이기종 분산환경에서 클러스터링을 이용한 태스크 할당 기법

본 논문에서는 이기종 분산환경에서 응용프로그램을 실행함에 있어서 응답시간을 빠르게 하는 태스크 할당 기법을 제안하였다. 제안된 기법은 상호간에 통신량이 많은 태스크들을 클러스터링하여 같은 머신에 할당되도록 하되 클러스터의 크기에 상한치를 두어 클러스터의 크기가 균형을 이루도록 태스크들을 클러스터링 한다. 이러한 태스크 할당 기법은 통신량이 많은 태스크들을 같은 머신에 할당하여 통신시간으로 인한 응답시간의 지연을 방지하며, 모든 머신이 수행하는 작업의 크기를 균등하게 유지함으로써 빠른 응답시간을 가능하게 한다. 실험결과 통신량이 많은 문제의 경우에 제안된 기법이 우수함을 알 수 있다.

Measuring shelf-life of Kochujang is a criterion deciding commercial circulation of pre-Servation. Rheological properties of a -rice powder were investigated in comparison with those of polished rice powder. Flow behavior for cooked solutions of two powdered samples (5~11%) Were Bingham pseudo plastic. Consistency index and yield stress of cooked solution of powdered a -rice were much lower than those of polished rice powder while flow behavior index was nealy similar. 9% cooked solution of powdered a -rice showed slightly weaker thixotrophic behavior and more ease tendency to relax under the steady shear than those of polished rice powder.

STZ-유발 당뇨쥐 뇌조직에서의 약물대사효소활성과 지질과산화

당뇨 유발쥐에서의 뇌조직에서의 MFO계 활성과 지질과산화를 관찰하기 위해 체중 140g 내외의 sprague-dawley 숫쥐를 정상군과 당뇨군으로 나누어 4주간 사육한 후 실험군을 STZ로 당뇨를 유발시켰다. 당뇨유발 6일후 쥐를 희생시켜 뇌조직 microsome 중의 MFO system과 과산화지질 함량을 관찰하였다. 1. 뇌 조직중의 cytochrome P_450 함량은 정상군에 비해 당뇨군에서 43% 증가하였다. 2. 뇌 조직중의 cytochrome b_5 함량도 정상군과 당뇨군간의 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 3. 뇌 조직중의 NADPH-cytochrome P-450 reductase는 당뇨군이 정상군에 비해 31% 증가하였다. 4. 죄 조직중의 TBARS 함량은 정상군과 당뇨군간의 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 따라서 STZ 유발 당뇨군의 죄조직에서 MFO계 활성과 지질과산화가 간이나 폐조직에 비해 경하게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. The purpose of this study was o investigate the microsomal mixed function oxidase system and lipid peroxidation of brain in streptozotocin (STZ) induced diabetic rats. Sprague-Dawley male rats weighing 400±10g wee randomly assigned to a normal and STZ-diabetic(DM) group. Diabetes was experimentally induced by intravenous injection of 55mg/kg body weight of STZ in citrate buffer (pH 4.3). Animals were sacrificed at the 6th day of diabetic state. The content of cytochrome P_450 in brain was increased by 43% in DM group, compared with normal group. The content of cytochrome b_5 in brain of DM group was not significantly different from the normal group. The activity of NADPH-cytochrome P_450 reductase in brain was increased by 31% in DM group, compared with normal group. Level of TBARS(thiobarbituric acid reactive substance) in brain of DM group was not significantly different from normal group.

The blocked N-terminus and N-terminal sequence ol soybean β-amylase were determined by analyzing the acidic peptides derived on peptic digestion of the enzyme. The acidic peptides were separated from the digest on a Dowex 50×2 column(1×5㎝) and purified by reversed phase-high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC). The major acidic peptide, PEP-1, was a heptapeptide. The N-terminal 7 amino acid sequence of soybean β-amylase was deduced to be acetyl-Ala-Thr-Ser-Asp-Ser-Asn-Met- from the results of sequence analysis of PEP-1 and amino acid analysis of other acidic peptides.

Rheological properties of rehydrated freeze dried instant rice were investigated in comparison with that of cooked rice. The time changes in reciprocal hardness of instant rice grains at various rehydration temperatures(60∼90℃) could be expressed by the first order reaction rate equation regardless of rehydration temperature and reaction rate constant increased as the rehydration temperature increased. Activation energy for rehydrating instant rice was 6.1 k㎈/g-mol. Analysis of compressive stress relaxation test showed that the viscoelastic properties of both rehydrated instant rice and cooked rice grains could be expressed by 6-elements generalized Maxwell model. Rehydrated instant rice revealed higher relaxation decay than that of cooked rice and showed the elastic property increased by increasing the rehydration temperature.
