논문 : 맥락적 디자인 접근법을 통한 UX 디자인 개발에 관한 연구 -L전자 가정용 빔 프로젝터 UI 디자인과 PUI 디자인을 중심으로-

슬라이드 사진 또는 동영상을 스크린에 비춰주는 빔 프로젝터는 비즈니스용으로 주로 사용되어 왔으나 현재는 많은 가정에서 홈 엔터테인먼트용으로 사용하고 있다. 최근에는 자동차와 스마트폰 등에도 장착이 되어서 대중성이 확보되었다. 하지만 시장조사기관 보고서에 의하면 아직 UX 디자인에 대해서 소비자들은 불편함을 느끼는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사용자 경험이 향상된 UX 디자인을 제안하였으며, 구체적으로는 UI 디자인과 PUI 디자인 2가지를 와이어 프레임 프로토타입으로 디자인 하였다. 또한 사용자 경험에 충실한 디자인 결과물을 위하여 맥락적(Contextual) 디자인 방법을 적용하였다. 이를 위해 문헌조사와 사용자조사 방법을 적용하였고, 사용자 조사의 경우 정량적 방법과 정성적 방법 모두를 실시하였다. 이를 토대로 디자인 컨셉과 정보구조(Information Architecture)를 구축하여 와이어 프레임 프로토타입을 제작하였다. 디자인 결과물은 페이퍼 프로토타입 테스트를 통해 휴리스틱 디자인 가이드라인을 기본으로 수정하여 최종 시안을 선정하였다. The beam projector, for slide picture or movie, has been used primarily for business, but it is mainly used for home entertainment device lately. The projection machine is attached to the Automobile, Smart phone and so on. However, the movie and game screen projection users felt the problem about UX design according to the report of the market research company. Therefore, it is to suggest a UX design that the user experience is improved in this study. I have two wire-frame prototype design output, UI design and PUI design for example and applied the contextual design methods for faithful design. The methods of this paper is a literature survey and on line user survey. I have designed a wire-frame prototype from design concept and information architecture based on the results of the investigation. The final design has selection based on the heuristic design guideline through the paper prototype test.

증례 : 감염 ; 면역저하자에게 발생한 Bordetella bronchiseptica 호흡기감염 1예

B. bronchiseptica는 면역저하자에서 호흡기 감염을 잘 일으키는 균으로 이 증례에서는 초기에 폐암과 병발된 기관지염으로 진단된 후에 페렴으로 진행하였으나, 3세대 cephalosporin 으로 완치되었다. 페렴의 원인균으로 드문 경우이지만 면역 저하자에게서 호흡기 증상이 있을 때 감별진단의 하나로서 고려해야 하며, 기저질환이 없는 환자에서 이 감염이 발생한 경우 암과 같은 숨겨져 있는 면역저하질환이 있을 수 있음을 꼭 생각해야 하겠다. Bordetella bronchiseptica is a common cause of respiratory disease in animals but is a rare cause of human infection. Furthermore, most patients with Bordetella bronchiseptica infections are immunocompromised. The Bordetella bronchiseptica organism can cause pneumonia, septicemia, and peritonitis in humans with impaired immune systems. Additionally, it can lead to a life-threatening infection patients who have an underlying debilitation or impaired immunity. The respiratory tract is the most common site of infection. Sixty-two human cases of Bordetella bronchiseptica have been published in the English literature, and 84 % hadof the cases were associated with pneumonia or bronchitis. However, only one case of Bordetella bronchiseptica has been reported in South Korea, and it was associated with peritonitis. In the current study, we report a case of Bordetella bronchiseptica pneumonia diagnosed in an immunocompromised patient. (Korean J Med 2016;90:266-269)
