since 1974 has achieved by labor unionralation The Factory Saemaul Undong leadership and the cooperative efforts of labor union were essential for this achievement. In this respect, the change in the industiad environment in bringingabout the meed for closer cooperation between labor unicon andthe Factory Saemaul Undong. Therefore, some adjustment of the conflicting interests should hepromoted by the Factory Saemaul Undong. Future labor union relations should emphasige assistane and cooperstion instead of confrontation and conflict though efforts for productive labor union relations. In this regard the Factory Saemaul Undong has been effectrirelypromoted and utilized for the retional aperation of the labor unionsystem, the ratonal distribution of company profits and the expansionof a welfare system for workers. The Factory Saemaul Undong leader should also be the chairman oflabor union for a more effective promotion of the movement. The Saemaul Undong leaders also should be ready to give full supportby closely cooperating with management, whereas management should realize the importance of human relations that is expressed in respectfor welters' rights and the democratic operation of industries, inorder to improve labor union relations.

The law of the Multinational Enterprises relating to international cosporate investments remains undeveloped despite the dramatic rise of Mulinational Enterprises since World was Ⅱ. Thus, while the character of business has become multinational, the essence of Corporate law remains national. This articles does deal with the nationalization, exporopriation and confiscation, creeping expropriation. The inquiry in this article pursues an attempt to outline the problem of the regulation of Multinational Enterprises. Rather its focus will be on the new legal aspects impacted by the emergence of Multinational Enterprises and applicability of Current regulation Concepts to their operations. We should remember that many of the problems underlying Multinational Enterprises in host and home countries turn serious. For example, Confliet of soverigntes, monopoly of Multinational Enterpries, Confusion in policies and a counter-cycle policies, checking development of techniques and labor problems are very important to be settled. It is considered that Multinational Enterprises are to be regulated by international rules and organization, such as ITO, The UN Code of Conduct for Multinational Corporations makes a plan of accomplishing this purpose. Despite the fact that the multinational enterprise is an economic and political reality of the modern world, the Multinational Enterprises remains without an adequate legal framework. Literally speaking, The world enterprise taking into account the fact that the Multinational Enterpries symbolizes, its establishment should be founded with a sincere and cooperative spirit and attitude of both parties concerned.
