Variation of body composition, physical fitness and subcutaneous fat after Weight training and Circuit training program present next. Weight training and Circuit training program participants show decrease on weight, subcutaneous fat rate, abdominal fat rate. Weight, fat rate of weight training participants present significant level. Triceps, biceps, subscupular, supraihice, thigh of Weight training participants show decrease. Shoulder blade and abdominal show decrease in weight training participants. Abdomen muscular strength, Grip strength and number of sit-up times is increased and show significant level in weight training and circuit weight training participants.
인슐린 비 의존형 당뇨병 환자들의 걷기운동 참가가 신체조성 및 인슐린 길항호르몬에 미치는 영향

Purpose of this research was to focused on change of Insulin counter-regulatory hormone and body composition after 3wk, 6wk, 9wk walking. Subjects of the research were 40=50yrs NIDDM women patients who never participate exercise. The measured data were analyzed by SPSS for windows 10.0 and one-way repeated ANOVA. The results of this were as follows : Weight, Fat mass, Percent fat, Lean body mass, BMI of body composition were decreased as increase of exercise period. No difference appear on Weight, Fat mass, Percent fat, Lean body mass, BMI of body composition under one- way repeated ANOVA analysis. Concentrations of Glucagon and Growth Hormone based on change of Insulin counter-regulatory hormone were decreased as increased of exercise period. However, Cortisol was increased as exercise period was increased. One-way repeated ANOVA analysis for change of Insulin counter-regulatory hormone presented difference on Glucagon. The research found that Walking was very effective in control of NIDDM and additional experiments for design more effective exercise program were required.

The analysis on blood glucose concentration and lipid metabolism of NIDDM patients through walking, jogging, walking + jogging exercise are as follows : 1. Change of blood glucose concentration Based on analysis of experiment, 10 min and 30 min exercise of W, J and W+J groupsshow increase of blood glucose concentration compare to normal condition. However, W and J groups show abruptly decreases on recovery 10 min and 30 min, W+J show no difference on recovery 10 min and 30 min. 2. Total cholesterol concentration 10 min and 30 min exercise of W, J and W+J groups showincrease of total cholesterol concentration compare tonormal condition. However, W and W+J groups show decrease on recovery 10 min and 30 min and J group show no special differencerecovery 10 min and 30 min. 3. HDL -C concentration 10 min exercise of W and W+J groups show increase of HDL-C concentration compare to normal condition. However, J group show decreased mark on exercise 10 min, 30 min and recovery 10 min, 30 min compare to normal condition. Even though W and W+J groups show a little increase compare to exercise 30 min, W, J and W+J groups show decrease on recovery 30min. 4. LDL-C concentration 10 min and 30 min exercise of W, J and W+J groups show increase of LDL-C concentration compare to normal condition. However, J group show increase and W and W+J group show decrease on recovery 30 min. 5. TG concentration 10 min exercise of W, J and W+J groups shows lower mark of TG concentration than that of normal condition. However, W, J and W+J groups show increase on exercise 30 min. W, J and W+J groups show decrease on recovery 10 min and 30 min. 6. FFA concentration 10 min of J and W+J groups show decrease in FFA concentration. W+J group show a little increase, W, J and W+J groups show increase on exercise 30 min and show decrease recovery 10 min and 30 min. On the conclusion, aerobic exercise are very helpful to NIDDM patients and based on this result, serious research is required to provide exercise prescription program.
